Me and my girlfriend met with an accident in Silverado trail napa thank god nothing major happened to us we are out of the smoking car with some bruises. Fred Jones the manager for this company is amazing very nice and friendly he came right away to the spot and took the car out from the road side and towed the car all the way to San Francisco and he dropped me back home safe. I would highly recommend this company and Fred was amazing.
I received a notice of pending sale fir my car they told me when I called that they didn’t have my car . I try to find out information about my car three times and I tried to make an appointment to go down and at least get your belongings out of my card it was way too wet for you right ultimately they wouldn’t let me in to see my car and ended up selling my car It was a 2008Mercedes C350 nothing wrong with it except for what was caused in the minor accident before it got towedIf they would have been honest I could have gotten my car out while lt was still somewhat affordable.These people are liars and con artist they don’t even deserve a one star

These guys are a joke!! Very unprofessional and they just like to argue!! Cops won’t help out! Kentwood apartments won’t help! At least they take cash. 350.00 in pennies not rolled! Bahaha!
Targets people who are vulnerable after being in a crash, promises to look after them to only charge excessive prices. $200 for a tow and $75 per day for it to be in their yard! Don't recommend
They towed my car without the need to tow my car. It was parked right where it was and the disabled zone and I had my placard card up. They made me pay $300 to get my car out. Anybody out there needs to sue a company it's them, just saying
