Dakota is the NICEST driver ever. He really looked out for my friend and I. Showed us local places to go to and gave some recommendations. This place really takes care of ya.
This towing company is amazing, I live in Davis and drove all the way to Plumas state park to stay for a week of camping, but then my car decided to stop working 20 minutes away from the park. Triple A was contacted and Dakota, our tow truck driver, came by to pick us up and Betty, my 2002 Camry, he was very nice and even said it wasn’t a big fix on my car and that is should be fine, which it is, kinda. After he dropped my car off at Sierra Garage in Portola he took time out of his day to drive me and my friend, AND our stuff to our campsite. What a lovely and dedicated driver. Definitely the best one if you ever get Dakota as your driver. Thank you so much Dakota.
Steve saved me from Eureka Lake, about 1.3 miles away from paved road, and safely delivered my truck to Graeagle where it could be repaired. I paid about half what I thought it could cost and he was done with the project about two hours after I got in touch. I am better off for being a customer of Crescent Tow and thank them greatly for their service.
Best towing experience. Got stuck with my truck and trailer in Clio. David (owner) personally called to help coordinate getting my truck to our mechanic and the trailer taken to our home in Nevada City. Tom (driver) was professional, friendly, and a skilled technician. Great guy! I would highly recommend this company when you send out the SOS signal. Thank you!
USE THESE GUYS!! My Jeep was way back on a dirt road with a busted bearing. Didn't think I'd even be able to find a tow truck that would come out. But Crescent Tow was there in less than half an hour, didn't charge me a dollar more than they had to, and the dispatch/driver were both super nice/helpful... I wouldn't call anyone else if I was stranded in Plumas Co.
Tom was super nice and helpful! Got to me faster than I had ever experienced with any other tow company. So happy with the service. Crescent will be the only company I will use in the future
Life savers. Steve came through for us. AAA denied our tow from our RV camp site at Jackson Meadows twice because they believed the road to be a logging 4x4 road only. Finally told them we’d try to the vehicle out to 89 for a tow. Steve showed up and met us at 89. I told him the situation and he happily drove down to our camp site and towed the vehicle from there. He even said he would call AAA and let them know they were wrong and needed to update their access info for the area so someone else wouldn’t have to deal with what we did. Thank you to Steve and Crescent Towing!!
Way over charge, give you the run around so they can charge you extra days, the want to see your drivers license and the person who has brought you or they won’t give you your car. Never anyone there it’s the worst

Crescent Tow is awesome! They were fast, professional, friendly, and offered a fair deal. My car broke down in the middle of nowhere during a long road trip and needed to be towed over 40 miles to the nearest dealership. Since I had to pay out of pocket, I had to shop around. There was another towing company less than a mile away from where my car broke down, but their price was exorbitant! I was so glad to find Crescent Tow-- who, even being further out, still offered the best price. Thanks, Crescent Tow, for pulling through in an emergency!

Had someone stuck in between mine and my parents property in the snow this a.m. and the "other" tow company in town came out and just flat said NOPE not even going to try! Then they left without even saying a word, when the people stuck called to see what was going on and if they were going to send a different truck, she was left on hold for 15 minutes... In the meantime I called Cresent Tow and asked if they would come help. Not even 20 minutes later they came to the rescue!!! VERY PROFESSIONAL, extremely helpful, and knew exactly how to get in and get this poor lady out of the snow and back on the road. I have used Cresent Tow in the past for my personal car issues and never had a problem... My Dad has used or TRIED to use the "other" tow company in the past and ran into the same issues as this lady. If you need to get towed out of ANY situation, use CRESENT TOW!!! They are AMAZING!!!
Kenny was great! Made my early morning tow easy. Took care to ensure my car was properly loaded onto flatbed while telling great stories. Took my car to my mechanic, 40 miles away.
