Do not buy your battery here if you expect them to actually honor your warranty. I put 2 stars instead of 1 because I bought a couple batteries is the past without issue. I’m posting because the owner decided to speak to me like dirt over the phone after I politely asked about my warranty on a brand new battery I bought there.
Very good place to buy used batteries 50-60$ , but they close at 5 PM not 5:30 PM that’s my only issue. That’s why I’m only giving it four stars out of five. They need to fix the hours on their Google page.
I can totally recommend Barry's Battery Outlet highly. Each time the employees have helped me they have made sure my needs are met. This particular occasion I had to return a battery. They replaced it since it was under warranty. This was after testing it to make sure it needed to be replaced. I have done business since 2010 and never had a problem. 5 Stars!!!
I go back every time I need a battery.
They just lost a sale on a new battery today since they refuse to answer phone. When they did pick up they hung right back up several times. When you call back you get a busy signal.
My battery is completely dead & once AAA jumps it I need to know for sure if they have a new battery in stock for my vehicle.
If this is the way they treat potential customers, then no thanks. Ain't getting any of my money. I'll go somewhere else that will respect their customers

Shoot I buy all my batteries from there since I can remember. 6month guarantee. Last year they were 60 bucks for 1 for my Sentra. Got more than 6months already. So really can't bet their price and durability
I had the pleasure of meeting Jose yesterday when I went to change out my battery. He was extremely nice and got me out of there in about 10 minutes! I will definitely be coming back whenever I need a battery!
I have been coming here for years now. I bought a battery that had a warranty. They refuse to honor the warranty with over a month left and the battery is testing 300 out of 600. The battery light is on in the car, the battery was tested multiple places, all of which read bad battery but they still refuse to honor their warranty. At this point i would never even trust them to buy a new battery because they are just too shady.
These guys are awesome, I went in today to get a battery for my GMC Sierra, and then I had to go back to get a battery for our Honda, Barry help us out so much, I would recommend them 100% gave us an amazing deal on both!!!!

Their reconditioned used batteries are too notch and have always far ourlasted the warranty by a couple of years. And their new ones are a far better deal then Amy auto parts store, including Walmart.

This is a great place to get a real good deal on a used battery if you don't have the money for a new one. I take away one star because the face of the matter is there is no such thing as a blem or reconditioned battery they are all used. They have all been installed before and reconditioned all they do is fill it with distilled water and recharge them. If they hold a load than they call them reconditioned. Ask next time what do they mean by Blem or Reconditioned.
Plz... everyone I Love this guy n don't know him. He took great care of me n at a great price. I Uber/Lyft n his batteries last. I brought my neighbors car to him today for her car n again great service again!... He takes great care of seniors n fast install. The other place charges for removal n installation when we are seniors citizens on fixed incomes other places don't care. They want to make a buck well I thank you Lord for giving us seniors a great place n good man. Amen.
The service men fixed everyones problems, gave advice on guarantees, lengthing battery life, and installed if needed and sent you on your way. They worked quickly and effeciently. We are happy campers !
Usually my husband handles the car business but today I was in a pinch and needed a battery
They treated me great, catered to my every need and we're very respectful. I honestly was dreading going because I know how these places can treat women but I was pleasantly surprised by thier helpfulness kindness and respect they saw that I had a baby with me and even interacted with him and we're happy to welcome him into the shop.

My car wouldn't start and I needed a new battery, Walmart where my dad would go had a 2 hrs wait. I called them up and they had a battery for my car at a very reasonable price. Only weird thing is having to change it out myself but really how difficult is that. Got my battery and was able to complete all my errands that day on time. Thank you guys.

Decent prices on batteries. I'll need someone to remind me to update this in about 6 months to a year from now, to see how this $50 reconditioned battery holds up though. My example is a 1990 Fleetwood Cambria chassis (engine/starting) battery. Before I installed it, obviously. Kinda looks like it was overcharged because it's leaking from the vent caps. I've had it for a couple of weeks now. Going to install it tomorrow.

Good prices on new and used batteries and some are well below their competitors. Plus they all come with a warranty on them. Fast service and employees will answer any questions you have and are very knowledgable.

I on the other hand, Received very good service from the guys there. They tested several batteries so I would get the best one they had of the bunch. Take a deep breath and remember what your goal was. Was it a remanufactured battery for a great price or to be coddled? Chances are they were busy & didn't have the extra time to answer a bunch of questions (like I usually have!) If I'm not mistaken, they will or can install the battery for the customer- which is a perk.
