Incredible customer service. Walked in there to find a way to play my gaming laptop in the car. I was offered a very reasonably priced 12v power inverter. I plugged it into my car's lighter port, but unfortunately the port was unable to provide enough wattage to meet my gaming needs. I walked back in to the store and explained my dilemma to Kevan. He walked out with me yo my car and showed me how I could use the additional cables included with the inverter to charge my laptop directly off of my car's battery. And voila! It works! Without Kevan's knowledge and excellent customer service, I would not have been able to comfortably game in my car. Thank you Kevan!
Warning Be careful Ordering parts from O'Reilly's If you get a part installed by your mechanic And he ordered the parts from O'Reilly's If it goes bad within the warranty don't expect to get your money back for the parts or labor
