  I bought an air filter. After the sales girl did a diagnostic test on my car, everything came out good, it recommended an air filter. I took it in because my car car was running rough, I didn't get the name of the guy who actually put the air filter in for me. My car is running great now. I would have had to pay over a hundred dollars at an auto shop. God bless them at Auto Zone.

  Had to go autozone today and while there I remembered I bought snowchains back in March but no receipt so I asked about a return cause I never used them. Foor helped me by taking the time to look up when I bought and the time of day I bought it. I can't say how I appreciate all the time she is taking to help me.   Absolutely wonderful customer service. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name that helped us, but he was younger and had a braid. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He helped us find every single part we needed and helped us through the proper way to fix my car. He didn't hesitant to answer all of our questions.
