Marcos is an EVERYTHING that a great employee/ professionalism should look like! You can tell he loves his job! Very nice and overall a good person. Super patient and great at communicating ETA and accommodating! Would definitely use this service again and even pay out of pocket (if I didn’t use insurance). Luis was my driver. He came earlier than expected. He was dressed clean and had a very positive attitude. He was not surley or tired. He instructed me on how to get my bike onto the lift bed and spotted me all the way up and down. We had great conversation during my ride home. Luis is an asset to this company. I hope you realize how hard it is to find a young man like Luis. I had a great experience!
I forgot the driver's name, sorry about that. He was very nice came sooner than I was told on the phone which was great. I was dying of thirst so he offered me a bottle of water. Most importantly he was very careful with my motorcycle.

Horrible service they were very rude and unprofessional even when husband tried to be nice to them, they got very rude and started cursing at him even dispatch was unprofessional and disrespectful. Will never use this provider again.

I was ready to leave for work, and my car wouldn’t start. I was unsuccessful at jumping the car myself, so I used my Geico roadside assistance.
Fortunately, they contract services thru West Tow inc. and Marcos came to my rescue. The whole process was easy. I was notified of an ETA, he came early, and quickly loaded up my car with all the hooks and do-dads.
The cab was super clean and spacious, and despite it being rush hour traffic he had a positive attitude and was conversational throughout.
Customer service is a dying art, so it’s refreshing to experience POSITIVE customer service.
Thanks for not adding any additional stress to a funky Monday morning start!
I am very grateful for Geico insurance they have done excellent job since I have been a customer. Today had a battery installed and had no ideal they offered that service. The gentleman from west town great customer service took home less than 10 minutes to complete. Have a blessed Monday.

Absolutely outstanding service! After being left stranded on the 74 when the first tow company no-showed after claiming they were en route, West Tow truly came to the rescue. They responded immediately and showed up fast no excuses, no delays. Their professionalism and quick action made a stressful situation so much easier.
