I had a great experience at this O’Reilly location thanks to Lance! He was so nice and helpful from the moment I walked in. He asked if I needed help replacing my air filter and wiper blades. At first, I thought I could handle it on my own, but thankfully Lance came out to check on me just in case and I’m so glad he did. He ended up helping me replace the windshield wipers, which I honestly don’t think I could have done alone. Thank you so much, Lance! I really appreciate your kindness and assistance. Man, these guys have helped me more than a few times. As the owner of Saddleback Mountain Pool and Spa in Irvine and serving south Orange County, there are issues with one of our trucks from time to time.
And when one of the trucks has an issue, the staff at O’Reilly Auto Parts will help us to get the truck back on the road quickly.

Good location but I don’t like to wait for example when customer pays don’t keep talking 5 to 10 minutes someone else is waiting. I think that’s disrespectful and rude And if you try to say something, they will tell you what do you want me to do he’s a customer he’s asking. I’ll tell you what to do you can tell the customer pull to the right take the people that are waiting and keep talking to him in the same time.
Angel at O’Reilly was great. He was quick to diagnose and offer solution to my car headlight. Angel even went above and beyond to help quickly install the light. The service here, quick and professional is exceptional! I will return for all my auto parts needs.
Went in for some wiper blades and replacement headlight bulb. Michael and Scott were both super helpful and friendly. These guys are an asset to the company.

We had a great experience coming here. We came in with a check engine light on, they helped us check what the issue was with a reader, explained what could be the root causes, and gave advice for follow up steps. Michael was extremely friendly, and dumbed it down to the perfect level for us :)
Wow this is the first time the manager jump in when someone has questions about their cars. The answered all my questions even he suggested to check the gas filter before to to buy something more expensive. Cool guy. Also I bought some fuses and gas cleaner too. I've been coming to this O'Reilly store since way back in the day when it was Kragen's. They've always been patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Recently, Lance went out of his way to make sure the new car battery he installed was done perfectly right. As always, they do things right. Best auto parts store for sure!
I came here to buy some windshield wipers. There was a QR code next to the windshield wipers that helped me determine which I needed. The assistant manager at the register said that the ones I picked were expensive and asked if I wanted different ones. This was appreciated. It is the opposite of up-selling. He also offered to help install them.
John (Jon?) and Davin were so helpful! I’ve been to many O’Reilly stores before but I’ve never received such excellent customer service than I have today at this location— so much so, that I’m writing a 5 star review for a chain location!
They were attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They helped me with my new battery and air filter. I also saw the other employees help out other customers and were so efficient. Our work truck blew a air hose for the fifth time today and ended up at this O'Reilly and the customer service was A+ they had the parts we needed tools for emergency use and on demand service. Highly recommended.
The staff at this location are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We've visited numerous times over the years. Last weekend, Solomon popped outside and installed our latest purchase of wind shield wipers in the time it would have taken me to get the package open.
Husband sent me to get a nut. Left to my own judgment, I may still be there trying to find the right one. Asst. Manager Jose eyed the rack and pulled a plastic packaging containing 4 nuts, tried one and "bingo!" Got the perfect one on the first try. Thank you so very much!!!!
I would highly recommend O’Reilly Auto Parts in Irvine. I stopped in needing a new battery. They tested the battery and confirmed that was the issue, but so kindly explained to me that the dead battery was still under warranty and said I should go back to the place it was purchased. I very much appreciated his honesty and I will be back the next time they have a part, etc., that I need for my car!
Had to stop by the shop in the evening on Thursday. Two associates were talking to each other and didn't even bother to ask me what I wanted despite standing in front of them. They kept chatting until I had to tell them I needed that particular item even then that one guy ignored my question. Finally, one of the guys decided to respond to my question in the most disrespectful way possible. Long story short those two guys on Thursday night were extremely rude and had zero manners. Whoever is the manager needs to teach them some customer service skills. It looked like both of the guys grew up in the streets not in a house with a family.
Marc is a hell of a man. Was stranded 30 miles away from home and Marc got me the parts I needed. Definitely deserves recognition. 5 stars is an understatement

a big white gentleman "Angel" was exceptional service here never seen like this man whole region, he is the best beyond the service and courtecy, however, surprisingly the same shop , another latino young short male so lazy and mean and rude, he looks like doesn't work either compare with "Angel". the same shop so different two human beings.
Great service from Jose and David! They tested my battery both in my car and in the store. Jose said come inside while we test the battery in the store. Then they installed my new battery. All while helping many other customers.

the stuff are extremely helpful and nice. I always buy parts from this store, oil, filters, brake pads and other product. One day, I was looking for a 4 inch long vacuum hose which they sell by foot, they cut the exact length and give me for free.
Saturday evening Irvine Culver location, 2 young attendants, very poor customer service skills...Not very helpful, changed battery on key fob, fob wouldn't work, wouldn't do anything to help re-set fob...I go outside by myself to try it, still doesn't work, I go back inside to tell them & place purchase, I'm left hanging by the counter with no attendants by myself for quite some time until after 3 other customers come in...Complete waste of a trip & both attendants bit attitudy & arrogant...Better to next time drive further out to the Bristol location where the service & care was so much better...
