These guys are awesome and we're lucky to have them in Soledad. On the weekend of the Playoffs, I called and needed a tow from Soledad to Salinas. The dispatcher gave me two options (INCLUDING THE CHEAPEST OPTION) and I decided that they're not only the guys for this job but EVERY job i have now.
I call two Time on the same Day.
First towing fee was right on good Price.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Second he just abuse of my situation and charge very hight.⭐

I blew out a rear tire picking up a metal shard from the highway. I replaced it with my full sized spare and drove it to Mike's. They took the tire off my spare and mounted it on my original rim. Perfectly balanced and ready to ride in 30 minutes like nothing happened. Great to have a reliable towing and tire service in Soledad.
Caught a nail in my tire on the 101, and Mike's was there to pick us up in 15min. Super thankful to them, since sitting on an undersized shoulder with highway speed trucks whipping past is not safe.
Herman, the driver, was professional, took great care with the car, and just a cool guy. Their rates were reasonable, and everything was easy.
Plus, their partner tire shop, Reyes tires, was equally helpful on getting us back on the road safely and for a very reasonable price for tire and service.
Guy who answered the phone sounded like just didn’t wanna deal with it. Sounded like he just woke up, kept brushing off problems not suggesting anything. Terrible customer service, ended up calling someone else and they were happy to work with. Guy sounds like he doesn’t wanna deal with anyone.
5 miles south of Soledad, my tire came off on the highway. I was lucky enough to call Mike's towing because they were Awesome! They showed up in about 30 min with a flatbed, and another truck to tow my 9000 lb travel trailer showed up 15 min later. To top it all off, they have a repair shop that got me fixed up and back on the road in the same day. Their VERY FRIENDLY team called all around to find the parts I needed to get me home that night. I couldn't be happier with the service and all for a reasonable price!
Super friendly and super helpful 😁 I did pay 200 or a lil more from king city to soledad I was a little into a field at work idk tho super friendly guy who helped 😊
Sorry maybe for local they are good but for long distance their prices are outrageous I understand they are a small outfit but COME ON what I was quoted was almost as much as a friend paid to have his car brought cross country.
Garbage service the employees here are very slow and dont try to help us even after paying the fees to release the vehicle. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
The gentleman who came to help was wonderful. He was totally helpful. He even gave me directions to another company to fix my flat. Personable and efficient. Nice guy!
