Recently placed an order specifically said do not send USPS as I do not receive mail at the shipping address. I gave them they shipped at USPS and said it was my problem.

They charged me 79.97 for gas tank straps I sent them back because they were the wrong ones I had to use my old ones they didn't return my money because they had given me store credit without my consent I called and they had only refunded 39.00 the other 42 dollars owed was never returned to my bank so I'm still out 42.00 the bank took back there 79.97 and I'm out 42.00 dollars and they got the parts back so I paid 79.97 and opg only gave me back 39.00 dollars they are bad business ! BEWARE scammers!

I order 2 hoods they said 3 weekes out it's been over a year still in backorder tried reaching out. They don't respond to emails and management never available order number 151338371 one of the worst customer service. Just in case if there's any one in management that cares for there customer service i left my order number just in case if you guys wanna reach out

Worst place to order from. I placed an order on 12/2024. They say payment wont come out of account until they ship. It came out that day. Each time I received a shipping notice, I immediately received another one saying shipping delayed. Finally canceled order on 7/21/2025. Called today and asked where is my refund. I heard oh you are in line to get a refund but it takes 3 to 4 months. By that time one year will have past with them holding my money . Buyer beware. Update 9/8. I received a check today. Thanks to Greg Gates, sales manager. After hearing about it, he hurried the process up. I appreciate his help

Shipping prices are ridiculous. Charged almost $30. I took package to local USPS & was told it should have been about $7. Nice way to rip off customers

Ordered 4 things from this place and they managed to screw up every piece, the gas tank which was supposed to be vented did not vent and I gotta take out the tank to see why, lines and everything was new, 2nd the fuel sending unit in the had a hole in the suction line was giving me trouble but I just brazed it shut, 3rd the fuel tank straps that I ordered for my A body weren't for an A body but for the G body and had to wait around to get the right part from somewhere else and 4th they sent me the wrong fuel cap for it, they advertise good quality products but from my experience here they're full of crap

This is the worst parts ordering experience we've had ever. Ordered $1,300 or so in parts 7/1. Supposed to ship 7/8 for delivery 7/16. We get a call the day of delivery saying they won't deliver because they've not been paid. They charged us in full for parts and over $500 shipping. No idea who didn't pay them and why they shipped it all the way to Birmingham AL before figuring out an error on their end. But the error shouldn't be the customer's to absorb. Called trying to get an answer on delivery and asked to speak to the owner but was told the owner wouldn't want to speak to us about this and wouldn't know what to do. They were rude and dismissive and could not have cared any less that we have customers we're trying to get work done for. Parts showed in stock when ordered. Then they put half the order on backorder after they'd been paid. Greg, the National Account Sales Manager, was supposed to call us back and never did. We were told that they were just going to cancel the whole order, refund us and send it all back. After it had already made it to Birmingham and ready to be shipped out for delivery to our shop. Pitiful, horrid customer service. We order parts from all over the country and never have issues like this. Would recommend working with literally anyone else but this company.

Very disappointing with the condescending arrogance of the representative I spoke to. I've purchased over $3,000 of parts from OPGI. The dash bezel for my 69 El Camino was made defectively. The mounting holes did not line up with my original OEM cluster. I sent pictures to substantiate my complaint. His answer; we've never had that complaint before would you like to return it for a refund? I just wanted him to send me another one one that wasn't defectively made. He was so certain that there was nothing wrong with their part, a refund was his only offer. Bought one from JEGS, lined up perfectly. I've still continued to purchase parts from OPGI, however I will say when I've had issues, speaking to someone in customer service is their weakness. There are a couple of other incidents I could speak of, but I was compelled to leave this review over this dash bezel and the poor way it was handled by the arrogant, condescending rep. REPLY: Greg, thanks for the response. Imagine that. All he had to do was send me another one. I even put a note in the return box with the defective bezel stating this bezel is defective. Never received a response. The credit inv # 11861311 The original purchase inv# 153520220.

everything you need. If you ever receive it is a different story and hidden charges. really shady company. watch out for items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer. OPG likes to hide obscenely huge charges in their “shipping / freight”. I’m not talking about a small handling fee no I’m talking like $500,$600, $700. Especially on items that drop ships directly from the manufacturer. Where The manufacturers will either have free shipping or in my case $125, OPGI wanted to tack on like another $600. On my last order they tacked on an additional 90 for an item that had free shipping from the manufacturer They won’t price match. If you notice they hide all brand names that are not OPGI or resto. Free shipping is the least they can do for 4+ months waits for out of stock items. They won’t provide any ETA. Web site is misleading and says arriving soon. That’s a lie. Be very cautious on what you order from them do your homework you’ll probably find it cheaper and faster somewhere else sad they’d be a cool company if they were honest. Greg, you seem to be misinformed about a few things if you’d like to discuss it further I’m sure you have access to my number and or email. Feel free to contact me. Oh and yeah since you were so kind to share with everyone how much I have spent…yeah I have spent quit a bit of money with OPGI enough to where you’d think you’d have a little respect for a good customer and not try to rip me off. But I guess that’s not what’s important to OPGI. AND I READ YOUR ORIGINAL COMMENT BEFORE YOU CHANGE IT. GUESS NO APOLOGY FOR THAT EITHER LOL

Do not buy from this company sent me the wrong part charged me shipping to send it to me I shipped it back and claim it takes 2 months to receive a refund. Do not waste your time and money with this so called company I'm in the middle of involving my credit card company for a refund after the 2 months they claimed it would take still no refund

Very quick and convenient. I was able to go to the website find what I needed and order it over the phone. I was in there within an hour and got what I needed. Also was able to order additional parts at the counter. Couldn't help it. Lol. 1964 riviera parts.

Company has been great so far with some of my orders and customer service hasn't been rude to me. They've actually took care of every concern that I had the reason why I took two stars off is because of the back order reason I've emptied out my cart twice for the DUI distributor for my 1972 cutlass supreme convertible the backorder has been a year and a half for this distributor at this point you should just take the distributors out as an option. It's sad because I can find that same distributor that I've been waiting on backorder through other companies without a backorder so it makes no sense but otherwise your company has been great.

Believe me, OPGI does not have you covered, as their add says. Back ordered for months, and charged delivery fee on products months away from delivery. The only way to get credit for the delivery fee is to cancel the order with rude customer service representative via phone call. I am still awaiting a refund for shipping and have parts in due "some time January" to utilize my return credit. What a business and customer service mess! Believe me, stay away from OPGI if you want to finish up your next project.

There really needs to be an option for negative stars..Do not buy from this company (Original Parts Group), 3 times the wrong/incorrect part has been sent to me. Many of the parts I have received are iffy quality at best. Recently ordered red bucket seats covers for a gto. Received a bench seat. I immediately returned and notified them. I was told the return would be processed and sent shortly. I had to inquire about the status, only to be told it would 6-9months... Are you serious? 6-9mths??? Save yourself a headache go someplace else..

I did not make any purchases. However, when someone did try to make a fraudulent purchase with my card, they called me and we were able to stop the purchase from going through. This meant that I also was able to prevent other purchases from being made on my account. That is a reason for me to give major props to the company and recommend them for other purchasers! Thanks so much!

I had a big order (80 plus parts). I called in and they set me up for will call. I got there and they pulled it pretty quickly and we went through it quickly. When I got home and double checked it, it was all there and exactly what I ordered. Great job OPG.

OPGI has been my source for classic GM parts for years. My boyfriend has been coming here for around 10 years for his car, and me personally about 3. I was really happy with my last visit, the staff (shout-out to Dave and Jeff) were super helpful. Dave went through all of my requests with me and was extremely patient as I kept adding things on. Jeff is just awesome. The warehouse crew really did a good job this time too, as prompt as possible and even had to assemble some things for me. They got it all taken care of in record time and loaded up for me. OPG is always a fun place to visit to drool over parts and the super cool cars they have, but it's also a fantastic resource. Even in today's climate barely anything that I needed was out of stock. I hope the rest comes in soon, because with all these parts I bought I'm dying to get my car back together asap!!

I was here for a will call pick up. Very helpful employee I didn’t get his name but he said he does the opgi YouTube videos. Car guys are either really cool and helpful or bitter crusty pos’s lucky for me and him he was cool.

Awsome place, if you are a car guy you will love this place. Lots of chrome, a beautiful Chevelle, SS 454. Who doesn't like that. Even my 6 yr old Grandson had a great time...
