I had my car serviced here a few times. They are very good at communication. The front desk guys are super helpful & knowledgeable. However I think the service tech needs to be more organized & well trained. The reason I say this was that a small piece was missing from my gear box after repair services with this company. Luckily nino helped me with resolving the issue. After this last oil change with the them, I noticed a sound coming from the right side tire section every time I turn right on my car. I don't want to bother them again because they would think I am scamming them smh
Burrough & Sons have always done great work on my car. They're honest about what needs immediate attention and what can wait (and when to expect the "can wait" work to need doing).
Prompt service, my vehicle was started on at the time of my appointment, and was finished in an acceptable amount of time. The service was done correctly and the price was good. All employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

After I encountered shady dealings and bad service at the area Toyota dealerships, I was forced to look elsewhere for service. Burrough & Sons (Nino in particular) was just what I was looking for- competent, efficient, honest people who I have come to rely on the past few years. It started with a simple smog check, but has expanded to everything my car needs, from routine oil changes to new tires, broken windows, and air conditioning. Can't recommend Burrough & Sons more highly!
$136 for a synthetic blend oil change is more than I’ve ever paid for a full synthetic oil change and I was recommended to come back in 3 months for another, which is something I’ve never heard before

Went Friday to make an appointment but they closed at 4p.m. luckily Nino was cleaning the fish tank filter in the shop, he greeted me and ask, can I help you, shop was closed but went out of his way to schedule me an appointment for Monday, awsome customer service. Monday brought my car in and Nino gave me some options to fix my car. I will be bringing my other to them when needed.?✌️?
I have been a customer of Burrough & Sons since Tom Burrough started the business. I haven’t taken my cars anywhere else since then. I highly recommend their service and the way that customers are treated. They are the best!
This is just a great family business, we have been bringing our cars to Burrough for close to 20 years. Super friendly service, they pick you up/ drop you off, and they have excellent mechanics who diagnose issues better than the dealership of my car. The other day they serviced my Volvo, which was already way cheaper than at the dealer, and then I actually had to pay LESS because they found that some stuff on the list did not have to be done. So they were honest and helped me pay less. Amazing!

Can't go wrong with these guys, they know they're stuff and will get you back on the road in no time. I had a few issues with my truck, repairs were done the same day . You even get a detailed invoice of the repairs done along with a courtesy inspection. I just found out they can do smog inspections as well. The staff is very professional and listen to what you need done. It's a shame you can't give 6 stars on here.
Burrough & Sons was given the challenge and opportunity to find any issues and overdue maintenance needs for our 1998 C5 Pace Car Corvette that had never had major repair work (only 68,000 miles). They took this challenge seriously and thoroughly evaluated all major systems finding numerous areas needing careful maintenance and replacements. They communicated all findings and provided detailed cost estimates before proceeding with the work. Most impressive was the approach ownership took after their team had an accident causing relative minor damage to the edge of the driver's side door. They took full and complete responsibility and had the door repaired by a top notch detailed shop in Fairfield. The repair was perfect. I am very happy with the results.
Burrough & Sons are top-notch. Their customer service is some of the best and you feel like they care. I was given an estimate of a day to get my car fixed and they were able to get it done by lunch.
Another nice perk is they provide a Lyft ride home (or wherever) and pick up back to get your car. This is for the local area but I feel it’s going above and beyond.
I will consider them for all of my car repairs.
Great customer service. Nino listened to my situation about the repairs that I needed, and addressed them with care. My car is a little older (94') and he knows just how much I like my car. He took care of me. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I have been coming here every year for a smog & oil change. Excellent job everytime I come by and visit. Especially when you might ending up finding a classic or vintage car in the garage. Their fast friendly service and the crew is the best notifying me what's need to be checked and what safety features they I might need later on..

Went in on the Wed before Thanksgiving. There was a mix up they still took my car in and got the work done before closing at 12:00 I recommend this place . Been going there for years and always happy with the work done. They even went over and above on my 1980 Toyota 4×4 which had sp many problems. Highly recommend it
My car has come a long way from the north. There was a slight problem with the transmission on the way. So, I immediately found a nearby car repair shop. This shop promises precise and professional car repair service. Coupons in the mail and warranty. So I quickly made an appointment. The machine in this shop is enthusiastic and responsible. They see the big picture as well as the task at hand. I brought in a vintage car that needed to pass smog visual inspection. Parts were hard to find. They made some of them. There were additional safety issues that they brought to my attention and I had blocked out of my mind, because I didn't think they could be addressed within budget. I thought they could wait. They showed how much worse the situation was than I knew, and helped to resolve all the issues for a very reasonable price. This was all done within four days. All I can say is: Incredible. They know their business, and they appeared to really enjoy the challenge (along with me) of making it all work out well. Beautiful! Thank you.
They were able to get me in right away and get the Jeep SUV running. They also went through it thoroughly and fixed everything else that needed attention. This is a very professional group of mechanics. Moreover, I have used them on and off for 20 years and they are always honest, competent and efficient. I highly recommend them.
