  Our car died in the Marshall's parking lot. Nissan customer service was totally unresponsive and could not find any business to take the call out. Desperate, we called Napa Valley Towing.   We had one of our fleet trucks get stuck in the mud on a very steep, narrow, winding driveway in the hills west of Napa. Called Napa Valley Towing and they were out in less than 20 minutes. Dan was very professional, fast, and after a couple attempts, he managed to get us out of there. Would absolutely recommend.
