Recently started doing my service in this location. They have a complimentary valet service. They go pick up your car at your place and deliver it usually the same day for any service or recall. It totally makes a difference!

I go to this dealership multiple times because it's convenient. But unfortunately the customer service is horrible. I call and always immediately placed on hold forever, if I bother to stay on the line (because I want my car cared for). It would help if their online appointment system even worked! I arrive to my appointment and never is anyone available to check me in. I have to go into the office and I feel like I am bothering whoever at their desk because they never seem to want to help. Then they force me to just wait outside ,which I see service team just bypassing me anyways. The same happens when I need to pick up my car. Just lousy and someone needs to address this.

They were very communicative during the whole process. They constantly updated me on what was going on with my car. Had a car accident repair and personal repair and the prices were fair. Claudia was super helpful.

Had to take my Ranger in for work on the transmission. The service advisor did a great job comunicating and setting the right expectations. I had several summer plans I was worried about and got to keep all of them thanks to Gosch Ford doing what they said they would do for me. I had a couple extra situations that required more attention and they handled that until I was happy too. Shout out to Joseph for making this a great experience!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience with Gosch Ford. Angel came directly to my home to change my oil and provided a very thorough inspection—just like the one you would receive at the dealership, but with the convenience of being at home. Angel is an outstanding technician, very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I also want to thank Gosch Ford for their generosity and continued support of the educational community. It’s clear they truly care about giving back and being an active, positive part of our community. Highly recommend Gosch Ford for both their excellent service and community commitment!

This place is a joke. The staff is nice and they mean we'll, but the way the business is run... Weekends are for appointments only. They don't do RECALL warranty service on the weekends. This is crazy and very inconvenient for the customer. Especially the warranty/recall work.

Recently purchased an Expedition from This dealership, Jordan in Sales assisted me and did a phenomenal job. He even responded to my requests on days off. His dedication to customer service should be noted. Lucio in Finance was knowledgeable fair and transparent. Eric came through and helped finalize the sale, all I can say is this team effort helped me and the family feel comfortable with the sale. Their professionalism lead to one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I would absolutely recommend these guys to my friends and family. Thank you again!

I have two safety recalls on my truck and called two separate service advisors on multiple occasions over the span of a week. I left messages inquiring about recalls. Not one phone call back. This was the same with two other semi local dealers in my area (Hemet and Lake Elsinore) If they are too incompetent and too busy to return a call, what does that say about the service I would have received. The bar is getting lower and lower evert year. Ended up scheduling an appointment at a dealer an hour away.

I had an excellent experience at Ford of Temecula with the purchase of my Mach-E. The process was smooth, professional, and straightforward from start to finish. Ryan, my sales consultant, was extremely helpful—he answered all of my questions, was patient, and made everything easy. Chas, the sales manager, was also fantastic to work with. He listened to what I wanted in a car, kept to his word, and made sure the entire experience was honest and stress-free. Customer service here is outstanding, and I truly appreciate how seamless the process was. Don't know how else to go about this. Not sure if they are too busy or just short staffed. I have contacted service support via on-line (x2) and 3 times via phone (voice mail). No return call or anything. I just want to talk to someone about my vehicle since the warranty is expiring and i am having minor concerns (recent) right now. Looking to get them addressed before the warranty expires in 2 months.

We have done commercial and personal business with several Ford dealerships in the Inland Valley for many decades. Our family are loyal customers of the Blue Oval brand and actually share holders. So, believe me when I say we are experienced with Gosch, as well as other local dealerships. But,… despite years of relying on Gosch Service for support, we have had a somewhat negative opinion of The Gosch Temecula Sales department for various reasons. Until now. This experience started in the typical patern as usual with me doing months of research and planning to make a purchase. I stopped in to see Maurice (The Shining Star of Gosch Temecula) and, as usual, he was informed, kind, and knowledgeable with his typical no nonsense apreciation for time and energy. So when Stewart showed up to -Seal the deal- I was primed to give a little more back than I typically would have. We made a deal that both of us were happy with. A true WIN-WIN. So, in a financial environment that makes consumer confidence a rarity, Gosch Ford Temecula provided my family/business with exactly what we needed at a value that we appreciate. We’ll be back! Absolutely amazing experience with this body shop! They took care of my E400 and made it look brand new, like it just rolled off the showroom floor. The quality of the work is top-notch, and their attention to detail is unmatched. On top of that, the customer service was incredible. Super friendly, honest, and professional throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier. Huge thanks to the team for bringing my car back to life! Highly recommend.

Absolutely Fantastic Experience at Gosch Ford Temecula! I came in looking for a Ford Explorer as a family vehicle, mainly for my wife, so of course it needed to be the best of the best and come with a solid warranty. Kyle was the gentleman who helped me throughout the process, and he was fantastic. He wasn’t pushy at all in fact, he even told me if I found a better deal somewhere else, that might be a better option for me. That level of honesty really stood out. The team was quick and efficient with the paperwork, even though I came in a bit later in the day. They didn’t rush me or seem bothered at all. Once we agreed on a price, they had the car washed, detailed, and ready to go within an hour. Originally, I had been looking at an older Ford Explorer at Audi of Temecula and had a terrible experience there. The salesperson was extremely pushy, and the vehicle had two recalls and it was actually at the Ford dealership at the time. The team at Gosch Ford let me know that those recalls should have been addressed before the car was ever put on the lot. That gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing I was making the right decision by going with Gosch. Everyone at Gosch Ford Temecula was respectful, professional, and made the process simple and stress-free. As an active-duty service member and with my wife also serving I really appreciated how much they respected us. They didn’t try to take advantage with inflated prices or hidden fees like you sometimes hear about with younger soldiers or Marines. If you’re in the market for a car, I 100% recommend Gosch Ford Temecula especially if you’re military. And definitely ask for Kyle. He’s great!

This is our third vehicle that we have purchased from Ford. We recently had to bring our latest vehicle in for service. We’ve always had good service here, but this last time was exceptional. Cameron the technician is above and beyond. His communication is excellent. Constant text updates and even sent us videos of the services they provided and what was done. Really a great experience and I definitely recommend Gosch FordTemecula!

I would give less than one star if it were possible. They are rude, they are shady, and they change their "rules" every single time we are forced to go here. We were forced into adding an "free oil change for life" package when we purchased the car. Because it isn't a Ford however, getting anything scheduled for maintenance has been a complete nightmare. Now suddenly, they don't do appointments on the weekends for our car and we have to bring it during the weekday. Because they aren't getting any additional money from us, they treat us as if we're there to freeload off of them. If I hadn't already paid for this service, I would absolutely never bring my car or any other car there. I most certainly won't ever buy another car from this place or let anyone I know do it either. Absolute worst service I've ever experienced anywhere.

I have had my F-150 repaired by the Gosh Ford body shop and was impressed with the first accident repair. That when I needed a second repair I went right back to Gosh body shop. Matt and the staff were great and the repair was first class again. We had them fix the hood and roof clear coat and now my 2012 F-150 looks like a new truck. I would recommend Gosh Ford body shop to all. I’ve had a few other body shop experiences that were disappointing. I even sold my Suburban because I was tired of fighting with the body shop and the insurance company said “It’s just a car.” So bottom line, I have found a home to take my vehicles to. Can’t thank them enough.

First and last time I ever come here and the last! As far as i know, being under warranty, i should not have been charged for checking the Hybrid battery if it's still under warranty! The service department here is so unprofessional, lack in customer service, and lack in their communication skills. They just leave their former customers hanging and guessing what's going on with their cars! never again! And there's new damage to my car too smh never again going there
