That's my first choice,I have a few times encountered unknowledgeable staff that were like I dunno.but there very nice and mostly got what I need.i go there first!
The guys that work there are great and always going out of there way to find the parts that I need. It's nice to see familiar faces that have been there for years happy to help you out.
I was there in the store fo4 a battery recharge came back 2 hours later and my battery was in the same place
Someby else told that he would do it for me in an hour

Store hours said they were open until 10 but when I pulled up before 10 the open sign was on but the door was locked. There was a male employee in there that saw me and just turned away. Horrible customer service, management should be ashamed of his behavior
They gave me the wrong part for my right They gave me the wrong part for my right needed motion adjustable mirror electric adjustable mirror and it didn't fit and then and then somebody stole it out of my truck before I could take it back and they gave me another one for free so that was pretty nice I got the wrong one to begin with but they made it up by giving me the replacement for free
I recommend this Store to everyone if your in need of auto parts accessories Amazing people with a smile on their faces and very knowledgeable!! I was literally stressed out in tears stuck for away from home when my lights went out at 8 almost 9pm with my 20 month old 3 n half hours away from home Rod , Stewart and Nick helped me out and can't Thank Rod enough 4 going way above and beyond!! Good awesome people! Thank you so much !

It's great that O'Reilly offer the best oil filters on the market, like the WIX XP, but management and corporate take note: You need to keep more inventory on the shelf!
Joe was very helpful and friendly in helping me acquire a replacement filter, even though EVERY STORE IN THE STATE was out of the one recommended by WIX!

Ok I want to say the young man that helped us was awesome thanks William you were a rock star. The store however is poorly laid out and labeled can't find anything in the store. Y'all need to work on that.
I came in @8 am to order some oil . Brian told me it would be there by 11am . I came back into the store @2pm, to find out it’s still not there ! And when he takes my receipt to look for my oil in the back …. He answers the phone and helps someone get parts while I’m standing there waiting ! Every time I call , the phone rings 20 times before I get an answer. But yet you have a customer in the store , that you’re already currently helping and you choose to answer the phone and make me wait even longer ! He then returns and tells me it didn’t come in and he calls the DC , and tells me it will be there by 4pm. I’ve now been waiting ALL DAY . I’ve been to the store twice and still have to go back again ! I’ve never had such a bad experience ! I can’t rely on an accurate time frame to pick up parts ! Expect that you could be waiting all day ! Still waiting to see if it comes @4pm!
Came in to return cork gasket paper that was wrongly given to me for an exhaust gasket and the proper gasket paper cost more I offered a $100 to get it refused and laughed at because it was ripped and I asked for tape to mend it together. Then I mentioned you can check it with your little f-ing machine and was told not to cuss at the associate and was treated like scum after. I obviously wasnt cussing at them and was just verbalizing that I was upset with the situation. Overall Very unprofessional and wouldn't go to this location knowing the staff is rude and unprofessional.
I wish to put in a good word for the manager Bryan. Very helpful and caring. He helped me choose the best product by explaining all the options and patiently installed the wipers for me. He wouldn't even accept a tip, because, as he put it, "Just part of my job." I liked his professionalism. I hope this review earns him a lot of points with his company. Thank you, Bryan.
They had exactly what I needed and their prices are way better and more reasonable than any other auto parts store I have been to since living in Hemet for the past 11 years. The staff is very nice and helpful.
The minute I walked in the store the employees were sooo helpful to every customer in there and that put a big smile on my face unlike AutoZone that I had visited earlier that day that had me leaving almost in tears from their lack of helpfulness. I am really impressed with O'Reilly's customer service. Thank you to all the employees there.
Are going to O'Reilly's all the time but this particular day I had to go to the one on the west end off of Florida and Palm this star needs to hire people there was nine people in line and people not accounted one person that was being held at the counter so that's a total of 10 I will not go back to that store the East side of Florida O'reilly's is nothing like this other people are awesome and there's no lines and if there is they get you in and out fast and I know what they're doing
They were very helpful and accommodating ! I had bought a fuel filter from that other place and it was defective but I could not prove it so I went to O Reilly's and asked if I could just see the fuel filter that they had for my car and sure enough they had the right one !!!!! I told them and I will probably not go back to the other place anymore !!!! I am Very happy with OReillys !!
Associates greated me as I came in and asked if I required assistence. I told him I needed two lift supports for a 2003 Acura MDX rear hatch. He proceeded to tell me that he would have to order them and that they would be in tommorow at noon at $24 each.
The next afternoon they were there.
They were polite, accurate, expedient at a great price. In & out in no time.
Awsome customer service, I didn't get young man's name but my wipers stopped and it was pouring rain, he came out in the rain and replaced my fuse and off I went. Totally recommend them. Thank You O'Reilly's!!!!!
O'Reilly has the right parts at competitive pricing not like others you get the correct part from knowledgeable employees. I went to there competition first to get dash light bulbs and they ordered the wrong size. I ordered brake calipers and the wrong ones came in So for it's O'Reilly gets all my business for now on.
Good folks at O'Reilly's. Very helpful. They ran a diagnostic on my check engine light for the code at no charge. Got me started in the right direction. I've made other purchases there before and have been very satisfied with prices.
Parts are better quality than auto zone, for sure. If they don't have a part, they can get it within 3 hrs. Auto zone takes a day or two. Great service, always greetings when I enter. Had to drop off waste oil and it was quick and easy. Outstanding!
