The staple of Vietnamese American culture. many Memories here for decades. A reminder of the struggles of our people. Nice people, good food, and very festive and lively during chinese new years. Lion dances, flower markets, night markets with local vendors. This place means a lot to me. Remember to support your local businesses.

This was my first time going there, and the mall was quite large. There were also various things to see inside. There was a food court, and most importantly, I wanted to go because it was featured in the movie Fast and Furious, and I was happy to finally see it in person.

Phuoc Loc Tho Asian Garden Mall is lowkey iconic. Great food, cool shops, and the energy is always on point. It’s giving culture, community, and chill vibes all in one spot. Perfect place to hang out, eat good, and just exist.

Very beautiful place. This place usually is best during holidays for their night fest however during the day the inside is great! It has so many photo ops and places to hang out. Personally if you have an asian grandma, this is a better place to take her rather than irvine spectrum!

Have you been to the Asian Garden Mall in Westminster, Orange County? I took my mom here recently - she likes to browse browse browse and bargain bargain bargain. They have food, entertainment (in Vietnamese and English language), shops, and more. Gets packed during Lunar holidays. For short, we refer to this mall as “Three Buddhas” because of the Buddha statues in the front.

Located in Little Saigon, which sounds like Lý Đô Sài Gòn, Áian Garden Mall or Phước Lộc Thọ is an iconic place for Vietnamese people. It resembles Vietnamese business & market place where people can buy clothes, snacks, and jewelry, while enjoying Vietnamese cuisines. Groceries shop would make it a 100% Vietnamese resemble.

So, I have a new appreciation for Asain Garden Mall that differs from when I was a kid. If you want to go to a mall and bargain with vendors, this is the place. The storefronts are reminiscent of the mall in China without the hidden walls that take you to some clandestine gallery of bootleg luxury items. If you cannot find a parking space inside the lot, park on the public street right behind the back lot. There is also an overflow lot to the side of the building. Lots of jewelry shops inside on the second floor and some on the ground floor. Don't be too shy to bargain. Do it or else you will be up sold. Always question and don't be afraid to walk away. Restroom for male and female are on the ground floor, near the stage. Theres always a line for the women's restroom. I've been coming here for over three decades. You know I'll be back, even just to peruse.

Came to this place on Sep27th for early Moon festival. There were multiple choices of street foods. Enjoyed the atmosphere and lively cultural activities here!

There are lots of little shops, and on weekends—Saturdays and Sundays—outdoor festivals start around 6:30 in the evening. You’ll find many ethnic food vendors, meat vendors, and live music performances. Admission is free, and the whole atmosphere feels like a big Vietnamese get-together at the Asian Garden Mall in Little Saigon. It’s beautiful and full of life. You can see traditional Vietnamese women dressed beautifully, wearing jewelry and gold, adding a cultural charm to the event. There are also many small and delicious food markets, little restaurants, and street vendors selling all kinds of treats. In addition, you’ll find small Vietnamese markets, ice cream shops, and bakeries offering fresh and tasty options. Altogether, it’s a lively, colorful place that combines food, culture, and community spirit.

The food was hot and the chicken was good. The hot and sour soup was like like very hot ? and spicy colored water. The people were very friendly the prices reasonable.

I recently visited Asian Garden Mall with my family, and it’s still one of the most iconic landmarks in Little Saigon. Architecturally, the mall is notable for its high wooden ceilings, exposed trusses, and natural light from the clerestory windows — giving the space a blend of traditional Vietnamese aesthetics with a touch of postmodern openness. The red lanterns and decorative elements add warmth and cultural identity, especially during the Tet and Mid-Autumn seasons when the space feels most alive. Commercially, the mall is a mix of charm and repetition. There’s a heavy dominance of jewelry stores, áo dài boutiques, and gift vendors, which reflect the strong cultural and ceremonial focus of the Vietnamese community — but the lack of diversity in store types limits the browsing experience. Many vendors sell similar inventory, which can make the layout feel redundant if you’re not looking for something specific. The food court is well-maintained, but nearly all the vendors offer overlapping Vietnamese dishes (pho, bún bò Huế, cơm tấm, etc.), so you’re not getting the kind of variety you might find in newer Asian malls like Rodeo 39 or The Source. That said, the pricing is reasonable, and the quality is authentic, if not cutting edge. Despite the commercial homogeneity, the mall still serves as a social and cultural gathering point. The center stage regularly hosts performances and community events, which is a nice anchor that adds life to the space. On our visit, my kids especially enjoyed the cotton candy vending machine — a small touch of fun amid the more traditional retail offerings. Final thoughts: Asian Garden Mall is a cultural landmark first and a shopping destination second. It’s worth visiting if you want to experience Vietnamese-American heritage in Orange County. Just be aware that it’s more nostalgic than innovative — which may appeal to some and underwhelm others depending on expectations. Overall: 4.2/5

Phuoc Loc Tho is a Vietnamese haven filled with all good authentic Vietnamese stuff. PLT during Vietnamese New Year 2025 was the place to be! U can buy traditional clothes for cheap and best Vietnamese street food if I say so myself!!! Great place to take pictures too! Oh what fun! ? Cham at Phouc Loc Tho or Asian Garden Mall is a Vietnamese juice bar. They serve my mango drink that happens to be my favorite. Lines are ok and they move pretty decent. Worth trying. ?

I hadn't been to this Asian Garden Mall for over a decade. Since it was Lunar New Year last week, I flew back to Orange County to celebrate the Lunar New Year party at my friend's house. Asian Garden Mall is a traditional Vietnamese cultural place where people come to buy necessary items for themselves, such as clothing, shoes, jewelry, souvenirs, herbal tea and medicines, and many authentic Vietnamese restaurants. They also have street food at night, where people can try a variety of delicious authentic Vietnamese dishes. This is a place for friends to gather together for social events.

Central and biggest Vietnamese community here. This mall also has at least 10 jewelry stores if you are into gold and silver. They also sell a lot of Ao dai (Viet traditional dress:) it has good food as well.

I'm not even Viet but coming here felt nostalgic and really reminded me of being inside the ITECC mall in Laos. There is a food court on the 1st floor, however some of the places don't display prices. Lots of statues, and a nice shrine area on the 2nd floor, along with what appears to be a stage area by the food court and surrounding kiosks. There are two escalators but they only go up. Stairs and an elevator are also available. Given that the majority of the partons are on the older side I really think the mall should be more accommodating in regards to accessibility and navigation, especially if there were an emergency event. The restrooms are clean. Majority of stores are jewelry shops, followed by clothing stores, novelty shops and gift shops with anime/kpop/Sanrio merch.

A very interesting mega Asian shopping center mainly catering Vietnamese customers. Dominated by jewelry, clothing, herbal medicines and small variety stores. I won’t recommend the food court there. It looks nice on the counter but taste is ok and kinda expensive and small portion compared to similar restaurants outside.

Located on Bolsa Ave., in Westminster is this nice Vietnamese Mall. This is the place where you could find a lot of jewelry stores that can give you good pricing on jewelry. They have ample parking but they do get busy during the weekends and holidays. We came on a Sunday afternoon so the crowd wasn’t that much. We have been coming here several times before I made a review and so far all the vendors on the first and second floors are all nice and accommodating. They have all kinds of street food so better come in hungry. I would suggest for first timers to always browse each food vendor and amaze yourself with all the choices they and then finally make your decision. You can never go wrong with all the food choices that you make because they’re all good.

One of the most popular landmarks in Little Saigon! I've been coming here ever since I was little considering I live a block away. They've changed very little and have stayed true to the Vietnamese culture that they've embodied. They have a huge range of shops and at very affordable prices. The food court, bakery, restaurant, makeup counters, clothing shops, and a couple of jewelry stores are on the first floor. There are other clothing stores, arcade, and the rest of the other jewelry counters on the second floor. It is definitely a place for tourists because of all the fun toys and cute gadgets that they have. The parking is a lot more spacious in the back and they've just recently added more to the side a couple of years ago. Highly recommend stopping by if you're ever in the area! :)

Great place to walk around to shop and eat Vietnamese food. There are lots of jewelry shops around the back and clothing on the lower level. Parking can be a bit of a challenge though but you won’t find any mall in the country like this so I recommend visiting if you are in the area.

Good Vietnamese mall. This reminds me of the 90s mall in Vietnam back then. From the mall structure to the stalls. Kind of nostalgic! But parking can be difficult. There’s plenty of lots but there are more customers.

A lot of good vietnamese shops and food. I personally preferred the street food which started in the evening. I would recommend if you are visiting to skip meals during the day so you can try the smorgasbord of street food options, and bring a few friends so you can split each thing and try more. My personal favorites were the fried banana, papaya salad with beef jerky, and the grilled corn on the cob. But there are so many things to try and limited stomach space. Nice to walk around the mall and all the shopping stalls after you eat to walk off all those calories you will consume

Great place to casually waking around and eat Vietnamese cuisine. Many clothing shops. Prices are very reasonable and plenty of inventory. Plenty of quality jewelry stores on the first and second floors. Asian New Year is in full swing and lots of energy in the indoor Asian Garden Mall. Large parking in the rear of mall but tons of customers. Lots of fun visiting this mall.

A lot of nice authentic vietnamese stores and food are available here. At night (every night) they have a lot of delicious street foods available right outside of it. Too many jewelry stores here in my opinion, but nice place to buy souvenirs, traditional clothing, Asian merchandise, kid toys, plants, and much more. They have a nice Buddhist statue area on second floor and a main stage area where they sometimes have lion dances or performances.

The standard for all asian malls in America. Place is clean and well maintained. Plenty of jewelry stores in this place. In fact half of the second floor is dedicated to a jewelry mall. The floor activity was pretty brisk on a Friday. On display is a very large agate. I did notice a lot of stalls selling stuffed animals and Japanese related merchandise. It is time worth spent to make a stop here if you are interested in that stuff. There is altar to present offerings in front of the second floor escalator. Does not have much of a food court though. Parking lot is to the back of the building. The highlight of this place is the night market which starts at 7pm and ends at 11 pm Fri thru Sun. Ends on Sept 5. They have too many things availible to list, you can look at the pictures.

Why 5 stars even thou we are in a pandemic when most stores are closed inside? Because like any malls and businesses, this mall will flourish once again with fun laughter of shoppers, bustling footsteps, delicious food aroma from cafe and bakeries, and the night market happening on the weekend. It is a different ghostly experience but you will still feel the warm welcomes. Support these small businesses. Their masks are super cheap! Food are super good.
