Good car for a fair price. Car was on E for my initial test drive, but they topped it off for me for a round 2 without any hesitation. Car was totally clean, no smell. Pre-inspection showed car was in great shape, but needed new brake pads and fluid. Asked for a small discount to account for the fact that I'll need to change them immediately, but was told they were within legal threshold, and the price was firm. Other than a pre-installed catalytic converter etching service that I didn't request for $600, the price was very fair and exactly as advertised (with standard tax, registration fees, etc added. No BS). Mike was polite and professional during all our talks, and worked hard to meet my needs. The car seems to be a great find and has a great history, which shows they don't just go digging for scrapers or "fixer-uppers" to flip.

We just bought our 3rd vehicle from these guys. This is the only place we will buy a used car from and we tell others. Walking in we know Daniel by name. The only disappointing thing is this time they no longer sell a certain extended warranty but it is no fault to them it is the warranty company. The service guys are awesome too!

This was only my second time shopping at a used car dealership, and throughout my life I’ve mostly been loyal to brands like Toyota, Lexus, Volvo, and BMW especially Toyota and Lexus. I’ve owned more than ten new vehicles over the years, so I’m very familiar with the car-buying process. Bought a truck here. I will preface by saying I did not get the warranty for 289$ dollars a month. On the drive to Reno truck drove smoothly and right when I got to Reno lost all my forward gears. Transmission blew. Replaced the transmission and 1 day later had a lifter rod explode into the camshaft. I’m now 10k deeper into the truck. When I was leaving the salesman asked me, “ is this going to be an everyday driver or you won’t be driving it much?” It’s like they knew the truck had been band-aided together and was waiting to fall apart. This dealership had great reviews and the salesman seemed like someone with integrity. I would not buy here again. I have driven the truck for a total of about 4 hours since its purchase on November 20th. More problems are sure to come about. I was told by the transmission shop that whomever did the lift on the truck did it improperly and the u-joints are almost worn out. Go somewhere else to buy your vehicles.

I purchased a car there this Spring after seeing a car online that I was interested in. I stopped by twice before making a decision to buy. I've bought cars from a bunch of different places before, and this was by far the best. The staff is super laid-back and there's no pressure at all. Plus, they've got a great selection. We found the perfect car, took it for a spin, and drove off with it in just an hour and a half! The paperwork was quick too, maybe an hour max. We scored an amazing deal on a fantastic car!

Decided to take a Saturday trip up north from the Bay Area to look at some trucks my husband was interested in, one that happened to be on the Cal Auto Outlet4Cars lot. It was our first stop of the day. We test drove the truck my husband was interested it and thought it was alright given it is a used vehicle. There were minor things we did notice while looking at details. Certain amenities such as push to start that are listed weren’t factual or simply did not work on the truck. Additionally, the truck was dirty inside, you can see all the noticeable wear and tear and lack of efforts to even clean certain areas like back of seats. The biggest shocker in my opinion, was the attempt to inquire further about potentially purchasing the truck regardless of the flaws we had observed. We were helped by Mike. To us it felt like Mike was genuinely uninterested in making a sale. We felt pushed to purchase warranty for over $3k which we were reminded multiple times that it would benefit Mike as he’d make profit on the sale of the warranty. He brought down the car price about $400 if we’d purchase the “optional” warranty. Given that we were uninterested in the warranty, he removed the “discount” and put the truck back up to its listed price. Even though the truck wasn’t in the best of conditions, Mike seemed completely uninterested in working with us or even budging with the price unless we purchased something that he would profit off of. Additionally, we were being charged a fee that according to Mike was to comply with SB 55 which would apply a VIN to the truck’s catalytic converter which would assist as an anti-theft measure. We were told it was a mandatory fee, that we could not opt out of. This is actually an optional service and the buyer has a right to decline it. The whole experience felt odd, we went with our gut and decided to leave. Prior to leaving he gave my husband his business card “incase we changed our minds” to which I jokingly said “or you call us if you change yours” to which we got a snarky and very unprofessional response from Mike saying “I don’t mean to sound like a jerk, but I won’t.” I won’t speak for the entire inventory on the lot but the one we did see was being showcased in front of the lot and it was not in the best of conditions. That in addition to the unprofessional attitude of the salesperson and his pushy approach to have us purchase warranty as he’d make a profit led to a less than satisfactory experience. Needless to say, we left the lot. We had all intentions to go home with a new (to us) truck that day. We went to another lot to see another truck that we liked and we decided to purchase it within an hour of leaving Car Auto Outlet4Cars. The truck we purchased had no extra “mandatory” fees, we didn’t feel pushed to purchase an unwanted warranty policy, and we even got a small (but genuinely appreciated) Law Enforcement discount. The experience that we had with that salesperson compared to Mike was truly night and day.

Bought a 2016 f150 platinum. Mike was easy to work with. I applied online got approved came down the truck was detailed and ready to test drive. Normally the last place I would buy a car is from a used car lot because of the high-pressure salesmen and questionable cars, but this place is a lot different. It's clean, neat, and all of the cars are parked outside for you to check out. You can open them up, start them, check the fluids, pretty much anything except drive them, and for that all I needed to do was go into the office and let them make a copy of my driver's license. All of the cars I looked at were in good shape and had been detailed, but they didn't try to hide anything like putting fresh oil and transmission fluid in, I could tell that stuff was just the way it came in. It's a fun place to look around. I wandered in and looked around, not sure if I could go outside to look at the cars on my own, and the salesman (Jag) came out of his office and said "sure, go out and take a look, the keys are there and feel free to start them up and check everything out, if you have any questions I'll be here in my office." So I ended up buying a car that they had advertised online that seemed just a little too good to be true as far as price and condition. It wasn't, it was better than they described and they didn't tack on big fees, only a couple of small ones like the cost of the smog check. Bottom line is that I'd definitely buy from them again, or at least look there first next time I'm car shopping. Update: several months later, still very happy with this car.

Jag and his team here has been nothing but amazing. I got to look at a truck I wanted to buy. Keys were on the dash, I had as much time as I wanted with the truck. There was no one with me while test driving it. At that time I was trying my best to figure out if I can find flaws. This was important because a sales person would talk your ears off during the test drive and unknowingly distract you from your driving experience. I had ample time to check each corners and under the truck. Jag even used the scan tool per request. They took my truck for trade in value that seemed fair. There was no pressure, and no negotiation, the purchase price was fair also. They do have lenders from local credit unions to big banks to finance extended terms if needed. I would buy my next vehicle here! Thanks Jag! Only thing to improve is to add floor mats with their cars, lol. Seems weird to sell a car with no floor mats, or include new ones..

Always a easy and friendly experience when buying at outlet 4 cars. We just purchased our third vehicle from them. The first two are still running great, with 0 problems after 6 ish years. I will be back for sure when it's time for another vehicle.
