I had Scott and the crew replace my alternator and I left for a trip home. While on the road, same issues arose and I was stuck on the Yolo Causeway. Had my car towed to West Sac and the shop there diagnosed it as a battery unable to hold a charge and the alternator failed. Called Scott, he contacted Advanced Auto and paid for the whole repair. He really stepped up. I've been using them for years and you should too! Thanks Scott.
They will overcharge you and not even fix your vehicle, I went to get my vehicle repaired twice and both times the car came back still damaged, I still have to fix my vehicle after I paid over 1600$ to have it repaired at Imports unlimited. I just wasted my money
This is THE go to place for all your foreign car needs!! Best customer service hands down! Honest and extremely knowledgeable re foreign cars. Great group of guys! I have been to many mechanics and shops in my life but this shop by far surpasses them all! In fact, im thinking of buying another foreign car. When the new car needs servicing, I have found my shop to do so!
My experience at Imports Unlimited was nothing but smooth. I initially called to determine why my engine light was on. Victor was helpful in not only determining the cause, but also explaining the ins and outs as to what will trigger the engine light.
After, I made an appointment to look into a "helicopter noise" that would get worse the faster I drove. With a 1/2 mile test drive, they were quick (and ACCURATE) in predicting the cause. A bad wheel bearing. They were willing to work on my car despite rust from rain, salt, and snow (car is from the Midwest). Service was speedy as they were able to get the wheel bearing replaced by the following day.
The best part about Imports Unlimited is their transparency throughout their service. The team is knowledgeable and good at explaining any issues they find.
A friend referred me to imports unlimited as I was having a truck wheel bearing issue. Glad I came in, Senior Technician Mike Brauer already had the problem tagged with a test drive and Victor Jeong ordered the parts and same day truck got repaired. Theses guys are awesome. Check this business out if you need auto work done.
Very smart and honest men with reasonable prices. Nice guys, too. They CAN do what your car needs! Phone them & try their service! They are the best. We found them 7 years ago.

We have been using Imports Unlimited for 20 years. They are a locally owned business and completely reliable. We recently serviced our Lexus there but also our Honda and Prius. My mother brought her Chrysler. They always explain what is going on with your car clearly and give you the options for repairing or not repairing. They make it convenient to schedule an appointment and will bring you home if you need a ride. I highly recommend their services.
