The men working there were very nice and helpful.

I was helped by one of their female employees. I didn't get her name, but she was very informative! I needed. a coolant fan but they didn't have one in the store. It was ordered and I git it the next day!! I love getting parts from there! Friendly staff!

Good people willing tp help out anyway they can.

They didn't order a part for me which left me in a bind and no ac for a long trip. Thanks a lot you guys rock.

We were in the Blythe location off Lovekin at around 5:30pm yesterday Wednesday June 4th. Our air conditioner had stopped working & we went in hoping they might have some ideas. I believe his name was Kenny (I hope) came outside & fiddled around with it & surprise it started working! He had some magic fingers!! We really needed it to work because we were traveling from Huntington Beach, CA to Phx. & it was well above 100+ degrees. We cannot say enough nice things about the 2 gentlemen working the store at that time. The guy that stayed inside let us use the restroom & hang out in the air conditioning & we had a fun chat. GOOD customer service is hard to find these days & these two went above & beyond! Please thank them for their knowledge, kindness & being so helpful. We are forever in their debt. We were showing a bit low on oil in Volkswagen and needed some VW accepted oil. The staff was helpful in finding the right oil. Although they didn’t have it in stock at least we knew what we needed!

TC was so very helpful, we needed a jump start to our RV. Every other place we called wanted 140-250 an hour plus gas to even come out and jump us. TC came and jumped our RV, and informed us that we could get a new battery delivered, all within the hour we called. He made 2 trips and was very very helpful, everything was very reasonably priced. Fantastic roadside assistance. Above and beyond, hooked the jumper cables from his truck to the new battery while we turned her on so the new battery would stay new. TC saved the day!! Thank you so so much for helping out our family.

I called a few auto parts stores in the Ehrenberg/Blythe area, and this was the only store that carried coolant for the inverter on a hybrid vehicle. The other stores either didn't understand what I was referring to, didn't have the product, or didn't seem interested in helping. Thanks to the young lady that answered the phone, and the young man who showed me the various product options. They kept me on the road.

I attempted to contact a “representative” of this store via phone calls no answer after 6 attempts and when I finally got ahold of them to cross reference a part number for my vehicle I am working on they were just simply flat out rude and proceeded to hang up the phone without confirming whether or not they had the part in stock the price nor any sort of availability if I had to option to leave 0 star I would 10000% would and I also believe that the individual who “answered” and hung up was named Mike or Michale however it’s properly spelt(I could be wrong) (I also called between 5:30-5:45)in addition afterwards I went to Autozone (where much more friendlier staff helped me) ordered me the correct part since they were happily to inform me the arrival day time and the amount required to conclude I have and will be contacting either store manager and HR to further escalate this very concerning issue….O…O..O..O'reilly's? More like O..O…O …Oh no good service reps. 0/10

We needed a new battery, we also needed it installed. The first business we tried had 3 guys doing nothing, but they still would not install the battery. It wasn’t that way at ORiellys. A pretty manager, Cella, immediately got her cart out and happily installed the battery and didn’t even ruin her lovely long nails! What super, friendly service!

Not only did this stop have a full inventory, but they also had an assortment of greases, lithium grease specifically and amazing for service. I highly recommend this place and their team for your automotive needs.

So far, I could always rely on the first-grade individuals located here (especially Jesse) to do everything in their ability to be as tremendously helpful as possible. Would definitely recommend 👍

Always very helpful here and go out of their way to make sure you find the part you need. They make sure you get what you need to, not just a part. I really can't brag on this store enough. They have been such a blessing when it came to fixing our issues. Every single employee there has such knowledge, excellent customer service skills and a great, helpful mindset. My husband and I were driving back from Oceanside when our AC in our Denali went out and it was 110 degrees out, we pulled into O'Reilleys and asked if they could help us figure out what was wrong with the AC, I was so very grateful that Anthony Sanchez was the one working that day , he was so nice and really went out of his way to get us back on the road with the AC working again!!! Also had the pleasure of talking with Sally who also works there, she was so sweet and also very helpful. What a great store with excellent Customer Service. I am so Grateful to them both!!!

If you stop here, look for Richard. He went out of his way to help my wife and I with the cover of the bottom of our car. He was friendly, fast and efficient! Highly recommended this place and their hospitality towards their customers 👍

The guys at this location in Blythe are super friendly and helpful, I had the chance to be taken care of from Richard and Michael. Both were calmed enough to listen to my problem while trying to get a hitch for my truck. They did not have an off the shelf solution but managed to build a custom solution for me. I was on a rush and they did their best to get me going. Big thanks to them and OReilly team! Keep up the good work!

Broke down while towing 40 miles from Blythe and needed a new thermostat, gasket, coolant and a bucket (did my best to catch the old coolant). Called and talked to Jesse, he was knowledgeable, patient and had the parts pulled and ready for me when I walked in. Thanks Jesse, much appreciated.

Not very impressed as of late. Ordered my part January 7th was supposed to be here the 24th. Still waiting! I called the 20th and they couldn’t tell me if the order had even been processed. Meaning someone dropped the ball and didn’t finalize the order. AKA Took my cash and never ordered the product. After several attempts to get a date of picking up the order I’m hoping to get my product today 1/28/22. A little honesty would have been a better approach. I know the person who assisted me was fairly new there’s no shame in that! However just one lie requires a whole series of lies to back it! Honesty needs nothing and most certainly is always the best policy!!!!!

Richard was great. Every time I come to this auto parts store the people are very helpful. Richard help me with my battery. He made sure I got the right battery and helped me pull the old one out. He also put the new one in. People like him make all the difference. Thank you Richard.

I’m an O’Reillys customer for life. Car broke down on the outskirts of town. Bartered a ride to store. Jesse helped me and was the nicest, friendliest, most knowledgeable person. He helped me select the parts and tools required for my roadside repair. He even checked up on me after work to see if I needed anything. Above and beyond customer service. Thanks Jesse

they told us we had studs broken so they proceeded to help us get 16 dollar studs AND jacked up the car, took out calipers and replace the whole thing FOR US!! SHOUT OUT to ERIK AND ARACELI for such AMAZING service!! I believe they can fix anything!

Amazing customer service! Stopped in looking for a part for a project hubby was working on. When O'Reilly didn't have the size I needed in stock, they offered to order it. When I explained we'd only be in the area a couple of days, Jesse started calling his competitors in town to help me locate what I needed! I purchased the other item I needed from O'Reilly, and they will be my go-to guys for all things automotive whenever we're in the area. Well done, Jesse!!
