A family member had a small accident, and these guys had to tow the car away, with the personal items. Jesus in the office along with Fabian(?) were very helpful and went above and beyond to help get the items back to the owner, right after closing time. I don't know if Jesus is the owner or not, but he and his team sure acted that way.

My RV’s tire blew out. I was in dangerous location on 198. I called Mikes towing and they were on sight within 30 minutes to change it out. The driver was very friendly and professional. I want to thank you and CHP for what you do! Keep up the great work!
Not the best experience. We were told they'd be by in 20minutes But it took them well over an hour. We were locked out of our car good thing we were at home when it happened.
We called mikes towing to see if they could tow our 5th wheel and they said they would call back we waited for hours strsnded on the side of the freeway and they never called
Hey, If you need a tow, make sure that you get stuck on clean pavement because they would not come out to get my truck out of the mud. They said they did not have a truck that could go off-road. I am sure they are great people, just not much help unless you are stranded in a convenient spot.
My son was in a terrible accident and taken to the hospital while leaving the his car at the seen. Mike's Towing collected the car. we went to the tow yard the next day and the car was destroyed from the accident. Mike's Towing helped us junk the car by filling out the DMV paperwork and making the process so much easier. Thank you Mike's Towing.
On a holiday weekend, Friday evening about 5 o’clock I was calling every towing service I could find but couldn’t find a driver willing to tow my fathers car that had broke down on the side of the road. I live out by Fort Hunter Liggett literally in the middle of no where, I only had about a 45 minute wait time and had the pleasure of meeting someone who was extremely polite and professional. Got my father’s car towed to the shop in paso with no hassle. Will definitely call for services again in the future and would recommend to anyone I know. Five star service!
Experienced a bad breakdown on the freeway, and after three hours on the phone with insurance, they said I was out of luck and needed to find my own tow. Found Mike's through highway patrol, and they had a truck out to me in 15 minutes. Dan was a fantastic driver and got me where I needed to be safely and with no issue.
Avoid at all cost... they weren’t able to change my tire so loaded me on the flatbed but refused to take me where I wanted to go... the driver became extremely short with me and said he’d either take me back to King city or nowhere... Farmers insurance removed him from providing service to their customers due to the actions that took place.
Great service and talk about excellent response time. They dispatched a driver out to us and we were about 10 miles south of King City. From the time I called it took them 30 min. To get there and get our vehicle loaded up and take us to a shop that the driver knew would be open on Saturday. Thanks guys. You guys are great
