John truly went above and beyond to help me with my wiper blades. Even though it was just a simple blade replacement, he didn’t hesitate for a second. He actually went outside in the rain to install them for me, showing an impressive level of dedication and customer service. Because of his outstanding help, I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future.
I stopped by this store today since my car's battery is dead. John is the only one there. I would like to get the newly purchased battery installed in my car. There are customers coming in and John need to help them as well. John told me to hold on for a minute after he takes care of the customers in the store. Just a few minutes later, John came out with new battery and installed it professionally and quickly and it worked perfectly. I really appreciate his great help.
went here for a battery check as my car needed two jumps in the last few days. was worried it might be an alternator and i knew some car parts stores would conduct a test for free.
anthony from the irvine store was extremely helpful and diagnosed a bad battery. good news as an alternator is way more expensive and would take longer to fix.
in less than 15 minutes anthony replaced the battery with a smile and even cleaned up the battery terminals. he wouldn’t even take a tip when i tried to tip him.
This location has the auto parts that I need for my vehicle. The staff there is knowledgeable about which certain parts that my car needs. Got some coolant and headlight bulbs there.

Man, these guys have helped me more than a few times. As the owner of Saddleback Mountain Pool and Spa in Irvine and serving south Orange County, there are issues with one of our trucks from time to time.

I came here to buy some windshield wipers. There was a QR code next to the windshield wipers that helped me determine which I needed. The assistant manager at the register said that the ones I picked were expensive and asked if I wanted different ones. This was appreciated. It is the opposite of up-selling. He also offered to help install them.
JOSE IS AMAZING! I came in to purchase windshield wipers and Jose assisted me with a friendly smile. He not only in guided me to purchase the best option, but also installed them for me in literally 2 minutes. I was in and out of the auto part store in less than 10 minutes. We had a great experience coming here. We came in with a check engine light on, they helped us check what the issue was with a reader, explained what could be the root causes, and gave advice for follow up steps. Michael was extremely friendly, and dumbed it down to the perfect level for us :)

I would highly recommend O’Reilly Auto Parts in Irvine. I stopped in needing a new battery. They tested the battery and confirmed that was the issue, but so kindly explained to me that the dead battery was still under warranty and said I should go back to the place it was purchased. I very much appreciated his honesty and I will be back the next time they have a part, etc., that I need for my car!

Wow this is the first time the manager jump in when someone has questions about their cars. The answered all my questions even he suggested to check the gas filter before to to buy something more expensive. Cool guy. Also I bought some fuses and gas cleaner too. Our work truck blew a air hose for the fifth time today and ended up at this O'Reilly and the customer service was A+ they had the parts we needed tools for emergency use and on demand service. Highly recommended.
