- November 2023: Another great experience with Unique Auto. A few years ago, after going through different estimates, we sold a Porsche Macan to Unique Autos. It was a smooth, easy transaction with Umair, the owner, and his staff. 3 days ago, my sister called me and asked me to help selling her Red BNW. I sent her straight to Umair and he had assigned his brother Mahmood to help her. They offered her a fair price based on KBB cash offer, very straight forward, no haggle, no game. The whole transaction including car checking, price negotiation, paperwork, final check cut to her took less than 1.5 hr. She was also extremely happy on how easy the transaction was and how nice, courteous, friendly and professional Mahmood was. We totally recommend this dealership if you are in need of buying or selling a used car. They are very straight forward, nice people and would not waste your time.
I kept forgetting to rate these guys, but hands down the best experience I've ever had with a used car dealership (maybe any dealership period). The guys helped me out pretty quick, were communicative over text, and even DROVE TO ME to buy my car. That's unheard of.
