Worst towing experience I now avoid this company, even if my insurance tries calling them in. The driver, Mohammed, would not listen to anything I’d request. I requested to not turn on the engine because of engine issues. EVEN before loading the car and during drop off, multiple times he attempts starting it after I repeatedly say not to. He kept doing it, even something in the engine had popped / blown. The tow truck also jolted my car back while loading it on, as if something in the towing line gave out for a second… Aside from that, very inaccurate ETAs. Sucks to leave a review like this, but this was just a crappy experience. Especially when the service provider would verbally disregard my request of leaving the car off…
Called my roadside assistance and marya towing was the closest in the area. Cesar the driver called me to let me know he was on his way. Very professional and knows what he is doing. My box truck is 17ft and he was able to take it from perris to lake elsinore with no problem. Very cautious on the road given the height we were about 14 to 15ft tall.
This was a horrible experience do not recommend they canceled my towing because they said that I’ve never communicated with them even though I did. They gaslighted me and created a scenario of that never happened. Do not hire them they are unreliable
GHOSTED ME. Had to pay $207 out of pocket BEFOREHAND then waited over 3 hours in the freezing cold. I eventually cancelled the service because i thought it was a scam. Terrible experience.
This tow Truck co. Is completely unprofessional and Untrustworthy iI zelle him money for the tow and I was supposed to pay the insurance company per policy in order to get the rest of the money for the amount in full for tow i explained this to him and he hung up on me refusing to zelle me back the money and then tried to extort me for additional money threatening to not tow me leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere OMG EVERYONE BE VERY CAUTIOUS
Paid 389 for roadside assistance when my tire blew out. The whole thing took 2 hrs and they made me pay before any service was given. The whole thing seemed off with 4 different people from the company calling me asking me where I was and that someone was on the way. The technician was pleasant but that was the only nice thing out of all this. Never got a receipt even after I requested it and being told they would send me one.
Got my truck towed to my house by Malik. He stayed in communication with me and let me know the status of my truck throughout the process. He was professional and treated my vehicle well. Thank you
Horrible! 0 Stars! Unprofessional! Kept postponing my tow pick up hour after hour. They ended up taking 5 Hours to pick up my motorcycle. I called them for status and they told me they would call back with it. NO CALL BACK. I called 1.5 Hours later for an update and they put me on hold only to hang up on me. WORST TOW Company EVER! If you want them to show up 5 hours late and scratch your car or motorcycle pick them. I NEVER WILL, I’ll push it myself.
Very unprofessional tow company I just left the bank when my car broke down I called Marya’s towing for a tow they sent a guy named AMMAR to pick my car up after the car was dropped off he gave me my keys i went to roll my windows up an my money I just took out of the bank was gone an my gold chain was gone as well they are thieves and liars I called the office an the dispatch cant even speak correctly
Actually needs zero stars, I requested towing from my insurance last night, Marya towing picked up my ticket and called me and asked for exact location I told them we were on a highway and gave them cross streets exactly how I entered with my insurance company. They told me it would be 30mins out, 15mins later they called back and stated they can’t make it as their tow truck broke down. I asked what I was I supposed to now, they stated I don’t know call your insurance. So at that point I needed to open up another ticket to request tow again, which thankfully the company that picked it up was only 15mins out came and towed my car home, next day I needed car towed to the shop and a new ticket was created this Marya towing picked up my ticket again and called me 4 times with different ETA. 1st -45mins, 2nd- 10mins, 3rd- 1hr, last call they stated they had 2 emergencies that it will take 2hrs-3hrs to get to us. These calls from them were made within 45mins. At this point I have already waited over 45 mins for them, I decided to just I call my insurance to redirect us to a different company as I didn’t want to deal with them anymore with all the different ETAs and calls from them. Worst tow company to deal with. Stay away! So many different excuses!!!
Waited 3 hours after a one hour eta , just to be told they didn't want to tow to my location. Horrible customer service no communication and a lack of following through on their commitments
If I could rate it a zero star I would! They told me they would tow my car in 90 mins more like 5 hrs and when I got into my car my center console was broken and things inside my vehicle was stolen. Never again! Please don’t call them unless you want your belonging stolen and wait over 5 hrs for a tow!! ZERO STARS!!!!
Unreliable. Tried to get my mother-in-laws car towed. Originally told us 1 hour to 1:45 minutes. Called back after waiting 2 hour and was told they had an emergency call and they would be there within the hour. Waited another 1 and a half hours and still no show, no updates or anything. Called again and they said they would be there in 25 minutes but needed me to give them exact details of the location, car and license plate which were given in the beginning. Finally had to cancel because the guy on the phone could not understand or speak English well enough to be able to help us. Very disappointed.
BEWARE These people are crooks they take your car to their lot instead of a repair shop and then charge you to get it out. While they have it in their custody they go through your vehicle and take what they want . I would not advise anyone to use this service and if you have no other choice you follow them to the location you ask them to tow it to.
Don't let these guys take your car to their yard. They really don't have an appropriate address to go too and you will be stuck driving in circles trying to find it. They will purposely stall so the insurance company will pay them more. Tell your insurance company not to do business with them. Will save you a lot of headaches.
I had a nail in my tire and had to tow from Hemet to Temecula Dealership due to my tire package. ALEX the tow driver could have just dropped me off but stayed as I had to go to a different destination to have the tire installed, since the dealership had no slots available They had the tire but I had to go elsewhere to have it placed! It’s been a day but could have been much worse. I’m thankful and grateful, things could have been much worse.
They picked up my SUV to tow to Ford in Ontario, today 12/8/2023 around 1230. The driver called me at 1042 and let me know that they were about an hour out. They were late but I get there is a lot of traffic.
However, I contacted the dealership at 1515 and the car hadn’t been delivered. The dealership is 45 minutes away. To ensure that the car hadn’t been just dumped in there lot, the dealership went looking. My SUV wasn’t there but the app said it was delivered.
At 1605 I called the number that had been sent with the link to the app and I left a message. At 1624, I called the number on the app and spoke to a gentleman, explained the issue and he said he’d call me back. I still haven’t heard back.
My daughter called every other Ford dealership in the area to see if it had been delivered to the incorrect dealership and it hadn’t.
My daughter’s friend, who works at the dealership, searched for my SUV again as he left work, this was after 1900. The car was left in the parking lot after the service department closed.
I was not contacted by the drivers, nor the tow company called to confirm delivery.
To summarize: 1. They arrived 45-55 minutes late, after calling to confirm what time they’d arrive. 2. Lost my vehicle and still haven’t communicated that it was delivered. 3. Dropped the vehicle off at the dealership and failed to communicate with dealership in anyway. If the service department was closed, the sales team was still open. 4. Took them 5-7 hours after loading the car to deliver 40 miles away. 6. Communication has been nonexistent. 7. Tomorrow morning when the dealerships opens, I’ll find out if they is any damage down to the vehicle, I still do not know where the key is.
I would highly recommend that you avoid using this company, I have already placed a complaint in with FordPass, who selected this company for the tow. I hope they take them off of their platform, so that no one else has to deal with this terrible service.
Had a crash on my motorcycle and called the HOG roadside assistance, no one came so I called MARYA Towing. Alex came out in about 40 minutes (we were up in the mountains) and he was awesome. He was helpful, and so very kind. We had a great conversation on the hour and 15 minute ride home. He also helped my husband load my bike in our trailer. The service was great and was very reasonably priced.
Attempted car theft broke into passenger and drivers door broke ignition off went through center consel. Ignition will not turn had to have it towed. Tow truck driver was awesome and helpful.
I was hit while the other driver was making a random u-turn while I was in his blind spot and he turned right into me. Muhammad with Marya Towing showed up in a timely manner and got my vehicle off the road and on the way to the next step. Thank you.

My 2015 Ford transit broke down on the freeway with a broken drive shaft. Marya TOWING responded quick and got me towed to my mechanic. Very professional, definitely recommend
Mohammad was great came under 2 hours very nice and helpful. Called me to let me know he was almost there and customer service laura was nice on phone.
Moe at Marya towing was on time and very professional. He towed my travel trailer 90 miles to the dealer for a repair when 5 other local tow business simply wouldn’t. These guys get the job done! 10 stars if I could.
Daniel the tow guy was very nice and comforting in letting me know he was going to get us home safe n sound and he smelled good to A++++ hopefully I get Daniel on my next tow
