We need a U-Haul and we’re having trouble with the app. Lauren was sick but came into the office to help me. They were out of trucks but she went online and secured me the last truck in Soledad. If she had not gone above and beyond we would have had to move 30+ totes and everything else in my car over a bunch of trips. She was wonderful.
Pet’s rescued us when our broke down near camp Roberts. Robert was very helpful and creative in pulling us out of a real jam and helping us get to our granddaughter graduation. 5 stars
Terrific experience with Pete's. Our car broke down in Gonzales and AAA connected us. We had a plan that got us up to 100 miles covered. Our driver was courteous, friendly, and we and the car felt very safe.
Pete’s towing got us out of a real precarious situation. They dispatched someone out to us quickly, and connected us with the driver to describe the situation and share pictures to make sure they were equipped to get us out. Took a little creativity, but got us out no problem. Overall good experience!
The place of this owner Lauren Garcia is not a polite woman we called her about a towing situation and right away she was being rude saying well you should’ve parked there it’s your responsibility and was never nice and didn’t let me talk she was so rude and didn’t care what I had to say I wanted to actually have a calm conversation and all she was saying just pay and you can get your car and hang up on me. They demanded cash only because their credit card machine wasn’t working when they said that they were hiding it away from us.
Went in to petes towing to help out a friend, i walked in politely and respectfully trying to at least get some memoirs from my friends car for him. I was treated rudely, and all for what? Its absolutely disgusting that people are heartless and greedy to the point they will trash peoples belongings for a couple hundred bucks.
