didn't think anyone would get me off the road at like 3 in the morning. I called three different places, and they were the first to answer. I really appreciate how quickly they got to me and ensured I drove off safely before leaving.
I was quoted $100 and 45 minutes for a jump start on my car. After 2 hours of waiting, I was called and told that the call was cancelled and no one would come for less than $175 or $150. This is such a scam. They've messed up my day and schedule with deceptive tactics.
I called a tow truck for my car that was stuck in the hall but the tow truck they said would arrive in 30-40 minutes arrived two and a half hours later
They charged me $832 to tow my car 20 miles. This company is a scam you please do not use them. They gave me no quote beforehand. They also had me waiting 2 plus hours when they said they would arrive in 45 to an hour.
My battery died at the worst possible time, but Brady Bros made it possible

I had a great experience with Brady Bros. After my car stalled on the freeway near Irvine, their dispatch was quick to respond and the driver showed up with a calm and helpful attitude. They had my vehicle safely towed to the mechanic and even helped me unload some items. Real hometown service with a professional touch.

And called us back to state technician service has been dispatched and they said 45 mins to 60 mins
After waiting for 60 mins they said your service got cancelled but we never got the call and that they misquoted us at $160 and it was going to be $350

Horrible service! We called for towing service and confirmed a 45-60 minute wait after the confirmed call we received a call back within 2 minutes that someone was being dispatched. We waited over an hour we called to follow back and were told that they cancelled our service! We never received a cancellation call and they decided to cancel because they realized they quoted us a wrong quote but didn’t even bother asking us if we were ok with the new price before deciding to cancel! We have an infant and toddler in the car waiting for this long for them to not even tell us they cancelled! So unprofessional!
Fast, friendly, and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. What more can you ask from a tow service? The driver even made sure I had a safe place to wait. That extra care goes a long way.
I got rear ended and they managed to shatter both tail lights and break the latch on my trunk. I had to get it towed back home, which was over 15 miles away. But everyone at Brady Bros was great to work with. They gave me a reasonable price, got to the scene fasts, and wasted no time getting me out of there. Would definitely recommend their service!

I’ll keep this nice and short for you to read: I do NOT recommend this company. They took nearly 3 hours just to get there. I called 3 times for a status and they were rude on the phone along with constantly putting me on hold. When we were scheduling the lady told us about 45 minutes to an hour to get to us. I kept calling for followups after we had already been waiting for an hour and 15 mins and they would just tell me to wait 15-20 more mins. The driver called me after we waited to tell me the company gave them the wrong address and they were yet another 25-30 mins away after that. What a headache to an already stressful situation. They also quoted me one price over the phone and changed it in person. Never again. Save yourself the headache.

JD towed my truck on 2 separate occasions and I must point out his professionalism, knowledge and quick thinking. He had all the tools to get hr job done. Had great ideas for appropriately getting the job done right. It was a long hour wait which could be expected on a rainy Saturday night but it was well worth it.
Worst experience Ive ever had with a tow company. Waited two hours. Called three times for updates, told I would be contacted shortly by the driver who never called. Called again to cancel and was told "Im not sure about the cancelation fee". Yea can you imagine a charging a customer who has been waiting for TWO HOURS. Unbelievable
My car had unexpected engine issues and I used Brady Bros Towing to tow it to a nearby repair shop.
Pros:
1. Responsive - the operators picked up my calls very quickly
2. Professional - the operators and driver were professional and courteous
3. Good Job - the towing job was done well
Cons:
1. Very Late - they said the driver would come in 45 minutes to an hour and it took closer to 2 hours for them to arrive. I had to call them 3 times for updates and the time estimates were way off. I think there was an issue with my first driver and so they had to schedule a second driver so perhaps the first driver was just a bad apple.
2. Bait and Switch Price - they quoted me one price on the phone and then the driver asked for a significantly higher price. I called the operator and they couldn't fix it. I believe this may have been because they had to schedule the second driver but I generally don't like doing business with companies that quote me one price and then charge me something else

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If I could give negative stars, I would. I had called to request for a tow for my mother who was stranded. She waited for over and hour. And with constant back and forth calling them, and them claiming it will be 20 minutes more. We ended up with a different tow company and had already left. And then she received another call an hour after she had left to tell her that they had arrived. If they had provided a more realistic time frame in which they will be able to get to her, we would NOT have used them in the first place. I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!!
Do not get your car towed from Brady Bros towing. They will waste your time and if you can even get a tow truck to you from this company they will try to charge you more than the original quoted price. I called to get my car towed and was quoted a wait of 45 minutes and a fee of 109$ to a max of 135$. After about an hour of waiting the driver called us to say that the fee was $109 + $50 + $10 per mile. We called the number to talk to someone about the cost and they told us that we would have to talk to the driver and tell them our quoted price. After that we could not contact the driver. We waited another thirty minutes and called again to see where the driver was. They put us on hold for a few minutes and then told us 15 minutes. 15 minutes passed and no one showed up. We called again and again they put us on hold for 10 minutes and told us 15 to 20 minutes. We were getting upset at this point because we had waited almost 2 hours when we were originally quoted 45 minutes. They assured us over the phone that it would only be 15 more minutes and we agreed to wait. 15 minutes pass and no driver shows up. There is another hour of this back and forth where we call them and they continue to tell us the driver is 15 minutes away. The last time we called them they told us our driver tried to call us but we didn’t respond so he went to the next location. We never got a call from any driver. They told us that the next available driver is 90 minutes away. We waited three hours for a tow truck from this company and they never showed up. Throughout those three hours the people on the phone were very unhelpful and they kept quoting us times that were inaccurate and they would keep us on hold for at least 10 minutes at a time. I wish I had checked their Yelp reviews instead of the google reviews because they have a one star rating on Yelp and even that is way too high a rating for this company.
So I called to get my car towed. Gave them my info and they told me they would be there 30 to 45 min. I followed up after the 45 min. Was on hold for 20 min. Told me the driver would contact me in 20. They never contacted me and thus never towed my car. Idk how people can have low standards for themselves. I wish them the best. I called them, trusting the Google reviews, only to become angry at the company. The person on the line said that the price of the towing would depend on the DIFFICULTY of the situation. My situation was that my boyfriend and my car had a flat tire. We weren't unable to change to the spare tire. So we wanted to get our car towed to the closest tire store, we also said that if he can change the tires, then he doesn't need to worry about towing. The price range the person said was apparently $84-$134. So we thought that changing a tire wouldn't be that difficult. She then says she'll call and send the towing guy to us. She then calls me back and guess what, she then says we're gonna charge $134 on your credit card. WHAT?! WHAT?! It must be that hard to change a tire We decided to cancel the service, which would be a 49 dollar cancelation fee. (Right? Expensive) We were fine with that. Better than 134. But NO. Few days later and we still haven't gotten a refund. We had to call the company saying we want the refund and they were saying "Oh let me speak with a higher up. They'll call you within this week." NO PHONE CALL AFTER THAT. We tried calling again and they said refund by next week. It's now been a week from that call. I'll update this if we actually get a refund, if not, everyone reading this, now you know. Also, don't trust Google reviews. I'd say use just use Yelp.

I got flat tire on the i5 N, called them and they said will be there in about 15-20 minutes. After 30 minutes i called back and driver said he was 3.4 miles away. 15 minutes later he called me asked me where i am, while i have completely provided my location. I told him i have been waiting too long, if you can't be here in 10 minutes i will have to call another company, he said its up to me then. I will never recommend this company to any of my friends and family. Very bad service and unprofessional.
Real bad service and highest price! Just replaced the battery cost my $350, if I don’t want,threat me $275 for service fee,come on , don’t call them and don’t give your credit card information! I asked the guy how much? He said he would call company,then replaced the battery,didn’t call,just told me $535. Don’t let them touch your card except you like,otherwise you need to pay for them ! Really bad
This company is very professional. I was locked out of my car, no spare key. I called them they were able to get tech out to me within 30 mins. and also priced me a very fair price. They are quick and willing to work with my budget. Thanks for your service.
