Good customer service is extremely important when running a business, and I must say that yours sucks! Guy who answered the phone obviously doesn't care about the survival of this company. He was rude, and should not be dealing with customers.
The way the phone was answered was horrible I didn’t even know if I had called the right place , when I had asked if it was the used auto parts place he was just like what can I do for you he didn’t say yes or no he was just overall rude !!!!
