On July 7th 2025 at approximately 1045 hours, I had a scheduled to pick a belongings. The guy greater was very disrespectful tried asking for his name was not provided. And informed me I can call him Mr Rude Guy. If you are not happy with your job or life, why be rude to other for no reason. Management please advised your workers to not intimate customer who are there pick up there items.
I'm incredibly frustrated with the service we received. Our car was towed despite our clear instructions to place it in our driveway. They assured us they would call before arriving, but instead, they left our car in the middle of the street and even gave us the wrong key. This led our neighbor to call the police, as the car was blocking the road. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude throughout the entire process. It's unfathomable how they could treat people this way, especially after a terrible car accident.
There was a mix-up & my car got towed.....we got a call that they had made a mistake & refunded my brothers fee back Staff at the yard were very caring, especially since I have a bad back! The gentleman also charged the battery & wiped off the grease marker very kind
This place is supposed to be a tow company seems there more like corrupt to be stealing from people. Its hard earned work whatever is left in a car which doesnt belong to tow truck company but the legal to ale personal belongings and to keep for themselves.
owner unless the car/ truck is actually abandoned. I actually give many reviews and people do follow my reviews. Think before you take the personal belongings to one of the many essential workers whom filled your house with the major necessities as food. Grocery store manager
Very unprofessional they remove contents from your car but fail to notify you of such action, also they do not have a system To allow you to pick up your own goods which they take outThe proper way would be to do this in writing since they are so picky and art quick to give you the run around I found out why they were giving me the run around when I picked up my goods, items were missing and they asked me to leave their, office claiming that I was causing a disturbance because I didn't want to sign a blank document they said that if I didn't sign it they would not release my goods And I will not allow me to sign under duress either. Upon receiving a sealed bag which day packed day would not allow me to open it at the reception area they ask me to leave and lock the door after me keeping the documents I had signed to get my goods they would not reopen the door to give me the documents or copies there off and also they would not provide me with a claim form to file for the missing articles This has been a complete nightmare to get my stuff , I drove from Arcadia to Westminister which is a 45 minute to an hour drive, I got the run around all 4 times,, had to get my finance company involved, Now I can see whyWhen I got my bag they wouldn't let me open it in the office and now that I did a brand new solar power charger is missing something II got delivered the same day, A business like this is a disgrace to other businesses.
Impound is such a cash racket usually sleazy operaters with last minute surprises but these folks answeredy everything upfront and correctly for a no hassle retrieval of my vehicle.
Absolutely predatory and unethical practice. My brother was involved in a collision. Their tow truck came and tried taking my brother and the other person's car even though our Roadside Assistance service was sending their truck. The guy just put the car on, and was saying either pay them $220 and get it towed to place of our choice or pick up the car from their yard (which I am guessing would've also incurred storage fees). Absolutely ridiculous and predatory behavior.
Picking up a car here from the Westminster location and the customer service here is so horrible what an embarrassment to the towing community. The staff here should probably get training from the staff in the Anaheim location as it’s night and day difference.
Typical A-hole towing company. Wants to give you the run around to get your car out of storage. 3pm Friday afternoon, dispatcher tells me they are closed for the weekend to call back on Monday? B.S. they just thought I'd leave and pay the additional $150 storage on Monday. So I called W.P.D. and they got my bike out within 2 hours. Sheisty, shady and sorry ass service.
Received a letter from Westminster CHP that they had found my stolen dirtbike and that it was in good condition. By the time I received the letter Country City towing said I owed $850 for storage fees, the bike was also completely stripped and a person working their offered to buy my bike for cheap. So somehow from the time the cops received my bike to when I picked it up it magically was completely stripped. Thanks Country City Towing, hope you enjoy all the extras off of my bike.
