Called the location on Baker in Costa Mesa to get some info on fixing my key fob battery. Employee were super informative on the phone, and it was such a relief I didn’t have to go to the dealership to get this done. When I showed up on 10/7, the employee was super helpful and I was in and out of the store within a few minutes. I will be back to this location for any other car needs. Highly recommend!!
Ripped off by deceptive offer, store refuses to help. I've been an O'Reilly customer for a very long time, but never again. There are many auto parts stores around - go elsewhere.

One of the workers whom I spoke with said that my friend was on drugs and I didn’t appreciate that what he said was uncalled for because my friend is not even on drugs he takes prescription medication for bipolar disorder
Great service and helpful employees. Will got me set up with a new battery for my car and even installed it for me. In and out I 15 minutes. I recommend.
O'Reilly Auto Parts generally provide competitive prices and decent brands. However, some places are pretty limited when it comes to what they have in stock.
Love O’Reilly auto parts. The only auto parts store I will shop at. Great selection, prices and staff. Once my car broke down in the middle of nowhere and the closest auto parts store was and O’Reillys. The staff was super helpful. They even brought me tools and checked up on me after the store closed. If it weren’t for them I would have died in the desert. Seriously. They got me back on the road. Customer for life.
I was amazed they were open on new years day. I had to get some caliper paint ( I'm doing my neighbors brakes) They had the paint delivered from another store and they called me when they came in, nice

After being stuck in a rut and being charged $45 At mikes Costa Mesa mechanics on Fairview blvd I was on a tight budget. Louie listened and did more then expected. He saved me money by giving me the right advice and also did not charge me or take the food I offered, even the locals in the area where very nice and offered help I felt O’Reilly Costa Mesa is a great place to go for your car parts!
Terrible service. Employees were yelling and cursing until they realized I was in the store. Employee was obnoxious questioning my purchases when I told him I knew exactly what I needed.
Went to this store a year ago looking for a valve cover gasket and the employee apparently could not find it. I just went a couple days ago, recognizing the same employee that could not find a part I was looking for in the past, I was looking for a valve cover gasket set and he said he could not find it in the system, so I took a look at what he was searching and he has typed "mainfold gask" YES with typos on the manifold part. I even called in to see if they had it and they said did have it but he could not give me the part. This is the most disrespect I've ever received from an employee anywhere. The best way to describe this guy is a Caucasian with a receding hairline. Not only is this disrespectful but the store is losing out on $. I hope this issue gets resolved in the future because I'm amazed that he did the same thing to me TWICE.
If you need something and they don't have it they will get it most of the time 24 hrs or les none of this I can it for you in a week and there prices many times are lower than the comparison or same product at other stores I love these guys there great no hassle trouble free shop

These guys are great. My headlights were out. Boom. Driving the grapevine, in the dead of night, and suddenly I don't have lights. Scary. Had to high beam everyone the whole way. Sorry folks.
Due to holiday stuff, everyone was closed. Another bummer. Can't be driving without lights. C'mon people. Don't wanna get pulled over either. Ugh.
Luckily, I didn't need to go anywhere anytime fast and as soon as I could, this place was nearby. I called ahead and they looked up my car and had the Sylvanias I wanted waiting up front, ready to go, and ready for install. Thanks guys!
From start to finish, the whole process took like 15 minutes and it was super helpful that they were able to do the install right in the parking lot instead of me having to ask someone else or figure it out in my own. Awesome sauce.
Great auto shop, good location and knowledgeable staff, everything you need for those quarterly oil changes.
Service: Excellent, as mentioned they are very knowledgeable. They will go out of their way to help you with diagnosing any car issue.
Prices: Great, I always make use of their weekly oil specials whenever my car’s oil time is up.
