The 2nd store iv been to today that doesn't want to do my return for an un used alternator that I got last night absolutely ridiculous, the guy here just told me they dont do any cash sales here on the weekend at all..... like what.

Edgar was unprofessional, didn’t want to fully search the parts we wanted, having a bad day, go home and rest not our fault you have to be here at work. Rude to other customers ignoring when they said hello, kept huffing and puffing when assisting other customers while we were waiting in line.

All the employees are there are nice and very helpful. And very knowledgeable

Excellent service from John and Erik who went out of their way to assist me installing a little part to my Toyota Van I would definitely recommend checking these guys out at Murrieta California.

Service here is great, didn’t take forever finding parts, they knew their stuff, and the selection isn’t horrible. Prices are a little high but that makes sense when you factor in most parts have a no questions asked lifetime free replacement warranty, rock auto and most sellers often don’t even have a warranty for parts.

Always excellent service and helpful. Faculity is always well kept and clean. Prices are higher than Autozone, but they will price match. Their point system for purchases isn't very good though. Autozone beats them in this area.

They were kind enough to dispose of some old motor oil for me. I used the container from the new motor oil I used as a way to carry the old oil, but they dumped out the old oil and gave me the container back. They will not throw away the container for you. You must do that yourself. Great service and staff! Very easy drop off!

For a small store in size them seem to have everything. Very well designed. The best part at shopping at this location is the staff, they are always friendly and helpful. I've been there numerous times and will continue.

One employee kept acting like I was going to steal something. The guy kept staring at me and pretended to do things around the area I was browsing. I was not doing anything or wearing clothing that would indicate I had any intention of doing so. Didn't ask if I needed help or if I had a question about the products. I made my purchase and left. I've been to this location a number of times with no issues before. They lost my business.

I give this location a 2 star just because I understand to a certain extent. I purchased 2 Sylvania LED 2/pack bulbs a couple of weeks ago at a location in San Diego (I live in Murrieta). I was having a rough day and I just wanted to get in and out so I didn't use my number. I paid cash and I lost the receipt. I went into the store and spoke to Terry or Jerry the store manager. I asked if I can exchange/return the bulbs and use the credit to purchase suspension parts ($375). He asked for the receipt and I told him I lost it and he asked if I used a telephone number. I told him no. He told me straight out "well there's nothing I can do for you" and he puts them down in front of me and stares. So I understand to an extent but to take care of a customer and provide outstanding customer service was not there. I was going to purchase brake pads and rotors all around costing about $375 or so right then and there. But after that I did not want to purchase from him so I went to Autozone. I work with a Collision company in the surrounding area and as the office manager, too see that there was no sense of customer service or compassion really doesn't sit well for me considering we work so close with this company. Then to top it off, I went to the next Oreilly Auto in the next city and they returned them for me on a gift card.

I would avoid this O'Reilly, the measures of cluelessness and teenage petulance both compete to nauseating degrees if you can't. The burnouts the three employee vehicles make upon their left turns exiting the parking lot are unskilled, sloppy abuses upon vehicles, providing context of what respect they have for the objects for which they sell parts. As par for the course with any parts store, they know nothing about actually using any products in the store.

Overall good experience. Phones do not stop ringing and you have to wait a little extra time. They had what I need and I'll be back.

Good place to get parts. They didn't have exactly what I needed. But they had what I needed to fix it, and to make it work. The sale's person was very helpful for me to fix my truck and get back on the road. Thanks for being open late.

Very polite, prompt, and knowledgeable. If they had my parts in stock more often I wouldn't be so petty about the fifth ⭐. They do have pretty good turn around on orders.

Needed a batery replaced on our 2016 Chevy Tahoe, it looked like a headache so we asked for them to help us out. Ray took the initiative when nobody else wanted to and did it.We really appreciated him making such an effort and staying after he was already off. Thanks Ray!

In my 40 plus years as an Automotive Technician, I have dealt with many parts counter people, weather it be front or back/commercial counter. For the past 10 years, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Danny at the Jefferson store. His knowledge and commitment to finding and obtaining parts, is second to none! When I make a call to "First Call", I can only hope Danny answers the phone....his service is in keeping with the finest traditions of the Automotive commercial parts industry and is a true asset to the O'Reilly's corporation!

The best place to get your parts for your car. All the guys who works here at the very best I have known. Jacob, jonh the managers are great. Jonathan that boy he is hilarious great mood all the time. All the guys are wonderful people. I spend many times talking to them about my cars. They are great advisors too. I definitely recommend this place.

Most of the people their know there stuff. Ask for Paul, he seems to know more than the rest. Prices are better than AutoZone, whom I will never order parts from again. If you have a commercial account ask for Robert, he definitely knows his stuff. Although you can get some things on line for cheaper, you have to take the risk of getting a inferior product, and wait for shipping. All in all this place is a great go to for most everything you need.
