I ordered parts off their ebay site with their same name and address to this company. They scammed me with faulty listings!!. The belt I ordered was a different belt I received. Completely different size and part number. They claimed they knew it was wrong but told me "it will fix its just off!" What in the world!! AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS SCAMMER!!
Scam, I payed over 300$ for parts and didn’t receive them, what was sent was parts I didn’t order. The phone number for RPM doesn’t connect to any one to handle this problem. This is a scam company and will be reporting to BBB
Ordered a case of transmission fluid from them… 8 one quart bottles for for a pretty reasonable price compared to others! Very quick shipping & will definitely order from them again!
I recently bought a part from them through eBay. I realized the part I ordered wasn't what I needed for my car so I emailed the seller and he told me as long as its within 30 days of purchase I'd get a refund. Well it was well within 30 days and I had shipped it back to the seller with a picture of the receipt for shipping attached to an email. It also says online seller will pay for shipping and that didnt happen.. A week later, still no refund. Two weeks later no refund. So I reached out again and was completely ignored. Very unprofessional to not honor your return policy. Seller was also rude in the emails.

I have been using this place for years. They said they could get my Calipers by the afternoon. ( other places said they would ship in a couple days ) As usual they got them. I love these guys and their car guys too
No one answers the phone after 3 pm. Cant say they are good or not if they dont show for business. Their hours of OP are til 4 PM but have been trying to contact them after 3 PM but there is no answer.
I’ve been purchasing parts for my BMW E46 M3 from RPM for years. They usually have in stock what I need. If they don’t, they’ll have it within a few hours. You know they are a serious auto parts store when they stock 10W60 for the M series.
The hours of operation are horrible!!! The majority of people(Average person) get home at 4pm from work so by the time they get home they already closed!!!?? They must obviously not be in business for the money. USE SOME COMMON SENSE RPM AUTO PARTS!!! I WOULD LOVE TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU GUYS BUT YOU'RE ALWAYS CLOSED!!!!
Excellent prices, quality parts, great people. Found them by ordering timing belt kit for my Acura on ebay. They get me almost anything I need same day. The best prices around, usually better then the internet. No hassle returns. Really, cant say enough good things about this place/ people. Try it, you'll like it.
We bought a hose from RPM via their ebay store thinking it was Gates brand (it was listed as a Gates hose) because we love and trust Gates brand products. However when the hose arrived it was Parker brand hose....we had never heard of Parker brand hose so we called seller telling them that they sent the wrong item. Seller assured us that Parker was a part of Gates. Seller told us we could even call Gates to confirm that.
So...We called Gates and talked to one of their technicians/engineers and asked if Parker was in any way a part of or relation to Gates at all. He said Parker is in no way part of Gates but actually their competitor!!!
After finding that out we called the Seller again to ask him why he lied to us. He tried to tell us that Parker is what Gates sells them...riiiiight? Like Gates is going to sell their competitor to a vendor instead of their brand hoses.....suuuure....makes perfect sense...NOT!
This seller is a liar and uses Gates in his description on eBay as a way to get people to buy his hoses and then lies when confronted with why he sends a different brand hose.
Never buying from them again!
in this place they sell used things that only last two months I pass to me with a battery and they give you one year of warranty but if you do not have the invoice they do not find your information in the system nor with your name or phone is a scam very bad product I do not recommend buying in this store
Love these guys. They have great prices and stocks for anything you may need. I have used these guys since 2010 and have been going here since. They seem to always able to find parts that are rare, or not in stock in your local part store. While Autozone or O'Reilly, are convenient, they usually only carry lower-tier parts brand for far more expensive. RPM carry both OEM and aftermarket parts for a fraction of the cost. Bottom line is, when I need OEM parts for my car, I call these guys! They will have it ready in a matter of hours, and MUCH better pricing than your local dealership.
