  They have a very friendly and experienced staff, they have been able to special order many parts that I could not find anywhere else. They also offer a variety of brands and high quality parts, by any chance they don't have what you're looking for they will recommend many places near by so that you can get the help you need.

  Walked in this morning and the obese female clerk could not wait on me until she finished texting her message. Then she categorically denied that a part existed and could not be found in this universe. I drove over the O'Rielys Auto parts and there it was hanging on their wall. This is not the first time I've had poor customer service from that clerk. I don't know why they keep her around...take the keys away, keeping her there is about as responsible as giving the keys to a drunk driver.
