I don't understand they wouldn't let me throw my old part away at the counter, I purchased the new part there at the store.
There is no more hospitality in this world, not even at a simple auto parts store.
I usually have a decent customer service experiment going to O'Reilly's . Their prices are sometimes off and other times they are s good deal. Tonight (father's day) I didn't appreciate them rushing me out the door 8imites before official closing time. I needed parts and has to go to Walmart

I was driving and my car was loosing power I immediately pulled off fwy and landed at O’Reiilys in Westminster. Alexander was a huge help and professional he cleaned corrosion off battery and changed battery and helped with other concerns w my Lexus so patient and refused a tip. He deserves a promotion or raise over and beyond great customer service.
Had reasonable priced lug nuts that fit my Chevy Cruze when changing my brakes I noticed that my lug nuts were stripped So I had to replace two tires worth very reasonably priced.
I went to O’Reilly Auto Parts in Westminster today to purchase some frion because my air conditioning system in my car was only blowing hot air. I had no clue beyond buying that what I needed or what to do. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and directed to the area which had what I was looking for. The reason for this review is because Joe (name I saw on the shirt) went above and beyond when he saw the look of confusion on my face. He explained everything to me, showed me the different options, was super informative and even pulled up a video to show me how to do what I needed to do. Because of his help, I was able to accomplish my mission and it saved me money and time on having to take my car in and someone else to do it. Thank you Joe! He really saved the day!
Yeah they have a young man that works there is very knowledgeable and he's really good at finding things that are hard to find Angels really a good kidney taste well care of all the customers that come in the door he said a couple more like him experience was very good
Very fast and good service. I buy one windshield wiper blade for my car and they do free installation. Only cost me $18.48 compared to the Sunny Auto repair that Charged me $25 for only one unbranded China wiper blade. Many thanks to the young guy working at o’Reilly this morning. Very good service
I'm not from this area but happen to be here today while experiencing problems with my car. I was excited to see that there was an O'Reillys right up the road from where my car had died because I have a warranty on the battery I have in my car that I bought from them. I managed to get my car running with help from a kind stranger who had experience in mechanics. This person also informed me that I was in desperate need of coolant in my car. Side note: this happened with my first car and I ended up blowing the head gasket so this information sent me into panic mode. I was very nervous to drive my car but had no other options so I drove my car. I made it to O'Reillys and felt relieved to know I would be somewhere with people who could help me with my car so that I'd feel safe driving it. To my surprise, the doors were locked 5 minutes before they were supposed to close and the worker just watched and ignored me as I stood there in distress. I am now stuck in a dark parking lot, with my dogs, in a dead car, in an area I am not familiar with! Shame on you, O'Reillys employees, for turning away someone in need of help before you're even scheduled to close.
I bought an aor cleaner for my car. It was cheaper than eBaybr lost ten dollars.
The counter hd a plexiglass shield and they require a mask. They never touched my credit card.
Dont count on them letting you borrow a flash light or helping you with anything even if you make a purchase. Very unhelpful staff . Lame during times like this !
Your employee Steve was awesome!!!! He went above and beyond his job and put in 150% and helped us with our headlights. This guy is phenomenal!!! And he will go far in life with what he puts his hands to.
Two words, one product: Evapo Rust, one of the few places that sells it over the counter. Basically works so good, it's sometimes impossible to find. Rest of the store is good, nice standard selection. If they don't have it you can always hit up pep boys, but I always go here first, so I can snatch up another gallon of evapo rust!
i came here once to get a rotor and cap for my toyota. he was a tall tan skinned dude with another tall white boy there and no manager. so i got my part. but before he brought it. he walked with the said parts and went to the back of the store. cause i partially followed him till i couldnt. then i heard a mill sander go on or some tool turn on really fast. then it stops. then i get my part after i see him pop outta the back side of the store. then i check the cap. two points were grinded off. this is very unacceptable. the part didnt come like that. HE DID IT. IS.. and that tall skinned dude had his friend watching. he knew too. both employees have toy cars modified for drifting. hope they both get fired. this was probably around February to March. so manager check ur cameras. or as both of them. watch theyre eyes for left or right moment. and put ur finger on their wrist vein.. there u go.
Been in at least six times in the last 30 days spent mim. Four hundred dollars never a Thank You, personality like a box of rocks always long faces! I think I'll take my business across the street to Atuo Zone ,always smiling and nice staff.Bye the way they always say Thank you!!!
Getting a battery for my car and don't know how to put it on, I ask one of the worker if he can help me? With out hesitant he say sure and from there is history.
I will recommend to anyone that need parts not yo mention if you are clueless they will help you no matter what or how long it's takes.
The people there are awesome, they where able to help me find what I need quickly and get me on my way, they even offered to help me install my headlight and wipers. I will definitely go there again.
