This is a great place to recycle. The staff is helpful. The clientele needs work. It was crowded and I pulled in behind a 2000's Nissan Altima CA license #4VVL496 I left approximately 6' between his car a my truck, he instantly started yelling, cursing at me that I boxed him in. He was higher than a kite, couldn't even open his eyes. I let him go on for about 5 minutes, then I said a couple of choice words back to him. He got in to his car and yelled-pouted. This guy was white, young and should be Iin prison or rehab somewhere. Yet we are worried about immigration.
If you need a reliable recycling service, look no further than Recycling Center. I had a large load of mixed materials, including plastics and metals, and was impressed by how quickly the team processed everything. They provided clear instructions and answered all my questions. The value for the service is unbeatable, and knowing my materials are being recycled responsibly makes the experience even better.
We showed up 15 mins before they were supposed to close and they turned us away. We had a truck full of recycling and live 30 mins away. The open sign was still out, all the doors were open, and the men were drinking a bud light. We will drive the extra 10 mins to get better service in American Canyon
Outstanding customer service! I stupidly dropped my keys in with my cans I had just dropped off. Two respectful employees found them for me at the bottom of a giant blue bag full of cans. I can’t thank them enough. In addition, they are always quick and willing to help in any way they can.
Excellent customer service, and they are fast. I am removing a star because they are often late to open, and the garbage cans should be cleaned more frequently, they are often sticky and dirty to the touch.
Be aware that the hours aren’t always correct (on google or their own site); and that if you’re not dropping off 15-30 minutes before they actually close you won’t get in. Only place in town though and good enough for little loads!
I must passed the place up 3 times before I spotted it out of the corner of my eye and with only 15 minutes before closing . They were fast , appreciative , and paid cash . The address was no where I could find but location is about right .
Came here twice this week to find that they were closed, even though their posted hours says otherwise. It seems that this is a pattern here. We pay a deposit on our recyclables, and have a right to get them refunded. If this operation can't make that happen, they should be replaced. There are few recycling places as it is, and many of us have to drive a ways to get here, we don't always have a lot of free time to come back over and over until this place is open.
We stumbled upon this recycling center back in January, the helpfulness of everyone and how quick and efficient they all work together is great. Since then my mom and I drive from Vallejo to Napa every month. Rito has been helpful from the start as well as the rest of the guys. Highly recommend, its small but welcoming and they move fast, even when lines look long they get through them quickly.
The guys that work here are awesome and great customer service! They were a great help when I was separating my can and bottles! I’ll definitely be back here in a few months!
Very disappointed in the workers. I was looked over in line 4 times then told you have to have clear bottles. I did have clear bottles. They helped others but not me. I put my recycling back in the car. Wasted an hour amd a half.
The times all of the recycle places post for closing is a lie they all close 30 to 45 min early so they don't have overtime.. I was here 30 min till close..clock time not mine. And the doors were shut. Devlin Rd says it closes at ,4 also but they were closed at 3:15... I thought I had at least 30 minutes after 3:00 before they would lock me out. No such luck but online time say they're open till 4:00 somebody needs to get straight. Above all I do believe they are very helpful, quick and efficient. I just wish I could catch a break on actual operation times for intake. Other than that they r awesome...
I have only been here a couple of times and when I was there I was treated right they were fast efficient and they took care of me I’ll give you the five star gentlemen and ladies thank you for doing your duty to recycle America
