私たち一家は渡米後１週間で車の購入に取り組みました。

Our family started looking for a car within a week after moving to the U.S. Without knowing anything about local conditions, driver's licenses, car insurance, or the car situation in California, we visited Eco Drive. Thanks to fun conversations, we were able to understand everything.
I needed a car before my classes started, and they quickly arranged the delivery date, allowing me to receive the car within about 10 days from my first visit. Even though it's a left-hand drive, I feel that Japanese cars are more comfortable for us Japanese people.

“Great experience. The used car that I was interested in was prepped and ready right next to the waiting room / office. Sam was able to answer all of my questions, and gave me ample time and room to poke around the car and take her for a spin. Banter was comfortable. No sales pressure. The car mostly sold itself, and Eco-Drive's extended warranty on the hybrid system did the rest of the job.
The waiting room / office was clean, comfortable, and had a great kiddie area (which really came in handy because my wife and I brought our 4 month old and 2.5 year old). I don't understand how Eco-Drive pulls off efficiency and comfort better than the huge dealerships that we visited first.
Delivery of the vehicle was also on-time and efficient. Sure, I wish we could've just e-signed all the physical paperwork. But that's probably a few years away.

Everything is excellent!! I’m satisfed buying a Prius from them. The service was great and Tomohiro who helped me purchasing at the dealer in Costa Mesa was friendly and knowledgeable about his job. Also I was amazed they offer a two-year warranty for free! I will definitely come back If I look for a next car.

Got into a small accident that left my car with some scratches along the side. Came in to get it fixed and Mr. Sato did an amazing job! The customer service is amazing here and they are very patient, definitely recommend!
