This O’Reillys has the best customer service and they are more than willing to help. I was helped by Tyler and he knew exactly what I needed for my car.

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my first—and last—visit to this location. I had called ahead to get parts for an oil change, and the gentleman on the phone was kind enough to set them aside for me. However, once I arrived, I was completely ignored by a bald Caucasian gentleman with a white beard. I stood waiting for quite some time, only to be skipped over while he helped the next customer. When I calmly confronted him and asked why I had been ignored, there was no clear explanation or sense of accountability. The overall atmosphere felt far too laid-back and unprofessional, with staff seemingly comfortable letting customers wait unnecessarily. While there were a few good employees, that one negative interaction was enough to ruin the experience. Unfortunately, one bad apple really does spoil the bunch. I won’t be returning.

My daughter and I rolled in there needing a tail light/brake light replaced. Eric came out and checked out our car and then installed the correct light and was so helpful and nice. This store has great customer service.!!

I was “dead in the water” outside this location and an assistant store manager came out and physically helped me with my Ford F250! He was a god send and what seemed like a tough situation was a simple fix but this man knew what he was doing. Very pleased with the customer service here! Great work!!

One register open on a Saturday. Love standing in line for 10 mins just to buy four quorts of oil.

Bought a battery and Eric went above and beyond to make sure I got it installed on a rainy day so I wouldn't be stranded in the rain. Autozone denied me but these guys came thru. Their customer service is outstanding and I'd definitely recommend this location.

I am currently 5 months pregnant and broken down on the side of the road in need of oil. I called this o’reillys and told them I have a 2022 Kia Sorento and need 0w-30 oil, confirmed they had it in stock, and that they close at 10. I called back and told them my husband will be there at 9:50, mentioned again I need 0w-30, asked him to confirm again how much they have and he said “well didn’t the last person tell you that?” I said he did, please confirm, and he said they have more than enough… my husband got there and they said they don’t have any of the oil we needed. I told them my year, make, and model twice and reiterated the specific oil I needed and they acted like I was dumb for asking again, but they didn’t even have it and now he’s at another store. Terrible service and rude employees, would absolutely not recommend.

I have been getting parts here regularly for my 22 year old car that I’ve pretty much replaced everything on over past few months. Recently replaced all 4 strut assemblies and needed the stabilizer bar end links. After paying for the parts and this store giving me the wrong part twice, and after waiting nearly a week and several trips in store with the original part for comparison I was about to ask for my money back and go across the street to the competition, but a employee, a manager I believe, named Thien, got me the right parts within a few hours. This one employee saved my Oreilly experience. Thank you sir. 5 stars for Thien.

Best experience ever. Not only 1 employee helped but everyone available when it came to searching for the part I needed. Every single employee was helpful.
