Called for side road assistance, the receptionist told us 30 minutes but the technician doesn't speak English well enough to understand, took him 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive. Needed to change the tire to the emergency tire that I had in the trunk and charged 175$. I would say the service is not worth 175$ at all knowing that the street that I was on was less than 1 mile away from their company which showed as 7 minutes drive.
Was originally quoted $360 to tow with mileage and everything already calculated. The Delivery was completed and somehow we’re now being charged $460, the driver explains that dispatch regularly makes this mistake.
Be careful, I called and got one price and when I was being dropped off I was given another from $175 to $275. Claiming mileage and towing fees. Explained to them and they said this time we will honor it.

Worst experience I've had with a towing company. Called because my car was stolen and then found abandoned with a flat tire so we needed it towed. I was told it would take them 45 minutes to an hour to get to me. It took well over an hour amd when I called again they said they would meet us in 15 minutes and again it was longer than the time they said. Been waiting around for them to show up. I was supposed to be at work early in the morning I did not think I would be wasting so much time waiting around for a towing company.
READ THIS BEFORE YOU CALL THEM! The dispatcher will tell you a certain fee but they add on another 50-100 once they drop it off. Then they will act like they have no idea what you’re talking about. Tow driver said “it is 150 but with a 49.99 hookup fee” as if you could get towed without being hooked up. They will also try to tell you that your mileage is more than it actually is. I called dispatch who originally gave me the 150 quote and they had no idea what I was talking about and didn’t understand why the tow driver charged me more than what the quote was. Do yourself a favor and sign up for AAA roadside assistance emergency use for 125 and get towed. It’ll last you the year anyway!
Edit: I filed a complaint and supposedly they are going to zelle me back the 50 dollars overcharged but I’ve yet to see that.
Edit 2: It’s been two weeks and I never received a refund for my overcharge. Not holding my breath for it, nor am I in dire need for it, I just want to warn others to not get scammed like I did.
Terrible service, use another company. They agreed to to show up in 20-40 minutes and put my wife’s spare tire on and it ended up taking 1 and a half hours for them to show up. She was stranded waiting for them so I kept calling and they said should be there soon every time. They were annoyed with me when I didn’t want to pay full price even though they didn’t keep their end of the deal. Didn’t give me any discount even when they said they would. Worst experience ever, sad they can operate this way and still be in business.
Just deal with the company with my coordination service was good. The guy came in no time help me with the process was friendly kind and polite. Thank you guys.
Was told 45mins - 1 hour. Took 2 hours, never received a call from the driver for an eta, I had to call the office 3 times to keep getting told 20 mins more three different times. I asked to get the drivers number or have him call me so I didn't have to pay an employee to wait around on-site for him to arrive, was told "I'll put a request in"

Called around for pricing and 10-4 towing had the best rate and also were able to pick up within our requested time frame. Driver was very communicative and polite. Overall straightforward and kind, definitely recommend.
This past Sunday, I had some trouble with my motorcycle and I contacted 10-4 for a motorcycle tow. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to find anyone as most businesses were closed and I really didn’t want to leave my bike overnight anywhere. They were very efficient over the phone. Once I filled out the necessary paperwork, they sent out Miguel to come and pick up my bike and tow it to my house. Miguel could not have been nicer and I really appreciated that he took time away from his family on a beautiful Sunday to help me out.
It was a Sunday night and I was told it would take 30min…. Now it has been 3 hrs and no one showed up. I tried to call and line is busy…. They made me provide the credit card up front so I could not cancel and now I know why…. I ended up going with another company
SCAM! BUYER BEWARE! I am guessing the perfect rated reviews for this company are fake.
Here is my experience with theseI crooks. I broke down in a busy intersection and called for a quick tow which the person I spoke with stated someone would arrive within 45 mins which I took for quick considering busy traffic. I had to call numerous times to get updated, they would not give me an estimate.. Which I was only being towed a mile so I thought it would be cheap. The tow truck showed up 3hrs and 16mins later. After towing my bike they told me I was being charged $475 for a 1 mile tow. This was the craziest thing I've heard in a long time. They stated they could take credit card but it would be an additional $50. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I tried calling the dispatch and no one would answer after 5 attempts. I was told by the driver that this 'wasn't the 1st time the dispatch had scammed a customer, evidently it happens every time. While the driver showed sympathy he would not start to unload my vehicle until he saw cash.. Then the driver said he would take $200 cash or $250 credit... That's when I knew I was being scammed. I was forced to pay the ridiculous cost or have my vehicle confiscated. This was hands down the worse experience I've ever had as a customer.
