I went there already knowing the issue. However, I chose not to admit my knowledge to see if I could trust them with my vehicle. I figured if they concurred I would allow them to do the work. They completely missed the issue and instead listed other parts and labor. On a prior visit, the day before, I had them change the oil, partly laziness, but mostly “feeling” them out. It’s 5 days later and my vehicle seems to be running kind of “wonky”.. I’m only doing the review now in case I forget later, but I plan to give my vehicle another few days of driving. If it still feels off, I will be going back. Although, at this point, I might as well take my vehicle elsewhere.

Friendly faces, excellent service, fast service, they answer all my questions and all my questions about quotes. Definitely going back again.

A basic ac compressor and accumulator replacement, that , I purchased, was quoted at 750 for installation and a charge. Due to the technicians neglect, they stated an electrical diagnosis was required because the compressor wouldn't engage. After suggesting they check a $1 fuse, they charged me $80 for an electrical diagnostic fee, and after replacing the blown fuse they charged an extra $120 for a 'system check'. I was hoping to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic for future repairs but I was sadly disappointed to pay $1000 for a $750 repair...

Monzur is just fantastic on servicing my wife’s car giving us confidence that all work that was needed for the car for our road. Trip was all completed and other suggestions were noted. We always feel so comfortable taking our car to Meineke

Meineke was great. All that I requested was completed. I would recommend them to anybody. Customer service was great. I was in and out with good time.

I have been using the Econo Lube N Tune in Hemet, CA since 2017 when I moved here. The staff is friendly and will try to find the right products to use in your car based on cost and functionality. If you want a certain oil used in your cars engine they will make sure to discuses the pros and cons and let you decide which oil to use and provide other information so you get what you want.

During an outings with my two granddaughters, my flat tire indicator light came on. I immediately drove over to the shoo. Within 20 minutes, the two screws were removed, the plugs were in and we were on our way! They didn’t charge me anything. The sweet guys made my day :) Thank you!

I left a 3 star because I felt the people were nice, But for some reason, I feel like they got me pretty good on my bill, So I went in for a AC repair. My AC went out., First thing they did was put AC refrigerant in, They called me shortly after and told me it looked like it’s my compressor, That was gonna be a pretty hefty bill so I said a hole off for now why I decide on my next move, They said they gonna have to charge me $268 to take my Freon that they put in back out (still trying to figure out if you taking the Freon that you put in my car right back out why charge me so much? I get the labor behind it but not that cost. )I had no choice but to accept that cost, but I’m really thinking they really got me pretty good on that cost and I’m really bother by it …….. They said because of the machine they had to use cause my car takes the newer Freon that’s why it cost that much….. Going forward I will probably only use them for oil change deals. I think they are pretty pricey for repair work……

If I could give them a negative I would. Guy behind the counter was very hard to understand and he didn’t even explain what he was charging me for even before pulling the car into the bay. I explained what was wrong with the car and then he calls me two hours later telling me it was ready for pick up. Told me that my air compressor was bad and I would have to replace it. Why would he not offer to fix it is beyond me. So he basically charged me 350 bucks to charge my AC which is not what I went there for. I don’t need a bandaid on the problem. I wanted my car fixed. Guess I will be going somewhere else. Horrible service.

Excellent service! I was going to have my oil changed at Jiffy but the pricing at this location was better and would rather support a smaller business. Very professional and didn’t try to upcharge me on random things. They even let me work in the lobby while I got my oil changed. 10/10

04/17/2024- This is my first time to take my car to Meineke. I had been having a problem with the A/C. They took my car right in serviced the A/C and I was there for about an hour. Carlos was very professional, friendly and informative. The staff that I dealt with were also very professional and friendly. I will be returning for other services that my car is in need of. Will be recommending to family and friends. 05/06/2025 - Returned to Meineke for an oil change, an alignment and an AC desinfectante treatment. The staff is as before; friendly, professional and informative. My car is running like new and AC ready for the summer. O

My Ram truck shifts hard into 4th gear when cold. I read online that this could be caused by various factors, so I decided to have it serviced here at Econo Lube N' Tune. The mechanic took it for a test drive and advised against doing the service. He said that if he found metal in the transmission pan, a fluid exchange could actually worsen my problem. He recommended that I take it to the Ram dealership instead. He and one of his associates found recall notices online and printed them out for me. Despite not being charged, they went above and beyond to help me.

I usually go here and just pay whatever the oil change cost is, however I found a coupon so I decided to use it. I showed the worker when he was checking me in, and when he had me sign for the work, he stated the manager would adjust the cost for the coupon when they cash me out. I did see the original cost was $95 and change and my coupon was for $69 and change……when I was charged out I payed the original price and the manager said oh I adjusted it for your coupon when I asked about it!

The personnel at Meineke were very polite and helpful. They made the repairs requested in a reasonable amount of time but the charges for the work seemed quite high.

I’ve been going here for many years and have never been disappointed with service or price. Staff is amazing. The mechanics are very knowledgeable. We appreciate their professional service.

They diagnosed that I had a faulty and broken radiator in a timely fashion and then quoted a fair and competitive price to fix it. I checked prices on line and they were in line or a little less than their competition and a lot less than the dealership. They had a few complications in the repair but stuck with it and ended up fixing my problem completely to my satisfaction. They were friendly with a good work attitude and explained everything so it was easy to understand. Since this repair was unexpected and caught me by surprise financially they approved me through a good payment plan with 6 months as cash no interest to pay off the repairs. I recommend this repair facility wholeheartedly.

Great service! Needed my AC fixed and they were local. They assessed and found the freon was almost zero. They added some dye, found a pinhole in the line. All this in only an hour and showed me where. They had to order the tube line for next morning delivery. Next morning car was ready and AC blowing cold. A+ experience.
