I was expecting a quick stop and left genuinely impressed by Shaun, the gentleman with the blondish beard👍🏼 he was patient explaining thoroughly with directions to a Spanish speaking customer before us how to proceed about his battery, that was really cool since he was only speaking English. He made great conversation with us, it was knowledgeable and helpful and somehow made me feel better that we weren’t just stopping in quickly for a filter and cataclean. 10/10, we always come here

They suck I needed a rear end seal I had to drive90 miles to repair ram 2500 Dana 60 rear end dude says I personally guarantee This is the right seal I've done over 10 of them myself . Well it's wrong cost us 350 to get it repaired or drive 70 miles to get the right one so I call B.S.

Mark was so rude, rude to me and he was a total jerk to someone on the phone talking crap to them about not speaking English and cussing in Spanish like was a funny guy. It was so ugly and ridiculous that a customer service rep would do that. Thank God for AutoZone

It said on the website that they had 3 different kind of brakes i went in and the manager didnt even look and directed me to another store 5 miles out the way when i live down the street

Adrian was incredibly polite and helpful. I had a check engine light on, and he not only retrieved the code but also printed the results for me. I’ve never had an auto store do that before, and I didn’t even realize they could. It was a small gesture, but it really meant a lot that he went the extra mile to assist me. Thank you, Adrian!

I was beginning to have trouble starting my car so I figured I probably needed a new battery. I went to O'Reilly's and I was surprised at how nice they were. They tested the battery and replaced it for me. I was so grateful they had a battery and they went outside in weather over 100 to replace it with nary a complaint. Yes, I am a more mature woman but I never felt they were taking advantage of me and they were polite and efficient.

Today I met one of your store 's sales man Mr Cesar . I was really impressed by his professionalism , dedication to the customer and store . Him was so helpful polite and took my care in highest level of the customer care. Cesar, the parts specialist, helped me beyond belief: took all the time in the world to find the correct part 4 my Highlander. He is the quintessential customer service rep. and is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. This man should have his in store. If I still had a business I'd hire him in a heartbeat.

As long as you don't need any of the normal services that an auto part store provides, this store is still terrible Oil containers always full, the alternator testing machines is Always broken, battery charger never works. The staff is not knowledgeable in auto parts Or their own store for that matter If you don't find the part number online first before you go in the likeliness of them finding it is slim to none. Or my personal favorite they find the part It says they have it in stock in multiple quantities but no one can find them

My wife had an absolute terrible experience. The mangager was rude, and had attitude problem. He acted as if my wife was bothering him by asking about her battery. She asked for help with her battery replacement, and the manager said, "well the answer would be no, if we were busy. Then he had his employee come out, who mumbled and rolled his eyes because he had to go out and check my wife' battery. He proceeds to check battery, still mumbling and acting very upset he was doing what he was asked to do. After checking battery, he just walks away from my wife. My wife, follows him in store, and says, whats going on with my battery? Again, the employee mumbles and again refuses to make eye contact. So, my wife asked what is going on with my battery? The answer, "no good". Meanwhile, the manager is wiping the store down during the whole time this was happening. My wife asks, are you guys about to close? It was 6pm, the manager replies, "no we close at 9pm" at this point, my wife still has not been offered a solution to her battery problem. Finally, she asks, do I need to buy new battery? Needless to say, the whole "customer service" and basic professional attitude, and common politeness is missing from this business. We will never come back, we will advise anyone who asks, never go to the Rio Linda O'Reillys. Very disappointing and rude experience. Advise, if you hate your job working there, do not work there.

I was in today, 5/1 and picked up 2 wiper blades for my car and washer fluid. As I was filling the roommates car, I found out her blades were not doing so well. So, back to O’Reilly for 2 more! Got home and replaced one easy, other not so much. Back to the store for installation assistance! Shaun came out and immediately noticed the blade would not fit, and I (thinking ahead) brought out another one that looked like it would fit easier. Sure enough it did, and said not to worry about the slightly higher price for the other one. Awesome customer service and I’ll be back for blades, bulbs and anything else I feel comfortable with repairing myself. Thank you!!!

Really helpful when I have problems with my car or need help fixing things, there’s always a long line but the employees are always more then happy to help put parts in my car. They have done a lot to help me understand and actually learn how to do it instead of just doing it themselves. I really appreciate the help. It takes a while to actually get things though

Great store, cool people. If you know someone who needs a good job and knows about cars, this place could use their help. Lots of hours. Very important store to the community, and the troubles listed in bad reviews are because store is short staffed and juggling everything at once. Lines usually get long because it's a popular store in our town and they only have like, 1 or 2 people total in the store. 4 or 5 would be better. sounds like a good company to work for. Just not many picking up the opportunity.

This store in Rio Linda is AWESOME! I have had great experiences with anything I need help with. I have a 2002 Ford F150 and they always are able to find parts for me. Today, one of the clerks knew a lot about my model and found a part that I didn't even know was already on my truck. To quote him, "I didn't make a sale but I did make a customer happy." Best customer service at every visit!! Thanks guys! I trust you and will always support your business!

This place has decent prices but the service and expertise of the staff is lacking. One Hispanic employee at the register seemed he didn't even want to ring me up. The guy who offered to install the rainx wiperblades and inserts didn't even install them right. He never bonded the inserts the the blades which almost flew off in the rain.

The employees are rude. I can not wear a mask for medical reasons. I was told to leave the store .I did without a fuss. No alternative way of shopping was offered . No help was offered just you need to leave. If I could give them no star I would. I think the employees need to be retrainded on how to deal with the new situation in our community. I will not shop there anymore. That's just not how you keep customers ill spend my money somewhere else. Somewhere that wants me as a customer. Discrimination is not okay. Americans with disabilities act 1990.

I had to replace a part on an older car, Tatyana found it in Kansas City, special ordered it, and notified me when it arrived. Couldn't ask for better service!! All the staff have been helpful in my many visits to the store, thank you!

O'Reilly Auto Parts is absolutely wonderful. As soon as I got there, Dan came out and ran the test to check the battery and alternator. Found my battery was bad. Not only did they have the battery I needed, they also installed it on the spot. I was on my way in no time. Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts and especially Dan.😃😃😃😃😃

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and are willing to offer assistance on anything I may need, and the prices are great! They also dispose of engine oil and oil filters, and have checked my battery when I needed it, making this place my go to for convenience, price and helpfulness!

The store was clean and not busy at the time. I got great customer service from the beginning. The one employee went out of his way right from the start assisting with products that I was looking for. Not finding the part he was patient with me when I tried to get information by calling home. The store never I think his name was Nick, began looking up parts the possibley would fit my lawnmower. It turned out we needed to order with it coming in the next day. If you want good service for car or lawnmower parts, cine see the guys at the O'Reilly's store here in Rio Linda. They will amke sure you leave happy and will treat you right.

I knew I needed a new battery, but stopped by for them to check. Service rep Tim brought out his tester and confirmed my guess along with the alternator and charging system being good. We found the proper replacement and he offered to make the change for me. This was greatly appreciated as I am an old man that would have had to take it home to change and return the old for the core charge. The people at this store have always been respectful and helping in all my needs. The store is large enough to carry all one would need for car replacement parts. This store is a welcome business to our community.

You build relationships with the team members.. they are professionals and at time overworked or understaffed! But they try to satisfy all the customers! I just got to remember that my problems are not theirs, even though they're helping me through it, they remain courteous, even when I'm not so much!

Walked in to get a replacement 6 volt battery. The only other customer in the store was walking out as I walked in. There were five employees hanging out at the counter. When I set the battery up on the counter they ALL scattered. One kid said someone would be right with me. Almost 15 min. later and still no help. Battery was 15.00 less at NAPA.

We actually came to this location after having a horrible experience at Watt/Antelope location (Daniel C.), won't ever go back. However Tim at this location was very helpful and super polite. We go here for ALL of our car needs and will not go anywhere else. Thanks Tim!
