Outstanding customer service! I stupidly dropped my keys in with my cans I had just dropped off. Two respectful employees found them for me at the bottom of a giant blue bag full of cans. I can’t thank them enough. In addition, they are always quick and willing to help in any way they can.
Excellent customer service, and they are fast. I am removing a star because they are often late to open, and the garbage cans should be cleaned more frequently, they are often sticky and dirty to the touch.
Be aware that the hours aren’t always correct (on google or their own site); and that if you’re not dropping off 15-30 minutes before they actually close you won’t get in. Only place in town though and good enough for little loads!
I must passed the place up 3 times before I spotted it out of the corner of my eye and with only 15 minutes before closing . They were fast , appreciative , and paid cash . The address was no where I could find but location is about right .
We stumbled upon this recycling center back in January, the helpfulness of everyone and how quick and efficient they all work together is great. Since then my mom and I drive from Vallejo to Napa every month. Rito has been helpful from the start as well as the rest of the guys. Highly recommend, its small but welcoming and they move fast, even when lines look long they get through them quickly.
The guys that work here are awesome and great customer service! They were a great help when I was separating my can and bottles! I’ll definitely be back here in a few months!
I have only been here a couple of times and when I was there I was treated right they were fast efficient and they took care of me I’ll give you the five star gentlemen and ladies thank you for doing your duty to recycle America
