Had a double flat tire near stanfield. Called for roadside thru my insurance (USAA) - within 10 minutes got a call from Drew at panorama to discuss the incident. Within 20 minutes I was loaded up and given a ride home before dropping my car off at the shop of my choosing.
Professionalism in practice. That’s all I saw. If you need towing help in big bear I can say that panorama did right by me with this incident and would gladly call them again If needed.
Panorama towing (and specifically driver Drew) drove one of their tow vehicles through the Bartlett parking lot in Big Bear Lake. While making a turn through the parking lot, the rear end of their flatbed swiped and hit the back of my truck - with bystanders watching the entire thing happen. The incident was written down on a piece of paper along with the license plate of Drew's tow truck by the bystanders. Drew drove away and I assumed that he did not realize that he had hit my vehicle at the time of the incident. I then called the companies main phone line and explained to them that multiple people watched him hit my vehicle and drive away. Drew came to my house to verify whether or not the damage to my vehicle is consistent with the back end of their flatbed. And it was 100%, I maintained many pictures as proof.
This company is unwilling to pay for the damage or to take responsibility. It is really sad that companies like this can't take accountability for issues that they've caused. I would never use this company. And I would certainly not trust employees that would be dishonest and distrustful about damages caused by them.
To start this company is not a Better Business accredited company. I read through a lot of these reviews posted after my own experience with this company and the negative reviews are right. This is a predatory towing company, their rates are absurd to get as much money out of anyone unfortunate to be towed by them, the police are in on it with them and call them to tow cars for them, and an hour after you get towed by them you'll be looking at a 800 dollar charge after you waste time getting to the police station without a car and after you pay the police for a release form. I have never delt with such a dirt bag company or just pure out to get the unfortunate suckers who just had some bad luck or just parked somewhere they weren't aware they couldn't park. They'll hold your car hostage and leave you out in the cold. AVOID THIS PLACE AT All COST. 0 out of 5 stars. I stand by my words I was justifying angry since me and my girlfriend walked up to them trying to stop them while they were towing my vehicle away car away. This response is telling I was not drunk it it was 26 degrees that night and the me and my girlfriend were left outside in the cold while we were negotiating our cars release. He slammed the windows on us multiple times and turned out the lights. He also told us and I quote "good luck getting your car back". We are not from big bear we are 3 hours away. Like I said stay far far away. The 2.5 out of 5 stars is so justified jeez dear sir Im not slandering you just sharing my experience.Made us not want to vist big bear lake again God bless.
My car was stuck in the middle of the highway 330 and I have a contract with GOLDMINE LODGE since they’re trying to make more money in the Christmas you and the CHP also doesn’t want to wait for me to call AAA because they want to make more money and when they brought my car and came to park at my hotel Fireside Lodge I told them to park over there but druv driver was very rude to me so this is not Good I’m giving one star I should give zero star, but I don’t have any choice. Please don’t do Contract with this panorama service anymore. Whoever do contract with them. Please cancel This. This is insane.
Went to get my son's belongings out of his truck, a 300.00 JBL speaker was missing. When I let the manager know I will be filing a police report, he took my phone number down,and said the owner will look on cameras and investigate. Low and behold, a couple hours later it showed up. He said his 5 and 6 year old were playing back there and got it. The mother put it back in the wrong car. SO SKETCHY. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
We did not use their service, but Roy a nice gentleman who works there was really helpful. He had no professional obligations to do so. We had a problem with our radiator and couldn't go far, Roy advised us on what to do and how to do it.
The guys today were RUDE. Flat out rude to me and rude to my daughter-in-law. A little kindness goes a long way. But low and behold, KARMA helped with that. Maybe if you weren't so busy being rude, you would've added things up correctly and got your full payment.

I had a new truck no dents or scratches until they got a hold of it now the side door passenger smashed in no advice or concern to figure this out also my window was left down and my truck was full of snow at least nothing was stolen out of it. I did not have an accident on the sidewalk the truck was brand new I made one payment on it. The initial walk around paperwork that you guys did says no damage not wrecked at the time of pickup.
Car was impounded so already upset I went and grabbed my belongings because I couldn’t afford to pay the fee but the worker was rude when I asked questions and made the experience that much worse. Not a friendly place.
I had to tow my Can-am side by side down the hill and back for service and both Rick and Anthony did an amazing job. Super professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Panorama towing
SAVED US!! Zach knew what he was doing had a game plan and a plan b in order to get our truck back on all 4 wheels after off roading half hanging off the edge of mountain. So thankful for him!!!!
Tried to charge me 400 dollars on top of the 500 dollars for their worker to drive up the street to unlock the gates for me to get my car. That would’ve only took 10 minutes out of his day, what are you charging 400 dollars for ? Too greedy.
Scammers- This Towing company has a partnership with The Police Department. They calmed it took 2 trucks and 4 hours on both when it was towed to destination in under an hour. Charged $3,400 when it should have only been $1,000 at max. If you need something towed use A Performance Towing Or American Towing and Recovery.

My truck blew a transmission line climbing Big Bear on a Friday night, and a local company put me in touch with Rick. I needed someone who could tow my fifth wheel, and nobody else on the mountain was able to at all. Was about to be stuck in a bad spot for the night - maybe longer.
He was done for the day, but went back out well after dark, got Panorama's heavy truck, and recovered my trailer in the literal middle of the night! Was super nice, stuck to his price quote (even though it took longer than thought), and even helped me get the trailer in the campsite...for lack of a better place to put it.
I couldn't be more grateful. I see some bad reviews here, but Rick helped me out hugely, and did a great job at it!
I had the most beautiful experience with Zack, he was very courteous & very friendly & very helpful. it was a pleasure to meet him & it was a wonderful experience with this towing company. i will definitely use them again.
Liers and cheaters. Kept me waiting on the interstate 5 emergency lane for 3 hours and never showed up. Shame on AAA for affiliating with this company.
My vehicle was stuck in the snow and the only tow company available at the time we needed was Panorama Tow. Andrea (employee) told me they would have a driver out there to tow it out of the street. The driver arrived and said he “couldn’t see well” and didn’t feel comfortable doing it. He said he would go back first thing the following morning to tow it. He went back the next day and gave an excuse that he couldn’t tow it due to the “tint” on the window being too dark. As an officer, I work one on one with tow companies on a daily basis and the tint on windows has had nothing to do with towing a vehicle. Panorama charged my account $350 without providing the service. Then I called the office numerous times and was given several different answers. Kelly (employee) stated she was the manager and that they would provide the full refund and that I needed to call back to speak with Andrea for her to process it. When I called back as advised, Blanca (employee) then told me they would not provide me a refund and that Kelly was not authorized to provide me that information. When I asked how to resolve the situation, Blanca was extremely rude and short with me in her answers and then hung up on me. End result, my AAA ended up saving the day and towing the vehicle. Even their driver was familiar with Panorama Tow. Apparently, they are notorious for ripping people off the way I was. They also aren’t trusted or reliable (according to sources) to have contracts with the sheriffs department or CHP. Please save yourself the headache and $350 and DO NOT use this tow company that charges you without providing service. ***FRAUD***
Would give a 0 star review if I could.... my keys got locked in my trunk at Snow Summit bike park. I reached out to Audi Roadside Assistance who sent these guys. The guy used two air bags and a Jimmy for about 5-10min and had maybe 1-2 tries where he actually got in the door handle, but never pulled it far enough. I told him he had not pulled it far enough to which he tells me I’m wrong and Audi’s are unable to be unlocked this way....
I call a locksmith (Bear Valley Lock and Key) whom comes out uses and 1 airbag and Jimmy within 1-2min my car is open and I am on my way... Panorama still charged me the $75 for their “services”.
