Came in for an oil change and they stated they topped off windhsiled fluid, i just checked it and it has no fluid whats so ever. Now i wonder if they even changed my engine oil??
I also did a brake fliud exchange back in January of this year at another dealership and Westminster honda is saying I need it again.
I would not recommend this location. I came in for a routine B1 service and asked for an assessment of what my vehicle needed.
Despite my car being relatively new with only about 20,000 miles, I was quoted approximately $650 for an oil change, tire rotation, and a fuel injection service.
To compare, I visited another Honda service location in the Irvine/Huntington Beach area and received the same basic service for around $150.
I encourage others to get a second opinion before proceeding with any major service recommendations here.
They thought I was dumb but in reality I knew what I needed and just wanted a quote and they tried to take advantage.

Drove about 50 miles to and from my house thinking I was gonna get a decent advertised price for a used Honda prologue. I was extremely disappointed that when going over "their numbers", they tacked on an additional $15000 over sticker. Wanting me to pay for things that the original person that purchased the vehicle already paid for which made the used vehicle practically the price of a new one. I didn't want any extra fluff like insurances/warranties or anything that would bloat the price up but I felt like they didn't want to work with me. I ended up going to Honda of Pasadena. Paid sticker+tax and I got excellent honest service without feeling cheated and up sold.
Average 2.3 is high. Should be 0.0. Very slow moving business! Took 30 minutes to order something that they cancelled my online order and forced me to got there to order it again and guess what? Pick it up 2 days later.
Offered me amount for my car over the phone and then wanted to give %50 of that amount after I came in the store I drove all the way from San Diego DO NOT COME HERE SCAMMERS
Typical dealership scums. Reported i had issues with my transmission but they couldn't tell me the exact cause of the failure and quoted me 10k to fix. Went to another store and turns out it was just the fuel injector fault.
