I got a tune up and oil change. I love the online services that made it convenient and quick. The prices quotes is what I paid. They were all very nice and professional and I felt comfortable leaving my baby there (my car). I have been looking for a shop that I did not feel like I was getting hassled or taken advantage of with high prices, and I think I have finally found it.

Came across a coupon for an oil change and decided to check it out...always leary about shops however this was a legit experience. To schedule an appt was easy and when it came timr to do the service it was well worth it. Clean shop, quick service. I was interested in a car they had for sale and they could have been a little more accommodating seeing as it was a potential sale of thousands but I was justvtold the cars outside are for sale. Um ?....

I’m newer to Rio Linda and wanted to find an auto shop that does good work with fair pricing. TRex is just that! They have excellent customer service and absolutely fair pricing. I had my car diagnosed and was quoted based on the service needed. They came in slightly under that quote and did the job within a day. They kept me updated throughout the process and were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning for all auto needs. Thanks TRex!

I went to T-Rex Auto Repair, for an oil change. They were recommended to me by a coworker. I first called to make an appointment, and the gentleman who answered told me that of I made my appt online, the service would only cost me $20! So I did just that and as soon as I was done I got a text from the shop telling they would see me soon! The staff was friendly and the service was quick! I plan to be a loyal customer!!

T-Rex was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable on the repairs of my vehicle. They kept in touch throughout all aspects of the repair and the job was completed in excellent time. The price for repairs was also very fair. I will most definitely use them for any other car problems.

The oil change offer that they are running is great! Customer service was wonderful. However, when I got my estimates for a tune up……your mark up prices are pretty wild.

I come into a clean waiting room and always get right up to the window and talk with the employee who is very nice and helpful. My car is in out in no time at all. The price for oil change is awesome! I’m a happy customer!?

Thuroughness was nice however a little shocking to see the recommendations outside of the original problem description. The problems were addressed and the follow through was good. A problem that was fixed resurfaced even though the solution passed quality control inspection. They took the vehicle back the following day and replaced the failed part on warranty.

Had a great experience. I have a check engine light that just would not turn off on my Chevy Silverado The check engine light on my truck was solve by the mechanics at T Rex auto repair. It seemed that the automotive technicians knew what they were doing and solve the problem very quickly. The staff in the front office was very nice and professional. The pricing seem to be very reasonable. I'm now going to make an appointment with them to chaing my transmission fluid and filter. I recommend this shop to anyone who has problems with there vehicle and needs a quick fix.

I found T-Rex through Groupon a few months back. I had them do an oil change and got an estimate on my CV axle. Finally got a chance to get the CV axle done. Set up an appointment on a Wednesday for a Saturday. I wasn't expecting them to be available that soon. They got my car in and out in the same day. Pricing was very affordable. They communicated via text and kept me informed of the progress of my repair. I had a very good experience with T-rex both times. Will definitely go back and highly recommend them.

Love this place! They are very responsive via text messaging, and I was able to get an appointment right away for them to check a leak under my car. I already knew I had other issues under there, but they found them and listed for me in order of importance… very helpful in making decisions. The car was done in a timely manner, the costs were super reasonable, and Mark spoke to me personally about my car when I came in to pick it up. I really liked the personal aspect of their service, which I think is missing from a lot of places these days. It’s a little ways from my house but definitely worth the drive!

I have been coming to T Rex for a while now. I also bring mr daughters car and mom. The owner is super nice and so are the workers. You can either drop your car off or sit and wait. They have very comfortable couches in the waiting area. I really like how they take photos of anything that has to be done on your car so you can see that they are not making it up and trying to rip you off. I found them to be very honest and accommodating. If you are looking for a place to work on yoyr car..I highly recommend T REX. Right now they are running a 20 dollar oil change for their 20 year anniversary...its do cool. Just got mine done...paid only 20 bucks...woohoo

I've been here twice now with my car. It's a 2011 so it's at a point where repairs and maintenance can be more costly. Each time everyone was nice and helpful. They are more than fairly priced compared to major chains in the area and answer any question I have. Highly recommended.

First time there, not my last! Got my suspension, axles, tires rotated, oil change, and other fancy car words done and it was all taken care of in like 1 day! They were very easy to communicate with, they sent me a link of estimates and I just had to approve, and very REASONABLE PRICES.

My son’s alternator went out, so I called around and got a few estimates from different shops. This place not only offered competitive pricing but also respected that I knew exactly what the issue was. Other shops tried to question me or suggest it might be something else, which honestly left a bad taste in my mouth. The turnaround time here was super quick, and I really appreciated the automated text updates that kept me informed throughout the process. I never had to wonder if my car was being worked on or when it would be ready. Everything was smooth, painless, and handled with great customer service. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

I took my car to T-Rex Auto Repair to get my front brakes fixed, and they did an awesome job! They have a brake special that was far more affordable than the dealership. Mark and Mark Jr. were super helpful and made the whole process easy. They also did a full brake inspection to make sure everything was good to go, which I really appreciated. Honest, friendly, and fast service. Definitely recommend T-Rex Auto Repair!

They’re always thorough with their schedule. In the chance that I may show up slightly after hours they work with me so I can get my car. I was able to log into my work laptop and stay productive while they serviced my car. They were doing a routine oil change but also pointed out another issue--which I was already aware of--but I appreciated their thoroughness. When I asked about the cost, I received an unexpected text within minutes with a link to a detailed estimate that I could approve or decline. The process was smooth and efficient. They even scheduled me for another next-day appointment to take care of the repair. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and had great energy. Customer Service was top notch. My first experience was an oil change by appointment only. I appreciated they valued my time. Two days later I met the owner who went over details of the mechanics findings from the oil change. Major work was needed. Pictures that were taken (during the oil change) was explained in detail. He offered 100 day financing to cover the work with a 2 day turn around. I am grateful I have found this establishment.
