My vehicle get stuck in sand today when my family in a Geode hunting trip in unpaved road, I get service from them, I shared my location with iPhone to them, and they called me when close so I can stay by the road to meet them, they are very professional, very nice to communicate with, it does take a few rounds to eventually get my car out, I see they are very confident and very experienced, after my car got out of sand, they escorted me till paved road, fell so confidently driving at that time. overall I am very satisfied with their service, it is very hot today and they really “saved “ my family from the desert

If it wasn't 108° out amd I had family here, I'd love to live here. The people here really care about others in a way that is nearly extinct. I came from LA and am on my way home to FL. I can tell you LA didn't care about anyone or anything except 2 things Corporate polices & sucking your pockets dry. I love how they treated me like Family. It was late on a Friday night. I was pulling my Peterbilt into the rest stop just East of Blythe, CA and at the top of the ramp, she stopped running. I was in the center of the ramp and semi trucks and cars were backing up all the way down the ramp. It was very stressful.
I called Parker towing and Michelle in the office helped me out right away. She dispatched a heavy hauler and Tim and Heather who were the Tow Operators showed up in about 15-20 minutes. It was such a relief to see them.
They first worked on pulling me gently out of the way of all the blocked traffic, then got me hooked-up. They had to put in extra effort to work around my 20 inch bumper.
The next day, the shop I had them tow me to did not work out so they gave me a really good deal to tow me to a second shop.

We were stranded in 104°, our truck towing a 5th wheel with 2 dogs. AAA was no help so after 2 hours waitng we called Parker Towing and Bruce came to our rescue! He was so nice

My wife and I and our 10 month old daughter managed to hit a rubber strap and embed the hook in our tire 70 miles outside Blythe on I-10. The dispatcher was quick and efficient getting a truck out to us and was understanding of our nervousness with our daughter in the car. The driver Rex, arrived quickly and was kind and professional. He even brought a blanket after hearing we had a baby. As good of an experience as a blown tire in the middle of nowhere at night with a baby could be. Thanks!
I had to wonderful experience of being rescued from hwy 195...the type drivers wife Mrs Joline even came where my semi truck and trailer were dropped to transport me to get food for myself.
