Customer service was terrific! They took their time to listen; I did not feel rushed. My truck had a long list of what needed to get done since I have not kept maintenance as I should. After the diagnostic, they explained to me which items on the list required my attention and which could wait a little longer so I didn't have to feel like they needed to be done all at once. After the service of my truck, they followed up to ensure the car was running great. I'm delighted with the overall service and feel they care about their clients. I highly recommend it.

I went to this shop sometime in February. Posting a review after driving on the newly mounted tires for a good amount of time. This shop is phenomenal! All employees were quick, efficient and friendly. I brought my own tires to get mounted on all 4 wheels. I dropped off the vehicle and went back to pick it up in about an hour! No issues whatsoever. Would recommend 10/10

Hands down to this Auto Shop, Rocky & Robert are trustworthy people you can trust with your car. As a woman I have always been nervous to take my car to a mechanic because they always want to charge you an arm/leg and replace things you don’t need just to take your money, this auto shop is very professional, and they know what there doing. They even let me borrow a car while my car was in the shop. Plus they gave me my car looking very clean. I’m definitely coming back here when my car needs repairs. I’m a happy lady !!! 7/5/23 brought my car back in just to make sure it was safe to drive my car up north and they checked my car, added fluids, checked my tires and they didn't charge me anything. Everyone here were so friendly, and literal life savers! When I went to get my brakes done, they were way worse than I thought. I should NOT have been driving on them. I defiantly recommend for all your car needs 🖤🩵🖤

Team here recently took on a job to repair our 2013 Jeep Cherokee. They informed me of a diagnosed issue of a blown head gasket, they went ahead and took on the job and had the vehicle back to me within a weeks time. Connie was super communicative with giving me calls with updates and progress. Would definitely do business again! Thank you all!

I came here for an oil change. Staff was friendly and the waiting room was comfortable with a coffee maker. I was in and out with the added bonus of an inspection done on my truck. Thankfully I only needed windshield wipers. I felt like this was an honest mechanic shop and I will return for any maintenance or problems with my other vehicles

I have driven past this place many times and decided to give them a shot for my latest maintenance a couple weeks ago. My '04 car is above 120k miles and needed new strut mounts & shocks and transmission & power steering fluids exchange. Rocky is good at addressing any questions you may have pertaining to your estimate and letting you know what the maintenance entails, like the necessary alignment after installing new struts and what is included in the parts kit being ordered. I also appreciated coming back to my car to see a disposable steering wheel cover and floor mat in attempts to keep the vehicle interior clean. Not many other places go that extra step, or with checking on you after servicing and it is reflective of their great customer service. The pricing was fair and competitive, the staff was very welcoming and kind, and the car’s driving smoothly once again. I will look to this team again for further maintenances in the near future.

I am very happy with the service I received from Murrieta Tires and Auto Repair. I brought 4 new tires that I bought online to replace the old tires on my Honda CR-V. The person who helped me is Connie, she was very kind, friendly, and ensured that I get the service I need. They have a very clean facility and well organized. Overall the service and quality of worked that they provided was outstanding. I will for sure comeback to get they're service again in the future. And recommend it to my friends and relative. 👍

Place is absolutely amazing. Called in at 8am Saturday trying to get a tire patched, no appointment, the dude said roll on in, came in, got the unfortunate news that's my tire was not in good enough shape to patch. I was dreading the upsell, he found me a used tire, told me it would be a whopping 40 bucks. Amazing. Quick service(maybe 20 minutes in and out) best price in town and happy folks around, will definitely be back.

Such a great experience here! Very easy and fast to set up an appointment for a diagnostic for my truck, freaking out because it was wobbling! Was educated on the issue, discussed a few options and financial part. Everything was a seamless process and experience! Rocky and his entire staff were very helpful and got us back on the road! Needed to replace my TPMS sensors on my 2007 Toyota. Called a few chain tire shops and Murrieta tire and auto for quotes. I was hoping that they would be somewhat competitive with their quote, as I wanted to support a local business if I could afford to. They were actually the lowest quote! They were friendly, professional, efficient and I felt like a valued costumer. Great to still have a repair shop like this around.

Rocky and his crew were incredible. I'm the guy whos always been nervous taking his car in because im afraid of getting ripped off. Not the case here. They did a great inspection and gave a proposal with pictures of everthing. It was incredibly detailed. But even better is he did not try to sell me on everything. I highly recommend MTA! I recently moved to the area and needed an oil change and regular service. I googled places close to me and this place was the closest and had the best reviews in the area. When I called to schedule an appointment, they were so nice to me and I instantly knew I made the right decision! I dropped my car off the next morning, and once again, they were soooo friendly. They texted me updates throughout the day and sent me a link to the report on the inspection of the car (including pictures). I thought that was a great feature. I ended up needing new tires as well (after seeing the pictures of them, I’m shocked I didn’t realize sooner that they needed to be replaced). The tires came in later that day and I was able to pick the car up the next morning. While I spent quite a bit more money than I originally planned (oil change vs. oil change and new tires), I never felt like I was being forced into anything or upsold at all. And they were so easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! I’m so happy I found my permanent car place! Thank you MTA!!

Very personable staff. Took their time talking to me on the phone about what I might try at home to get my car running and potentially avoid needing to bring the car in. Ended up coming in for a new battery. Then I asked for additional work for a separate maintenance issue because of a sound the car was making. They didn't try to upsell or add on additional maintenance. The car now runs perfectly and doesn't make the sound anymore. Great service and they followed up via text to ask if everything was ok with the car. I am happy to give them a positive review and I will be a repeat customer next time I need maintenance or repairs.

I'm new to the area and chose to use Murrieta Tire and Auto Repair's services, based on the reviews that I had read online. I dealt with Rocky exclusively, and he did a great job at diagnosing the issue with my vehicle in a timely manner. He assisted me with obtaining the proper part for my vehicle and gave me confidence that I could save some $$$ by installing it myself. It's great to have an honest and trustworthy mechanic these days. Even better when they are at a local shop! Rocky and the crew took care of my truck's brakes and after thinking I was gonna need all new pads/rotors they said it was just a simple rear adjustment. Rocky and his crew are awesome! They're really busy, so appointments are necessary, but it was obvious to me that they're busy because they're so good at what they do! They're honest and were very communicative during and after repairing my suv. I'd definitely recommend this business!

This shop is honest and awesome. Dropped off our car for a brake concern and they were more than helpful with their insight on what they thought the problem was. Went in for diagnostic because my Camry Hybrid runs rough. Quoted me $130. They found nothing wrong with the car. Went in to pick up the car and they waived the fee. Great business! Great people! Been coming here since 2019. Thank you Robert & Rocky, also to the young lady at the front desk (sorry forgot her name). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I love this business. Great service and the BEST employees EVER! I just had my vehicle towed over 40 miles from my current residence to Murriet Tire and Auto, because I trust and love these guys! They are awesome. I had a cracked radiator, and they fixed me right up. They always stand behind their work, and Robert is my personal favorite. He just makes you feel so welcome, and always listens to customer concerns. He makes the place SHINE! They're the best Auto repair I've ever experienced, and I'm 67. Thanks guys!

I was very happy with my whole experience at Murrieta Tire and Auto Repair. The prices they quoted were reasonable, they completed the work quicker than I expected, and were warm and friendly people. My friends highly recommended Murrieta Tire and Auto, I can now see why! Not only are the a family owned company but they are very professional with amazing service! Robert was incredible! He was very empathetic to my situation. They did absolutely everything he said they would do from what time my car would be looked at to what time it was done. He really eased my stress over the situation. I was also very grateful that the repair was not expensive. I've never been to a mechanic where a repair was less than $600, let alone only the $300 that it was. My car runs better than it ever had in the 4 years since I had purchased it!
