We had an excellent experience with Ramsey Towing. After getting stuck in deep sand, we called several towing companies. Some were rude or short with us, while others promised to come but never showed up.
Ramsey Towing was completely different. They were quick to respond, friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process. They arrived when they said they would, took the time to explain what they were doing, and made a stressful situation much easier.
Their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help really stood out. If you're stranded or need a tow, I highly recommend Ramsey Towing. Reliable service and great customer care are hard to find these days, and they delivered both.
Called at 7 PM on a Sunday night had no one available would not even discuss. They should takeoff the 24 hour post on the Google listing. Call the other guy near them and they responded quickly and we’re awesome.
Very poor experience with this company. Not only did the office manager Lindsey Take multiple days to respond… But they actually raised the hourly quote on me for NO reason…
They originally quoted me $1000 an hour and then came back and raised it to 1200 an hour and told me that they would need an extra truck..
I was really excited to get this company business until I saw the lack of integrity and standing behind their word.
I will be finding another company that honors their word.

Very appreciative of the service. We were stranded in the desert when our truck broke down and Austin was very helpful making sure we got our vehicle to a reliable shop and safely to the hotel. Thankful for the consideration he had for our family.
These guys are absolute heroes. I was in a terrible jam. And they had a heavy wrecker out to me and rescued my "Bonehead Trucker ass" within an hour of me making the call. Incredibly fair pricing as well. If you're in a jam and need help, don't call Ghostbusters, call these guys.

We were referred by a mechanic shop and they were right. Ramsey's Towing was AMAZING! I called in a panic since I wasn't sure if my exact location, but the very nice lady on the phone stayed calm and helped me through it. Austin, the driver, was kind, polite and personable. I had my minivan stuck and Sinked in the sand no could help except this company. The guy came in on time pulled the van out like nothing. The price was incredibly fair. I highly recommend them.
Brandon is the man! Was delivering rebar on a job site out there in the solar panels truck got stuck after a few attempts I knew I would need a recovery and I was glad I called them! I would definitely save your number and recommend !
