I lost my car keys, called AAA, who dispatched Scott and Jeremy promptly to me, first for a lockout service, and then for a tow back home, once I realized my keys were not locked in my vehicle.
I have to deal with finding my spare car key at home now, but I have, nevertheless, made it home safely, thanks to both Jeremy and Scott! I’m very grateful and appreciative.
called for a tow and got no answer, left a message saying I was on the side of the road and would wait for a return call. 'NRVER' even received a call back all day... good for them that they don't need the business or try to help in any way
I want to thank Napa Valley Towing. Today my elderly client called me and he locked his keys in his car. He tried calling triple AAA and everything is automated now through a cellphone and it can be overwhelming.
Within in seconds Napa Valley Towing answered my call and dispatched a driver out to assist my client with the lock out. The driver was kind, courteous and professional.

I inadvertently locked my keys in my vehicle at a gas station. I called triple A and someone from ? told me it would be an hour. Soon I received a text showing my driver was in North Napa and 10 minutes away. So much for the internet. My truck arrived on schedule and promptly resolved my issue.
I told Sal, the driver, that a friend tried the same on the driver's door and it leaks when I go thru the Carwash. Sal then told me and showed me how to resolve my warped driver's door. Sal and Napa Valley Towing walk on water!

My car was kaput in Napa on Saturday during that heat wave. Called Napa Tow and they were there within hour. I needed a tow to Petaluma and was told that another truck would be out in about an hour. Luckily for me the first driver (Robert) who was evaluating the situation told us he would take us. He was amazing. Took good care of the car and made the whole ordeal so much better. Thank you Robert and Napa Tow.
Instead of telling us they couldn't help us because our registration was expired they lied and said they brought the wrong tow truck and would be back in 20 min. After over and hour I called and the lady said "oh no we canceled because of expired registration. . . " super unprofessional and dishonest. Why they were not honest and upfront is beyond me. When we get our registration paperwork next week we will use a different company for sure.
I have only had to use their services a couple times over the years but very friendly people my daughter Melissa is one of the managers there and Dano is one of the drivers and also one of the head guys that work there I would definitely call them to have me towed without a doubt
Absolutely stellar! I called on a Sunday evening to arrange to have my car that has a blown engine pulled out of my garage onto my driveway so it could be picked up the next day to be donated. They said they'd come within 20-30 minutes. I wasn't expecting them to come out right away, but ( I'm sorry, I forget the man's name) he told me they're usually busy on Mondays, so out he came and knew how to get it into neutral to be able to move it, and pulled it right out. Very reasonably priced and such a pleasant experience for something that's not much fun. I highly recommend them, and thank them for such fast, polite and professional service!
Our car died in the Marshall's parking lot. Nissan customer service was totally unresponsive and could not find any business to take the call out. Desperate, we called Napa Valley Towing. Within15 minutes, Leo arrived and quickly jump started our car. We have now joined AAA as a result of that experience. Thank you Leo and Napa Valley Towing.
Thank you so much Leo wow he was very careful with my vehicle and he was being very patient with me he took good care of my car and brought to the shop safely and he has great customer service and very polite and friendly if anyone wants to know I believe Mr Leo is the got to person to request cause he double checked in on you when he is on his way and let’s you know his pulling up honestly he knew what he was doing god bless this gentleman heart …
Dont bother booking with these guys. They complained that a 70 mile tow would take 3 hours, then would lie to AAA about your car being a purchased car so they cant tow the car.
I had the morning from hell! Ran over a pallet that flew off a truck and my tire blew out. Wait time was a bit long, but completely didn't matter after Franky showed up. His 'go getter' attitude fixed everything - even my 'why me' attitude that I was holding on to. Someone's approach really does make a difference and Franky was just the man for the job. He quickly assured me that he could fix my issue and get me back on the road. Franky mentioned that he was a new employee, so I figured I'd let Napa Valley Tow Co. know that they've got a gem in Franky! Thank you!!
Waited over 2 hours. Told Dan, the manager, that my truck was lifted over the phone prior to the tow truck arriving. They have towed my truck before. Dan said the lift was ok. Once the driver showed up he made-up all different excuses why he couldn't tow it. Ultimately they claimed it was an AAA policy. AAA said it is at the vendors discretion whether or not it is safe to tow, but it isn't an AAA policy not to tow lifted trucks.
Dan didn't apologize, he made up several contradicting excuses. He blamed me for not being more specific about how tall my lift is. FYI it is only a 2" - 2.5" lift, nothing crazy.
Unfortunately they have an AAA contract. You can file a complaint with AAA and I will be doing that.
We had one of our fleet trucks get stuck in the mud on a very steep, narrow, winding driveway in the hills west of Napa. Called Napa Valley Towing and they were out in less than 20 minutes. Dan was very professional, fast, and after a couple attempts, he managed to get us out of there. Would absolutely recommend.

I was lucky enough to have them called to pick up my truck after I had an accident. From the moment they hit the since I knew I was in good hands.
Finding out my insurance was not going to cover me or my truck left me a bit in disarray. This was not good timing.
I sat in their office for 3 hrs that day waiting for a ride and trying to figure out how to proceed.
The crew could tell I was in a hard place and helped to make the situation way better for me.
I can not thank them enough! They took the time to see me and care.
These is a family run small business of good people.
The man I had that picked up my car was fabulous and so nice (I wish I could remember his name). Even offered me a ride home despite having a call far away but thankfully it was close and I was happy to walk. The reason for the low score is the absurd price. I live in Napa so I’m not far from where they had to drive and they had to tow my car not even half a mile and it was $125. That is highway robbery. I was so stressed out and panicked to get my car fixed that I didn’t look around and that was not a good decision.
Horrible towing company left my Mom and I stranded on a country road for more than 2 hours they never showed up or answered their phone until we were finally left to find a different company. We had also informed them that our cell phone was dying. Luckily I found a charger. I would never recomend them.
Today, I locked my nephew in the car on accident. After calling 911, Napa Valley Towing was there and had my car unlocked in less than 10 minutes!! Once I knew my nephew was okay, I asked if I needed to provide my insurance to pay for their services, the man said, “no need” that they’re the ONLY company in Napa that provides free services to locked children in the car. I am so thankful to these guys who unlocked my car!! Life savers!!
AAA sent out Napa Valley Towing to replace a dead battery in my car. Tim arrived much sooner than anticipated, was very quick and professional. Couldn't have been any easier & I would use them again without hesitation
