I couldn’t be more satisfied with the job. RSM did on two of my cars. They drove me home after dropping off my car, even though it was far away. They were friendly, kind, and kept me informed the whole time.

I had an amazing experience with Luisa and her team at RSM auto body shop. I was hit by a DUI drive and my car back bumped near fixing. Her and her team are super thorough and went the extra mile to make sure my car was just like new. They handled all the insurance work as well and I didn’t have to lift a finger. I’m super happy with my service and would 100% recommend you coming. Honest , fair, and genuine auto body shop!

Louisa was upfront with the pricing and estimate, it took multiple attempts to find the right matching replacement part and they communicated well throughout the process. They kept their price right at the estimate and the paint matching was perfect, I would highly recommend them. I had gone to three different places to get estimates and Louisa was the first to sit with me and go through how we could maybe save some money by finding a used part. It made a huge difference in the overall price and helped us not have to work through insurance.

The customer service at this auto body shop is amazing. They go above and beyond and communicate the progress of their work. Once they got started on my car, they found more damage and had to contact the insurance adjuster to approve other work they had to do. When I was in their office, they offered drinks and snacks and explained that I could still go through my insurance even though the accident happened about 4 years ago. The staff is always kind. They even cleaned the inside of my car which was embarrassing because it was full of dog hair. I drove all the way home with a smile on my face. Their customer care, communication, and work ethic deserves more than 5 stars. Highly recommend.

I’m still honestly in shock by the quality of my experience from start to finish. It was actually so wholesome I think it restored my faith in humanity. Tell me you’ve heard a body shop described this way before. Buckle up. TIMELINE: I had shared with them that I was on a super tight timeline because I had to return my car two days later. They didn’t promise me that it could get done in time, but they said they’d do everything they could. I wasn’t optimistic — They surprised me — finished it the SAME DAY!!! I know that cannot have been easy to pull off given how busy they were. PRICE: Their pricing is beyond reasonable, fully transparent, and itemized — Joseph worked with me to really understand what I needed and what my desired outcome was to save money. QUALITY: Unmatched. When I saw my car — I audibly gasped like a thespian. They didn’t just fix it, and fix it well, but they CLEANED IT INSIDE AND OUT IMMACULATELY. My car looked like it had been through Tough Mudder going in and was ready to film a commercial on the way out. BONUS POINTS: I really don’t even know where to begin here. If you’ve made it this far into the review, I won’t disappoint: They had an abundance of snacks and beverages organized neatly in their immaculate office. They had phone chargers plugged into the walls ready for use. They had fresh coffee in the morning. The sweet lady I called helped direct me where to park as if she was holding my hand through the phone. The staff was sincerely friendly, kind — happy people. But nothing, and I mean NOTHING, will top the owner of the shop, Luisa, arriving as they were taking in my car for service around 8:30am and asking if I needed a ride home. THIRTY MINUTES AWAY. She drove me all the way home in her huge, foxy F150, made me laugh and saved me $50 on an uber. I am not sure if I just left a body shop or the spa. I will sing like a canary to anyone who will listen about this place, I’d give it 50 stars if I could. If you need your car fixed, don’t think, just go.

Louisa and her team were incredible. From my initial interaction calling to see when I could get my car in throughout the entire process, they have provided white glove service. I had many challenges with two unresponsive insurance companies and Loisa immediately jumped in and took over in communications with them and was able to get responses when I was unsuccessful. Her entire team was very professional, attentive and they even took me to/from my house. When I picked up my car, the car looked amazing and it was so clean inside and outside. I am so appreciative of their service and have already told everyone about my experience. I will never go to anywhere else!!!

Luisa takes great care of you giving you an honest/reasonable quote for the service to be done to your vehicle. Everyone in the office was nice. The office was clean and well appointed with snacks drinks for customers. Service was done well and they even finished the day sooner. I would definitely recommend them to any friend or family member

I brought my car in to have the windshield replaced and the door fixed, and I had an excellent experience from beginning to end. They were upfront, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. I was given a quote, but when I picked up my car, the total ended up being $300 less because the hinges they ordered came pre-painted. They could have easily charged me the original price. I wouldn’t have known if the hinges were pre painted. That kind of integrity is rare and genuinely appreciated. After I left, I noticed a scratch on my car and reached out to the shop. They took the time to review their photos and security footage and confirmed that the scratch happened in the parking lot. Even though it wasn’t directly their fault, they took full responsibility and fixed it right away. They really stand behind their work, and their customer service is amazing. If you’re looking for an honest, dependable auto body shop that delivers quality results, I highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend the team at RSM Auto Body Express enough. They dealt with the insurance company so I didn't have to and they did a wonderful job repairing my truck. The team at RSM Auto Body Express was nothing short of amazing from the moment I walked into the door until I got delivery of my vehicle just a few days later. I had to take care of some paint damage that was not the result of an accident, so it was coming out of pocket. I looked around at a few shops that gave an equal amount of value while also providing good quality work. Then I thankfully stumbled on RSM Auto Body's yelp review. Without an appointment, I just dropped into their shop to get a free estimate and was greeted with a smile by the whole team. They worked with me on getting a good price for the services I needed. Just 2 days later, my car was ready to go. Despite the expedient work, there was no concern that they were not careful with the work. The work was pristine and I couldn't tell that any work was done to the car. I hope I never have to have a reason to need body and paint work again, but if I do, I'm going straight to RSM Auto Body Express.

Marissa, Luisa and the rest of the team are straight up miracle workers. They took my very injured Model T and restored him to his former glory. After sitting in our garage for 10 years and some not so superficial wounds. The T looked more at home in a junkyard than parked in front of a hotel. It was a labor of love, my late father got this car for me when I was 15 and I was determined to have the T at my wedding. The team managed to get so much done in such a short amount of time. All throughout the process I never felt pressured or like I was being taken advantage of. They were sure to explain each step and the reasoning behind the charges. There were no unexpected surprises and they seriously bent over backwards to make my dream come true. We couldn’t believe how well the T came out. 
We are SO grateful to have found them and I cannot recommend them enough. These guys truly are miracle workers.

My 27 year old Ford was dent free until a collision broke my bumper, fascia, grille, headlight trim and ....my heart. Luisa worked up a fair quote but I am retired on a fixed income. She proposed a less expensive alternative. If I sourced the parts, she would paint them, and I would bolt them onto the truck. And since the original truck paint was oxidized, she put a matt coating on the orange paint. Here's the result. Great match, great job, great price, great people. There's no reason for you to go anywhere else.

First off, Luisa and Rey are amazing and truly made us feel like family. If we could give them 10 stars, we would. They worked with us to come up with a plan to get our 1941 Chevy painted within our budget. All we really wanted was for our car to just be one color, and what we got blew away our expectations. Everything they did went above and beyond, from their customer service, to the quality of their body and paintwork. Our car had rust repairs everywhere, and body filler 3/4" thick. They fixed all these issues and turned it into a car we will be proud to show anywhere. Luisa is a perfectionist and we would recommend RSM Auto Body Express to anyone... just look at the pictures it's like looking in a mirror. We couldn't be more pleased and will be back for any of our future projects. I almost forgot, they did all this within a matter of weeks. I didn't even have time to clean my garage. I'm sure any other classic car paint shop would have sat on it for months.

When time came to restore the body of my 68 Camaro, I knew it would be difficult finding a body shop willing to take on this magnitude of a project due to a lot of rust and poor previous body work. I decided to go with RSM Auto Body Express after doing some research and talking to them in person. I was hoping to end up with a rust-free car with a good paint job. What I walked out with was a show car, and at a price far less than what I would have paid for a standard job at the other shops. They brought me in to look at the car after every phase, from removing panels & interior, cutting out rust and welding new panels, priming, pin striping and final painting. The level of care for this car was far and above what I would have imagined. Luisa, Rey and the entire team have been nothing but outstanding. They are truly a premiere shop and they care deeply about the cars they take in. I highly recommend this shop to anyone, but especially those with high end or specialty vehicles and restorations.

You will not find a business run with more integrity and professionalism than RSM Auto Body Express in Rancho Santa Margarita. The Owners are husband and wife, Rey and Luisa Monzon. I dealt Primarily with Luisa and her attentiveness to every detail Exceeded my expectations. I brought in my 73 Corvette for both bodywork and a full paint job. It needed a lot of work. Luisa listened to what I wanted and and fulfilled every request. She kept me informed on the work progress communicated with me every single step of the way. She never left anything to chance but always sought my feedback before moving forward. They are PERFECTIOINSTS bar none- not satisfied unless everything is perfect. They run their business with integrity, honesty and at a reasonable cost. They treat your car as if it was their own and will not let it go out the door unless everything is 100% perfect. I’ve not found this kind of customer service anywhere and I’ve taken my car to many places for many decades. Now done the car looks better than when it came off the GM line IN 73. I enthusiastically recommend RSM Auto Body Express for any classic car paint and body work.

I stopped by to get a quote to fix my car that was in a minor fender bender. The guy I talked was very nice. He took a look at my car and wrote up a quote to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted done. It only took about 15 minutes and he had the written quote for me. I was very impressed with his courtesy and professionalism. I need 3 quotes to satisfy the guy that hit my car. I believe the insurance is going to fix my car now. If I can I will bring it here to get fixed.
