They did a tire alignment and helped me grease some fittings, Luis at the front desk is a very good customer service rep and very helpful ! Camilo the man who did the work was very knowledgeable and told me what work needed to be done in the future. Take your vehicles here they are solid people

Rick was a great rep, and helped me out with everything he could. Got me scheduled, in, and out all same-day, even with specific tires that nobody else had in-store, and added oil and brak pads on top of the tire-change. The only reason I don't give 5-stars isn't rick's or the tech's fault. They ordered 4 tires, but only 3 arrived from the warehouse and nobody knew why. It wasn't a super big deal, but now I do have to go get another tire switched separately. Overall great service and work. I'd definitely go again.

I emailed Luis on this but haven’t received a response. Despite that Luis and I discussed the following two items, on my final invoice, I didn’t see any indication that (1) the $57 coupon applied/deducted, (2) the air conditioning was checked/worked on. Please advise.

Sullivans did a great job on my son’s 2019 Toyota Tacoma. They put a 3” suspension lift, new, slightly bigger off road tires and did some needed routine maintenance. It came out great, they were good about answering questions and pointing out potential pitfalls of various options, and really seemed to want to make sure we were happy with the outcome one and offered to make any minor adjustments if needed after we’d driven it a while. I’ll definitely be using them again. Special thanks to Rick.

Thank god for Sullivan's that's for sure. I blew a tire and crawled my way to the shop at 12:45 yesterday. It was a perfect storm because I had a 3:30 open house to be at and a two-hour drive to sfo at 9 a.m. in the morning. Things were so tight and I was so incredibly stressed and trying not to lose it. But Nathan was amazing! So calming and helpful with a 'we'll get it done' attitude. I was out of there by 2:15 with a fixed tire and tears of joy. Truly so grateful. Thank you Nathan! You're a wonderful service professional and I'll send everyone your way.

I handed them a driveable car, received back an undriveable car with rattling in the brakes. When I pointed this out to them, they saw no problem - didn't care that they didn't spot the issue before returning the car to me. No test drive, no nothing. Tried to charge me to diagnose what happened while the car was in their care, no apology for forcing me to take the car back to them, etc. Hey! Car now gets 10 MPG less than it did when I handed it to them. Given the above, I wouldn't bother asking them about it - they won't help. Another $200 diagnostic for things that happened with the car in their care, and me scrambling to figure it out to compensate. NO THANKS. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Luis and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Great local spot for no hassle regular maintenance. Definitely get the warranty on tires because I got a nail in one of mine in a non repairable area so it was covered except for labor. I got my TPS on all four replaced as well, so far all good.

Needed tires for my daughter's car. I called around seaside area NO one had them in stock. I called Sullivan's and talked to Angie on the phone,she had the tires I needed. I arrived at the shop was greeted will and a smile. They took me right in they had my tires and got alignment done. They even did a check over on my vehicle showed me a few thing that needed attention. Thank you Angie and crew,awesome place to get your vehicle worked on. ???

I Called there this Afternoon Adrian Alvarez Answered I asked him how much is it for oil chsnge he told me the price. Then i asked him if he had time today to get it done. He told me he had Time for This Thursday , i then told him i couldnt Thursday he told me how about today . I said yes He then told me to come right now and to Ask for him so i did. He had great Service Explaining to me He Was On And Beyond Thank you for Your Hospitality ????

Replace 2 front tires and alignment. Rick is great! Our family has been using Sullivan’s for 40 years and we have never had an issue.

I had the best experience at Sullivan Tires just a few days ago. I needed a couple of new tires. Louis Flores was my sales rep. He’s really a great guy, very friendly and knowledgeable. It was exceptionally great that he could call UBER for me so I didn’t have to go through that hassle. They also arrange for an Uber driver to pick me up when they were finished putting my new tires on. I will definitely go back to Sullivan Tires again the next time I need Tires. Thanks, Louis for your outstanding service!

Our car hit a deep chuck hole and lost 9 pounds of pressure. We wanted to have the tire inspected to ensure it was safe to drive. Luis at Sullivan's had the shop do a thorough examination and determined that while the rim was slightly dented the tire was safe to drive on. We,appreciated the courtious and efficient service. Sullivan's didn't change us for the servive and Luis called us the next day to see if the tire was maintaining pressure.

Told the front desk to only change tire and change bad TPMS sensor. They send a list of things on the car that need maintenance which is fine but 2 of the things were a lie and didnt need maintenance because they had just been done 2 months prior. Then only give me an option to change multiple TPMS sensors which I declined the multiple. When I get there to pick up my car the sensor light was still on. Go back in and they said i declined it. Which i declined changing both but told them I wanted the 1 completely dead 1 replaced originally. The other sensor was still working. So had to wait a hour for them to do what I originally asked for. And no sorry when I paid

Very helpful, reasonably priced, and they took extra precautions to ensure my car was thoroughly inspected and with care, along with my oil change. The waiting area was comfortable with great refreshments and amenities.

This is by far the best mechanic shop I've ever experienced! Adrian went above and beyond to help me with my car and completed the work quickly. I won’t go anywhere else - no one else can match the level of service here

I appreciate how after my oil change they sent me a text with a detailed explanation of repairs that needed to be done soon. That is very helpful so now I can take care of things without letting them get worse and cost more down the line. Sullivan, could you send me that text again??? I can't seen to find it.

The line of communication was great. Rick kept me informed of the results of my motorhome engine investigation and gave me options for resolving the issues. I never felt that hard sales pitch you sometimes get! They accommodated my needs! Thank you Rick and crew.

First I walked in and gentlemen that greeted me was lacking customer service skills really need some training to be just basic than he goes in to say we will have to replace all 4 tires in my Tesla even after me telling him that it is rear wheel drive and not all wheel as I had replaced 2 other tires just 4 months ago, after that he give me the price to replace 2 tires at $1400.00 upon asking him the breakdown he mention that tires are $600 and installation and alignment will cost me another $800. What a rip off. Please go to Costco or Les Schwab before you go to this shop. Learn basic customer service skills buddy.

I’ve been a customer with the same car for almost 8 years. Rick, my service advisor, has always treated me with respect and kindness. He keeps me informed of all repairs and recommendations and always calls me a few days later to see how things are going. Sullivan’s knows how much I love my old car and I don’t know if it would have lasted this long without them. There’s a lot to be said about having reliable and consistent car repair on one’s car. I highly recommend Sullivan’s tire service for your tires and car repairs.

I found a screw in my tire over the weekend and called Sullivan's first thing Monday morning. Adrian said I could be seen right away, which was fantastic as I had a short window. After a thorough vehicle inspection report, followed by a swift tire repair, I was on my way for $60. These guys are the absolute best in the area and highly recommend their services.

I needed some tires mounted on rims. The service was performed on time and as promised, for a reasonable cost. When I had trouble getting my Porsche to recognize the tpms sensors after mounting the wheels, they programmed them for me for free. All of this was done by very friendly staff. I am very happy with this place!

Adrian was super attentive, accommodating and helpful! He made sure I felt comfortable with the work that was getting done by informing me on what my car needed and why. I was updated on its status and notified when it was ready for pick up. He went the extra mile to assure me that the work getting done on my car was of high priority so I didn’t have any additional or unnecessary costs. I would definitely recommended going to Adrian when coming to this place. After this visit, I have greater trust in this auto shop and know my car will be in good hands when I leave it here. I picked up a nail in my tire during the first session on track, and none of the nearby shops had replacement tires in stock. This was the only place that could help with a patch. They were incredibly patient and helpful — especially Luis, who was super friendly and professional. They were also able to handle center-lock wheels and took great care of my car. Really appreciate how they got it patched up the same day. Highly recommended!

Asked for cheap utilitarian tires for a two wheel drive work truck. Proceeded to sell me $3K off road tires that were completely unnecessary. When I got bill the next day they said no returns. Would not recommend. Update: Sullivan’s reached out and made it right. Nathan was very helpful and had information I did not. And even so, made my experience a positive one. I will be a returning customer.

The experience I had at Sullivan's Tires was great! I had 4 tires and wheels installed on my Toyota 4Runner. It took some time to get them done, however, it was well worth the wait. What I didn't expect was the level of service I received. While I was waiting I received a text from Sullivan's and it gave me a full report on an inspection they had done on the entire vehicle. So, I asked Rick about it and what he said next blew me away! He said come on back to the garage and we'll go over it. We walked back to the garage and I was met by Jesse. Jesse gave me a complete rundown of things that needed to be done immediately (new radiator) and then what to look out for in the future. The inspection report gave me detailed information on what needed to be done as well as pictures included. I have never received that type of service in all my years of dealing with auto mechanics! Thanks Sullivan Team! Job well done!!
