O’Reilly Auto Parts is fantastic! Adrian helped me out this morning with a tricky oil issue after my GMC’s recall. Not only did he know exactly what I needed, but he even recommended a superior option my dealer hadn’t mentioned. He went above and beyond by assisting me right in the parking lot, all with a smile and great attitude. Knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful—Adrian and this team are top-notch!

Stopped in to O'Reilly Auto Parts in RSM to look for a speciality tool for my wife's car. The store showed that the tool was available online so I checked the store inventory and sure enough they had two options available. I purchased the one made in the USA. The customer service was good and the pricing fait. Recommended.

Brought in my waste oil container. They took it back and emptied it for me. They had all the parts (spark plugs, serpentine belt, fog lamp replacement, oil and OEM filter) i needed. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I had an old car battery in my garage for years and it was finally time to dispose it. I had read online that AutoZone took them and would give you a $10 GC, but when I called the one in MV, they said they'd only take it if I purchased from them, which is not what I read. I was right by O'Reilly's at Staples dropping off e-recycling so I called them and asked if they'd take it and without hesitation, they said yes! So we dropped it off and received a $10 GC, in just a few minutes. Easy-peasy! Thank you!

I also hate to be this guy, but deaf leading the blind in here. Never had a positive experience when I visit. The "manager" needs a lesson in customer service and basic automotive knowledge. Expect to know more than they do when you show up. And for someone who is in the auto industry, how have you not heard of some major auto name brand manufacturers that have been around since the 70s? That are ALSO sold in your own store?? I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Man I hate to be this guy But it’s time to leave the review. I own a classic mustang so I’m in the RSM store periodically, I get helped by the same person every time and every time he seems like I’m putting him out asking for a part for my car, Giancarlo, I went to buy order rotors and he says we don’t show any available for your car, I look at his monitor and they are right on top of the list, Didn’t carry the bearings, look at the screen and yup right there. Every time I go in it’s more of the same.. I said something to the manager and still no improvement. I get having a bad day but today I go in for a thermostat. I say I want the oem temp he says what is the oem temp I say it says in the description, nope we don’t have it, again I look at the monitor and there it is , says they carry 3 different housing gaskets comes back no we don’t carry them and can’t order one. Bought thermostat and will stop by RSM ford for the gasket or Amazon.

I would recommend finding the parts online and checking the stock online before coming here. You forfeit cheap prices in order to get the product in-person (the “I want it right now” price). Employees are friendly but not thorough, I was given incorrect information regarding their stock, but eventually got the part after having them look it up on their inventory search).

John Carlos’s helped me to do a warranty exchange for a bettery, this type of battery comes with a 3 year warranty if it’s ever dead you can bring it back for an exchange. Well kinda you can bring it back they will act like the battery is not under ur account and even though its a manufactured warranty (which means it doesn’t matter who purchased it originally as long as it with the timeframe they are suppose to replace it) but not John Carlo. He’s not going to accept the rules of the manufacturer, why should he he’s there to make sales so even if your not suppose to be charged for a new battery because theirs has failed you oh well. You’re getting billed an additional 300.00. Gotta love no service at OReilley sometimes they sell auto parts.

Horrible customer service. I called today to ask if the store carried brake pads for an Acura. The guy was rude, impatient and trying to make you feel stupid when you ask a question. The employees working here, should have better customer service etiquette when they answer the phone and in person. My son went to buy brake pads in the store, and whoever was working was rude too. That’s ridiculous! Whoever the manager is really needs screen his employees before having them work there. This is unacceptable!

About 2 years ago we bought new brake pads for the front and rear of our car at a O'Reilly Auto Parts in Glendora. The brake pads came with a life time warranty. Recently we were very surprised that our brakes started to make noise. Our mechanic said that ALL the brake pads were worn all the way down and needed to be replaced. Our mechanic replaced ALL the brake pads. My wife asked the mechanic to save the old brake pads. We now live in RSM. Last Saturday we returned the brake pads to O'Reilly Auto Parts on Los Flores in RSM. Giancarlo Andujo served us and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us outstanding customer service in returning the old brake pads. We will definitely shop more at this store and look for Giancarlo to help us. Good job Giancarlo !!!

I was waiting only 10 feet front of one of the employees kwang for almost 5 minutes having said excuse me 3 times with no response while he was watching a soccer game on his phone and it looked like he was sleeping that was extremely frustrating because I was in a rush

Omgoodness, so I was having a day my transmission had lost a bolt and was leaking the Trans fluid all over my work parking spot but Nathan went above and beyond by helping me out he offered a loaner tool to help me get back on the road. Any questions a had he was very helpful to answer. I have always been an autozone guy but because of Nathan going that extra mile foe me I will certainly be back again. Please 🙏 give him my thanks.

This was the first time I call RSM Oreilys. I usually get great service with Oreilys but this time was disappointing. I called to get a quote on the shocks. Guy on the phone was impatient and not friendly. Seemed like I was interupting him. He should take notes during the call so he doesn't have the customers repeat themselves.

I had a negative experience at this store due to unprofessional and racist behavior from some of the staff. Despite my attempts to address the issue with management, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. I would not recommend this store to others

Place couldn't even sell me a part because they couldn't make change for $100. The part was $45.. You're telling me this store is ran so poorly that they dont even have $55 to give me change. They would rather not make a sale because this store and the lake forest store didnt have $55 in the store. No wondee everyone buys off Amazon.

Solid customer support. I think this the only parts store in RSM, thus a bonus. No issues doing minor or simple car repair/replace part in parking lot. Playing it fwd, please clean afterwards.

I have just been burned for a lifetime warranty on a starter. They could not find my information on system. The part was no question from there but entered wrong when purchased. So im out on 150$ i go to get my 35 back for core. And there saying its under a woman's name and number purchased few days ago. luckily i had my reciept and got my 35$ core. Its now happened to me twice and im out the first 150$ on the originally purchase. Information entered wrong by there employee affecting the warranty's on purchases. To get my core back he fraudentually entered me returning item then pretending g to give my money back then buying the same item again just to do warranty properly. Wow. What a joke these guys are.

The store is convenient, very clean and well stocked. The older person assisting me to find a part for my Civic needs more training. I had found the part online, printed it out and had it with me when I went to the store. He was "lost" in PC capabilities. The part was eventually located in Denver! I went to a local Auto Zone who had it.

Place and employees are slow, looking in the computes for 20 minutes for an item , no idea if there is in stock or not. At Rancho Santa Margarita is a new location but with that kind of service ??????

I usually go to Autozone but O'reilly had the part I needed when the other guys didn't. New location close to my house, made it convenient for me. The guy helping was having a hard time helping me so I found the part myself online and just gave him the number to get it ordered. I believe he's new so I can't be mad at a man for trying. Best of luck to him. Overall got my part within 24 hrs. Got my check engine light off. Not a bad experience with them, I'll more than likely be back since they're so close.

I have always been waiting for an oreilys at the location of rancho santa Margarita and now finally got it thank u so much now that we have you locally it saves me alot of time as well as others I'm sure that live in this area and it's great it's just great we're gonna get better America and as a proud customer of car care products or car parts I'm always for and it's convenient when you dont have to drive to far out just to get a car part I'm glad you guys chose our are for your location and I'm looking forward to alot more O'Reilly your great I love O'Reilly go get your car parts guys at this new location
