I went in this O’Reilly cause I checked my oil and it was very low. I went in there Andrew automatically said hi and asked me how can I helped you, I told him my oil is and make and model or my car. He gave me options on what I could get. He asked me all the right questions and he was such a gentleman I asked him if he could help me put it in my car and he did omg. He was so amazing I will be coming back to this location cause customer services is on the spot. Thank you Andrew. He is amazing guys. I am glad to see guys like this. Thanks again.
I went into the store In the morning when there were nine employees in there, (I figured this out because there was only one other customer in the store besides me and he was at the counter being helped) One cashier helping a customer and three employees in the back stocking, moving back and forth from aisle to aisle right in front of me; I'm standing at the counter and no one acknowledged my existence, Not even the cashier helping the other customer so I walked out! I couldn't believe it!!
the other employees kept coming back and forth right in front of me, didn't say hello, didn't say someone will be right with you or anything! One of them was complaining about a phone call that she got from her boss and he was mad at her, etc employment drama was more important than me, the customer!! I should have posted sooner but I've been moving AND I just couldn't wrap my head around the treatment I got, especially being a new store!!
Excellent customer service. Daniel was awesome. I needed a new battery, he checked it out and made sure nothing else was wrong. He also installed it for me. This will definitely be our new auto parts shop. Thanks again Daniel!
Great addition to the community just hope it doesn’t become an issue like most part stores in hemet, but the store is very organized & most of all clean.
