I like the service ok but the ever increasing price is not great, but my real issue is my 90 gallon can bottom fell out so they replace it with a 60 gallon, no longer using 90 gallon cans and I still pay the same price. So again in theory my price just increased again by 1/3. No competition pricing bait and switch.
Their website Is not very informative. The service and good and the information they put out through the mail is good. They lose one star because of the website.
If there was a zero star option I would've taken it, I feel one star is generous. I have the worst trash guy in the city. He is so lazy he doesn't get out of his truck if something falls out. He will not take anything that isn't in the trash can. I left a couple pieces of wood next to the can and when I came home from work the pieces were still there. Correct me if I am wrong but I thought his ONLY job was to pick up the trash. If there is a reason he isn't allowed to get out of his truck or physically exert himself please let me know and I'll be out there to help him do his job.
