The tow truck is supposed to arrive in 30 to 60 minutes, but I have to wait for three hours. The lady on the phone said the truck will be in 20 minutes, but it took three hours.uThis is not acceptable customer service. However, the truck driver was a decent man. They really need to improve their customer service.

I needed a car moved about 100 feet, I did not have a key or I would have moved it myself. I called two other towing companies, one would move the car a quarter mile but not 100 feet, the second one hung up on me. 10- 4 was there in about 10 minutes, moved the car in about 5 minutes, no fuss no bother, the driver knew what he was doing and was very polite. Great service and a great experience.

Jonathan was a very efficient, communicative and pleasant driver. No muss no fuss, got a complicated job done with ease. Had to do 25 miles, and he took it like a champ. Will use this tow company again if I ever (hopefully not) need a tow.
