I bought an air filter. After the sales girl did a diagnostic test on my car, everything came out good, it recommended an air filter. I took it in because my car car was running rough, I didn't get the name of the guy who actually put the air filter in for me. My car is running great now. I would have had to pay over a hundred dollars at an auto shop. God bless them at Auto Zone.
Being a single non mechanical lady the gentlemen at this store have ALWAYS been willing to go outside to help me with my various small issues. Such a relief, time and money saver. I will always go there! Today a wonderful young man named Jose helped me with changing bulb on my brake light. He's a veteran wanting to become a dentist how amazing is that!! I was so relieved to get my tail light taken care of. Thank you Jose really appreciate your excellent service.
Me and my husband went to the Florida location stood in line with 3 people in front of us. We sat there while 1 employee an customer were chatting up showing pictures not even giving a care the other employee helped 1 person. So we left an went to O'Rileys went in an out in less then 2 minutes
One of the workers started insulting my dad just because my dad corrected him and told him the part he gave him was wrong. They started cussing at my dad and was about to jump the counter to fight my dad who is disabled. They need to fire this employee or call the cops on him for the way they behaved.
Tried this store after visiting the one in San Jacinto. They said they had the part. I showed up, no part. Most incompetent employees. Never shopping at Auto Zone again.
Helpful staff. Clean place. Bill and Juan are my two go to guys. Knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help me with my part issues. It shows when they are there willing to help. The non helpful guys are just a drag to work with.
The crew is systematically very professional and helpful... even though I got ripped off by the guy next door "Kirby ll smog and repair!" Don't get a used car from him!

Had to go autozone today and while there I remembered I bought snowchains back in March but no receipt so I asked about a return cause I never used them. Foor helped me by taking the time to look up when I bought and the time of day I bought it. I can't say how I appreciate all the time she is taking to help me. Good to know there are still young people with a good work ethic! THANK YOU FOOR!
This store is always a hit and miss with their customers service I tried to be courteous with the employees but I’m starting to realize that doesn’t matter Bill made me wait while i was checking out to go help his other cashier came back to help me check out again only to rush me out while i was entering my credit card information like really dude Bills helping everyone else except the customer in front of him and then proceeds to rush me out so when did you’re time become more important to you than mine Bill get it together finish with the customer in front of you then move to next simple as that.
Never have a good experience in this store even though I try to be courteous with the employees here is always a hit and miss Bill Making me wait in the Counter while he goes and helps he’s other cashier comes back to help me then starts rushing me to check out like really dude this old guy bill running around trying to help everybody else but the customer in front of him next time around I will tell Bill upfront not to rush me i always wait my time in line and wait for this people to rush me.
Typical AutoZone with good selection of parts n sundries. .. My only frustration, is like all such stores, they help phone callers whilst live shoppers wait in the store for help. This is a long term annoyance that seemingly will never change. They would rather answer questions from POTENTIAL caller/customers than those who drive in , in person ready to buy. They know most folks will wait, whether it's right, or not, rude n wrong or not.
Awesome employees!!! Auto zone #5556 on 3100 E. Florida, Hemet CA. I went in because my car's check engine light was on. I was worried. It was 11:30 a.m on October 4th 2023. The store was busy, but I noticed how everyone was nice, friendly, understanding and taking care of customers, also very patient. That's a 10 star plus ⭐. The man ( I don't remember his name ) hooked up a diagnostic test kit to my car free of charge. Then he printed out the codes and test results for me. I purchased a recommended part. He also gave me extra instructions on what to follow up on next. Thoroughly explained everything to me and even wrote personalized notes on my paperwork and receipt. ( So that I would remember details ). He definitely went over and beyond to help me! Very wonderful experience. I truly appreciate it

I've just come off such a horrible week of many misfortunes, one of them being my car problem. In any regards, I just so happen to stop by the AutoZone here in Hemet instead of driving home and getting parts over there. Boy am I glad that I did. This AutoZone was AMAZING, Daren and Jon did such an amazing job helping me out. Even stepping out to help me with my windshield wipers and sparkplug. They were so careful with what I was buying and making sure that I had the proper parts. Sold me all the right things I did and saved me money in every corner that they could. I'm quite grateful to the staff here and all the help they gave me, I think next time I need some parts they might be worth the drive just to see there friendly faces. I hope to only come in for small things, but on that off chance I know I'll be treated right here! Thanks again Daren and Jon.
Knowledgeable staff and very helpful and friendly. They helped me with a new battery after trying to charge my old one. I even got the Veterans 10% discount and didn't even have to ask. You can't beat that.
These guys were great , very helpful, I bought some windshield wipers for a couple of cars that I own and they put on the wipers for me, sounds like no big deal but one of the cars I had know idea how to do this and Craig went way out of his way to to show me how to do this and to make sure they work .
Taylor Fields was an amazing help. We encountered a last minute issue with the car while leaving for my sons driving test. Taylor went out of his way to grab the part we needed and quickly install it on site so we had time to make our appointment. He was the difference between my son getting his license or not. I cannot thank him enough!
Francis treated me like I was some terrible person who was trying to scam them. I did not now that the battery I had was just connected loosely and my bf fixed it so I never needed the new battery..Nor was it ever used . Yet she treated me like I used it and was a liar. They have me waiting to speak to a manager instead of processing my refund.
I picked up my battery at this location because my closest location did not have one in stock. This location held my battery for me, were really cool when I went to pick it up, and thankfully are open during the COVID crisis with masks covering their face for safety! I really appreciate this and the treatment was a really positive experience at both stores.
Absolutely wonderful customer service. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name that helped us, but he was younger and had a braid. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He helped us find every single part we needed and helped us through the proper way to fix my car. He didn't hesitant to answer all of our questions. We will definitely be back and are grateful for this young man's help.
Frances was awesome in helping replace a new battery in my car. She was proficient and personable..annnnnd she was new on the job, only a couple weeks. Everyone in the store was professional and informative. I'll be back with any other issues.
You know ... This particular store is always more then friendly , stay at a steady pace so you're moving ... But not rushed. Returns big or small can be a pain... Not here! Great return policy without new rules that catch you at a bad time and that can put a real wrench in your day. Reliable stock and the easy layout make even a busy Auto Zone a convenient way to do it yourself .

They suppose to be open at 7:30. It is 8:10 and the lights inside are on but the place is locked. What kind of big business like this does not honors its schedule. Besides last time I was there some of the employees have attitude like they don't want to deal with the customer nor help.
