Good selection, decent prices. But this place has snake-oil salesmen. Tell you one thing, then when you need replacement or warranty honored it's completely different. The blamed 'corporate' for their refusal to honor a warranty on their own battery, said there was no record of sale. Oddly enough, their system does show I returned a battery core on Nov. 2023, and their battery with 4 year warranty has a sticker for Nov. 2023... but no receipt, no warranty. Oh but don't worry, it's in the system for next time so you don't need a receipt. We can process that as a core return and send you a check in 2-3 business days. I will send a review when I find a better autoparts store to spend my money at. It's only $50-$300 a month but screw over enough customers and that hurts the bottom line.

Went into the store today at this location 849 W. Florida Ave Hemet ca 92543 to purchase a car battery for my suv and was absolutely impressed with the customer service the staff member Christopher gave me, I was greeted immediately and Christopher listened, helped me and answer all my questions with a great attitude . I also spoke with a customer in the store Elias and he too gave me amazing advice and helped me. Both men helped me today with my battery issues and also helped installing my battery. I don’t know what I would have done without them today.

Too many times am i shut down for being a girl. I tell them which car I have and the exact part I need. They look it up in their system and tell me I need something else. Then they say they know because their system says one thing or they know because they work on cars themselves or know someone or prior automotive experience. And I am given a part that doesn't fit and wrong fluids for my car. I'm screwed if I try to them im wrong because im given an attitude and told im wrong. There was only 1 guy that was so nice and looked at what I needed and was very helpful.

I had a bad headlight and Fernando helped me. He was an expert, knowing not only exactly what light bulb and oil I needed, but how my headlights worked. He was a HUGE help and I couldn't have done it without him!

Nando had great customer service. My mother needed a new battery for her car and he explained everything for her and the warranty information best auto part store in town way better than any auto zone out here.

I recently brought my old battery back since replacing it with a new one, and they gave me $22. Back with no issues at all, was happy, no complaints. (Had my receipt too).

Ok first off. They are not professional me and my husband went into the store and the blonde female that works there I found out later that she went on a date with her. She said when are we going to go on a date again right in front of me. This I find really rude. I don't know her name will be calling corporate and make an official complaint. Very unprofessional.

Amber was more than helpful for my first time going to O’Riley. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely go back because of her. She was very friendly and patient with all my questions. We need more people like her in this industry.

Was next in line, just needed a quick battery test and waited as more and more ppl walked in. 3 new whole lines formed. Assisted them before me even tho I was here before all of them. I know it gets busy but assist the first person in line so it dont build up. Also answering phones too and assisting them too. Waited half an hour standing there like an idiot. Was gonna buy a battery and other things but went to Autozone instead. Thanks Karen. Literally her name. Wont be back here again.

Very helpful customers service there every time i went there. 10/11/23 today I went there for wipers and I was struggling to install them, went back inside and there was Jesse sure enough to tell me that was the wrong parts and he helped me to get the right one and install them for me as well. Big thanks to Jesse.

So I went in the store and it was VERY VERY busy Guillermo was running ALL over the store place! And I do mean running!!! There was a new employee that was there so he had to help them as well, I needed a new battery he told me to wait a min and i he would install my battery , He helped about 3-4 ppl all the while STILL checking on me! He finally got to me and I mean finally not because it was a long time but because he was sooooo busy , he handled EVERYONE with a smile and he changed my battery quick as ever too! His Customer service is 2nd TO NONE!!! That man deserves a raise !!!!!!! Great JOB sir and I will ALWAYS go to O’RILEYS because of you!!!!!!

Rotor service rating: I normally go to a store near my house, but that place couldn't turn my rotors so they said these guys could do it. Sure as heck they did. Also called me a bit before they were done. I was told an hour and it was on the dot an hour. They impressed me a little bit which is hard for these big chain corporate places to do. 5 stars for the rotor turning service and staff parts wise and part price is a different story.

I am giving a 2 because when I went in to get a specific part, the male manager was the one helping me and he gave me the most expensive one they had. When I questioned the price he just said "yeah well.." I was given no other cheaper options even though I found out later they had them in stock. I was given the impression that that's all they had. Disappointing. I didn't give a 1 because I would always go here for what I needed and have had really great service by the other staff but this time was just sad

There is an employee by the name of Guillermo at store #2895, 849 West Florida Ave. He was absolutely incredible! Very polite and managed to help me with installing new windshield wipers in the pouring rain. This guy answered phone calls and managed multiple tasks in a professional and efficient manner. Customer service is not what it used to be, but Guillermo is definitely the exception which is why I choose O’Reilly Auto parts over the other guys every time.

Guillermo is amazing! I had a brake light out, and three other people at the oil change shop tried to take out the bulb and couldn't. He said he will take a look. I bought the bulb then he checked to make sure which side was out. He then turned the bulb housing counter clock wise, took out the old bulb and replaced it within a minute. Great service thanks to Guillermo!

I had the best customer service experience with Guillermo ever in an auto parts store on March 28, 2022, at 12:22 pm Counter #168423, Drawer: 19. He went above and beyond his normal duty... doing the research on the sale of an elite car battery I bought less than 2 years ago which went bad and was covered by warranty. I showed him the receipt and he helped like a world-class service; I have never had before. He was so amazing. He is definitely an asset to the company!!!

Courteous, friendly and very helpful. Their prices are competitive with the other auto parts etc. Stores locally. I will continue to patronize this store. LOVE that there is a whole female crew!!! Exceptional work ethic here

This O'Reilly store is awesome.. As I was in line I noticed Guillermo was really super helpful with customers. He really goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are treated with great customer service. I feel so happy to know that the city has a great Auto parts store. I even told my elderly mother and auntie that they will get great service at this location. Guillermo is the man you ask for. , I was happy when they told me their experience was excellent.I really appreciate that.

Clean, had what I needed. The customer service sorta lack. As I walked in the person behind the counter was snacking on rice cakes, didnt stop as I was being kinda helped. I called ahead of time to make sure they had my battery in stock. When I ask for a replacement of my battery, he acted as if I was inconveniencing him to go get it. If I didnt already call and know they had it in stock, he would have told me they don't carry my size. He clearly did not want to be there. The gentleman I talked to over the phone was from the east side store. Very helpful and very nice. He guided me to this store for my battery. Should have traveled to the east end to get better service.

Everyone is polite and helpful. The guy working there changed my battery (since I'm in a wheelchair). He did a good job even though the battery wasn't fastened tightly. But my overall experience wasn't too bad.
