I've seen low review score today, and decided to leave a review for their services.
I've travelled around the world, lived in many countries and cities, according few cities in the Bay Area, I finally selected Napa as my residence for the last 5 years, so I have some experience to compare. I'm also eco-activist and love recycling - had chance to recycle in Japan and observe what happens when none of the recycling exist.
I will confidently give 5 stars!
Our trash cans collected on time, the trash separated and recycled properly, the online service is convenient, they still do have holiday schedule, the staff is always responsive, polite, and knowledgeable.
In the last 5 years we also had to pick up bulky trash few times, and Napa Services are one of the best to handle that.
We had an issue once when our trashcans were picked up due to non-payment , however the issue was super easy to resolve - we had some reasonable fees for new cans and they gave us new cans.
I also noticed that many neighbors overload their cans and they pick them up anyways (many Bay Area counties have strict rules and won't pick it up if it's not completely closed).
They also missed a trash can once (!!! one single time in 5 years -small can was visually hidden behind the larger), but after a brief call, they send a truck to pick it up.
In addition, they have a good educational programs, open house days, and events.
We really appreciate all the hard work they are doing!
Laziest recycling and waste services company in the north bay! They won't empty your recycle/ waste can for the slightest reason. They left my recycle bin full and sid not dump it because the lid was slightly open. I called and complained and was told they will not dump it if the lid is not fully closed!
This company charges a premium for their poor service.
Are they really paying attention of who it's getting the service?
Who it's responsible for Removing the Containers after the service is canceled?
My neighbor stole several yard waste bins and she is using them as TRASH Bins my neighborhood stinks thanks to her and the NCRWS for their professional service

NRWS has always done a great job with my garbage & yard waste. I had them pick up our old fridge and it was so easy. All i had to do was make a phone call and have it rolled out to the side walk.

Because they did not pick up my garbage
They never bother to call back to check if they they got that garbage
And I did call them more10 times
And today is Monday 5:35pm and my garbage still outside and tomorrow is holiday.
