Worst place the lady there is the most unkind person you ever meet she yells at you I went 7 times I prayed before going I wanted to cry she even yelled at my son I stopped going there I only went there because it's the nearest one near me Irvine doesn't have many Recycling centers near me. Every time without failure she yelled at me took my cans from me buckets and more things I don't want to say because they so messed up other people would of gone off on her. I let it go and prayed for her.
The receptionist is very rude. She cannot speak and neither understand English. Even if you use Mandarin which is her language to communicate with her, she is still not much responding. She has no tolerance of questions. She yells at you and complaints out loud. She suggests me there are other recycling centers in Irvine, if I don't like her service, I don't have to be there.
The recycle center is closed to 99 Ranch so easily to cash the voucher. But you need to be considerate with the lady who can’t speak English. It is acceptable to me anyway
Receptionist doesn’t speak an ounce of English. Is very rude! Also, she refused to pay plastic bottles by count, instead weighing them for much, much less money. It’s a rip-off. I have filed a complaint with Cal-Recycle. By law they must accept paying by count when accepting 50 or less bottles.
I don’t mind getting paid my CVR by the weighing method. However, the pay out is not reflecting the CVR value. That’s how you get ripped-off by this site. Phone calls to this company go unanswered.

They didn’t really weigh my glass only weighed my plastic and give me money. I tried twice, I bring double amounts of the plastic and glass bottles compared to first they offered me the same money… waste my time. The stuff are super rude I feel very bad
the person managing the recycling center was very friendly and worked quickly so i was only there for about 5 mins. the recycling center has a lot of space to park and is located behind ranch 99 so you can redeem cash right after.
The receptionist barely spoke at all. We brought bags of plastic bottles and cans and received much less than what they were worth. Terrible customer service and definitely a rip-off. Will NOT recommend this place at all!
They don't pay well cuz they have no competition in the surrounding areas, you're better off driving the 25 mins up north to garden Grove where they have several full scale recycling centers.
Pretty sure South orange county has no operational recycling centers to deter homeless people from residing in their city
Slowest recycle place in town. Like watching paint dry. Operator moves like a slug on salt flats. I'm done recycling based on the horrible service at all these places.
